- Nasim (10/5): - Exceptional stay! Our experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. The place was clean, quiet, and perfectly located — just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim Square, with easy and straightforward access. What really made our stay outstanding was the kindness and help of an Iranian gentleman named Arash. Even though the hotel is easy to find, we arrived in Taksim by bus, and he kindly came to meet us there and helped us get to the hotel. The room had everything we needed, and whenever we asked for something extra, Arash provided it immediately and with genuine courtesy. His local tips and recommendations felt like having our own private tour guide in Istanbul! Check-out was smooth and easy. Overall, both the hotel itself and Arash’s exceptional support made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Istanbul. Highly recommended! 🌟

Second apartment was much better, not great condition but at least clean. Ok for the price but with a bit of effort could be much better. Location is good and felt safe.

- SHAMSHAAD (10/5): - Initially surprised with 3rd floor suite with no elevator access. Easily upgraded to another building with elevator. Rooms are tight for space. You get what you pay for! Hassle free stay otherwise. Helpful staff.
- Anzar (6/5): Pleasant - Location Istanbul is amazing. This place actually turned out to be different then the pics i.e. the pics showed them to be nicely furnished and clean which was not the case when we checked in. However, Azosh and Afrasiab (staff) were really helpful - they got the apartment cleaned whilst we were there + provided alternative for damaged washing machine and iron etc. They really assisted me in making a plan on touring Istanbul as well out of their way as it was not their job. Because of their kindness + excellent central location (near Taksim Square and Istaqlal street) we enjoyed our stay.

- Tóth (4/5): Disappointing - Of the positive aspects of the accommodation, I can mostly only mention its proximity to Taksim Square. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were clean. Although at first glance the rooms seemed clean, upon closer inspection, there were some shortcomings: the floor was kinda sticky and dirty, the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor, the plates and cutlery were not properly washed, and the bathroom could have been much cleaner. Due to its location, the accommodation was a bit noisy, but there's nothing that can be done about that. We could have overlooked these issues, as we only spent the nights at the accommodation and were out in the city all day. However, on our last night, we unfortunately encountered unwelcome guests—somehow, two MICE got into our rooms. We noticed this around 2 AM, after we had already gone to bed. It's possible that food scraps in the trash can attracted them, but their presence is completely unacceptable and disappointing at any accommodation. I reported the issue to the staff in writing, and they promised to resolve it. I hope they keep their word and that future guests won’t have such a bad experience.

- Mariyam (5/5): I may not consider this place for future visits - The only good thing about the hotel was that the staff kindly agreed to get us an earlier check-in. We had a midnight flight and really needed an earlier check -in. If you are traveling with family I'd say give this a miss. The place is poorly maintained. Location is decent. The bathroom was fine , however the room had cigarette marks in the side table, bedsheets etc.

Our kettle had both coffee and tea left over from the previous visit, I bet it is still not cleaned until today There is no isolation to the windows. You will hear every single noise outside the room, including people fighting, which happens every single day. There is no elevator, and stairs are very narrow and dangerous. Try not to get a higher floor

- Yann (5/5): Below standards, not worthing its price and the way it's advertised on bookings.com - Nice terrace view. But I guess that's all I have to say as what was positive in this appartment. Difficult to find and write pros versus the cons ... This roof apartment (with a nice terrace view) does not really deserve a better grade than ‘satisfactory’ The stair case is very narrow and steps are higher than standard (expect to stumble with or without a luggage ! ) The toilet seat is moving on its base and one has to ‘manually’ fill its tank with the shower head to be able to flush the toilet The pillows (except one) are like blocks of stone, honestly it’s a real challenge to rest a normal head on these Staff at the reception are polite indeed but really casual, I don’t really think they feel concerned with customer requests —- As for the rest it’s OK, as advertised, but in my opinion and according to my experience (October 2024), this room does not worth the money they are asking for.

- Mohamed (7/5): It was a value for money reservation, but the only issue is the cleaning. - There is a supermarket that has everything you need. The reception disk is available all the time. The location is very close to Taxim Square. I reserve without breakfast but the issue in the location is the ramp to get out to Taxim Square. The cleaning of the room happens every 2 days and is not done on the last day, so from Friday to Friday only 2 cleaning times. The quality of the room cleaning isn't good and we are 5 persons however they give only 3 disposable slippers and the reception disk didn't respond to that issue.

If you opt for bigger room, then it will be at the top floor that is 5th floor with no elevator and stairs were uneven. 2. Not suitable for kids as you don’t have elevator and stairs are dangerous because they are narrow. 3. No parking. Even street parking is not allowed.
- Juris (1/5): Bad - Located close to Taxim square I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The noise levels were unbearable; I could hear every footstep in the stairwell and noises from other rooms. To make matters worse, there was a nonstop party in another room all night long, with people screaming, jumping, and blasting music. When I complained to the receptionist, he dismissively said it was always like that and that nothing could be done. This place is a nightmare. Don't risk your stay here - avoid this place at any cost

- Irina (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and looked the same as it is on the pictures, I think for the price it’s the best suite you a find. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from Taksim. The staff is super helpful, and nice. The only issue was the brightness of the room at night and that you can hear the noise coming from outside.

- Hugo (7/5): Average budget hotel - Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, even if it might look a bit rough to some people it is very safe and friendly people you see around. Plenty of cafes and shops around the corner. The room was alright, smaller than we expected from the pictures but reasonable for a budget hotel. However the bathroom had a couple of issues that would need fixing. There’s a hole in the wall about 10cm diameter straight into the outside, no ideal for noise, wind or any animal making their way through. Also there’s a pretty disgusting mouldy/ crumbling ceiling corner in the shower.

- Darvishi (9/5): این هتل نسبت به قیمتش عالی است.ولی باید انتظارات خود را کم کنید. - موقعیت مکانیش عالی بود فاصله کمی تا تکسیم داشت. . کارکنان هتل بسیار خوش برخورد و درجه یک بودن تنها مشکلی که داشتیم این بود که دمپایی برای سرویس بهداشتی و اتاق نداشت. علت رو که جویا شدیم گفتن برای رعایت بهداشت! دمپایی یکبار مصرف گذاشتیم ولی بسیار بی کیفیت بود و بعد از خیس شدن قابل استفاده نبودن(چرا که بعد از استفاده از حمام سرویس بهداشتی هم خیس میشد و دیگه نمیشد از اون دمپایی ها استفاده کرد) پتو ها هم کثیف و لکه دار بودن ولی ما اینو پیش بینی کرده بودیم و با خودمون ملافه و پتو برده بودیم دوش حمام هم خراب بود.

One of the two bedrooms has cracks in the windows and a hole in the door taped shut. The shower is leaking, some pipe above the toilet previously glued to the tape is generally torn off. There is a kitchen, but it is impossible to use it because there is no pot and frying pan. The shower stall is so dirty that you can only walk into it in flip-flops.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Literally everything is around you. The rooms, especially the bathroom were slightly smaller than in the pictures. The street the hotel is located in could sometimes be noisy very early in the morning, but not for long.
