- Zainab (10/5): Great stay - Had a very comfortable stay at this place for second time. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro. Housekeeping was great — fresh towels and yukata were provided every day. The breakfast is minimal but great to fuel up before visiting Tokyo. The café has decent options for food at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, and they also sell the day metro passes, which was very convenient than buying them at train stations. The toilets and bathrooms are shared but clean and well-maintained. The soup everyday for breakfast always had meat. For vegetarians there is only bread, butter and jam.

- Lisa (7/5): - Besonders praktisch war die gut angebundene Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich, trotz gemeinschaftlich genutzten Duschen/ WCs war es stets sehr sauber und ordentlich das Zimmer war sehr klein, kann je nach Gepäckgröße ziemlich eng werden, wenn man nur zum Übernachten da ist lässt es sich für ein paar Nächte schon aushalten

Near the Jimbocho metro station (5 mins walk at most) Laundry facilities available at 400Yen for wash n dry. I stayed in the basic single room, and although small, it was very comfortable. Tokyo is not a cheap city for hotels/accommodation, so this hostel wasn't cheap either, but I was very happy with my stay. The staff made it a very pleasant experience. No kitchen facility (as far as I could tell).

- NOBUAKI (8/5): お得で異国情緒溢れる素敵な宿 - 安くて、スタッフさんが親切。 朝ごはんまで付いててお得。 カフェの飲み物も美味しい。 テレビのリモコンの反応が悪かった。 シャワー室が２室なので、他の宿泊客と被るとなかなか入れない。 アメニティが少ないので、自分で用意する必要がある（ティッシュや歯ブラシなど）。
- sea-chang (5/5): 部屋の臭い以外は概ね良い。 - 立地は良い。アネックスに泊まったがキッチンやシャワールーム、トイレは清潔だった。ベッドも清潔なのは良かった。 また、アネックスの部屋はかなり広いので、荷物の詰め替えする余裕も十分以上にある。 今回は利用しなかったが、フロント前のカフェスペースでは様々な国のビールが売っていて興味を惹かれた。 部屋が臭く、特にソファの臭いが酷く閉口した。リンサーする余裕はないかもしれないが、せめてオゾンをかけてほしい。テーブルもベタついており、水回りとベッドメイキング以外の清掃品質は低い。値段なりといってしまえばその通りだが。 臭いが気にならない人にはコスパの良いホテルだと思う。

- Sky (9/5): Good stay, might come again - The location was close from Jimbocho station, not difficult to get. There are also a lot of restaurants, convenience store, and kiosk nearby. Budokan and really big park nearby, and the neighborhood itself is famous for selling books so there are always things to do. Facilities are also good. They will keep luggage before check in and after check out. They accept luggage delivery service as well, might be a good thing to look into. The room is big and the storage under the bed is spacious. There are a lot of toilet and showers so i almost never have to wait. Everything is also cleaned daily. Good overall. There is no locker/safe so if you feel wary about ur belongings, might be better to carry it everywhere. It is generally safe though.

Single room is offered which is easier for stuff arrangement in later days. The facilities is old and some of them are unhygienic compared to its counterpart, Sakura Hotel Nippori, which offered cleaner and newer environment. There were no specific luggage storage and all of the deposited luggages (both arrive earlier than check-in or for picking up later) are in the lobby area which might raise concern for some people.

- sharon (8/5): We found it perfect for what our interests were, and we'll stay there again when we go back to Tokyo - We had stayed there in the past. We love being in the book district. Tons of used book stores line the streets. Great location, Very close to the Jimboucho subway station. The staff is remarkable. They offer a small dinner menu that had some great choices. It is kind of a hostel, small and economical . Shared bathrooms, showers and wash up sinks in the hall. I never had to wait to use any of them. All very clean. Maybe not for everyone, but we are seasoned travelers and experience all kinds of accommodations. Saw lots of young travelers there. We are in our 70s! Breakfast is just coffee, bread, and the soup of the day. We brought in breakfast items from the nearby convenience store.

- JOCELYN (7/5): It’s was a pleasant stay despite some minor problems - Spacious and close to restaurants and the metro Didn’t like the first night cuz the floor heater wasn’t working and it was cold. They did fix it the next day. The water from the sink only put out very cold water (it’s supposed to be both hot and cold water coming out from the sink). They tried to fix it several times but to no avail. They gave us a carafe so we can boil some water to be able wash our hands and brush our teeth.

- Jennifer (7/5): Great location and great price - The location was perfect and it was easy to get around the city. The facilities are a bit outdated. The space was clean, but you could definitely tell it’s been years since it’s had any updates.

My main issue was the lack of consideration from other guests. I hadn’t slept for two days due to travel from another prefecture, so I went to bed early around 9 PM. Unfortunately, the people in the room were extremely noisy—loud movements, constant sounds, and no regard for others trying to rest. I even took melatonin, but woke up just two hours later because of the noise. What’s disappointing is that no one seemed mindful of the shared space. It felt very disrespectful. In the end, I had to book another hotel at midnight (APA) because I couldn’t take it anymore. I was frustrated and exhausted. If you value peaceful and quality sleep, I honestly wouldn’t recommend dorms or capsule stays like this. Friendly English-speaking staff, clean rooms, and a nice communal area. Good value for Tokyo. Rooms are small (typical for Tokyo) and a bit dated. Street noise could be heard at night from some rooms.
