• RISA (6/5): 工事が終わるまでは違うホテルの方がいい - ディズニーランドまでの巡回バスがあったので、移動が楽だった。 工事中で、景観が悪かった。 また、ロビーにあるソファーで飛行機までの時間潰したり、寝てる人が多く、少し休憩したくても座る場所がなかった。

• Quek (6/5): Overall it was ok. Does not live up to the expectations of some of the other Disney hotels - Staff were friendly, liked the activities the hotel provided. The kids loved the free arcade. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel location was very nice. Pool looked nice as well. We had a few issues and after speaking to a staff member about it they did surprise our kids with a gift in the room. That was a nice touch. Was not told upon book they were doing renovations so it was very disappointing to turn up to the hotel with scaffolding everywhere and the hotel completely covered. Upon arrival we had 3 suitcases, a stroller and 2 sleeping toddlers with not one to help unload the bags. Very limited food options, no convenient store for you to by basic items such as water since the hotel did not offer it. This is the 4th Disneyland hotel we've stayed at. All of the other hotels seem to offer a lot more free amenities so it was very disappointing to only have slippers in the room.

• Abel (10/5): Gran hotel Disney - Hotel Disney en toda su expresión. Buenas instalaciones, renovadas hace poco en su mayoría. Habitación grande, cama cómoda. Baño algo pequeño, pero grande para estándares asiáticos. Jardines para pasear y piscina con horario amplio. Transfer directo al parque gratuito. Como siempre servicio excelente en recepción , tienda y restaurantes. Calidad precio de lo mejor en el mundo Disney. Quizá debería tener una opción de restauración rápida y para llevar, u opciones para poder comprar cosas para llevar. Es cierto que se puede conseguir en el hotel contiguo que está a 5 minutos, pero el hotel debería tener esa opción.

• 蔡 (9/5): - 1. 早餐多樣化有中西港式餐點,選擇性多. 用餐時可與迪士尼明星拍照互動. 2. 酒店與樂園之間有穿梭巴士頻繁,非常方便. 3. 酒店離香港機場車程20分鐘左右(搭計程車)費用HKD160,很方便快速,飯店門口就有計程車排班,若是2人以上同行則比搭電車划算又快速而且不必換車 1. 這次入住期間剛好碰到飯店有外觀整修工程,所以沒法拍照整個飯店外觀,可惜. 2. 飯店外圍園區傍晚蚊蟲較多,要注意防蚊. (飯店有提供防蚊液)
• Natalie (9/5): Fabulous Disney themed stay - very comfortable - Great big bed, fab location. Loved the Disney themed restaurant Ink and plate. Really enjoyed the Disney shop too. There was building work going on which we were aware of. Would have liked to have seen the exterior of the hotel in its entirety.
• Sumika (10/5): 最高でした！館内の雰囲気も含め大好きなホテルになりました！ - とても良かったです。 香港ディズニーランド公式ホテルの中で最も価格帯としては安い方ですが、ホテルからシャトルバスも出ており、徒歩でも15分ほどでパークを行き来できました。 ホテル内ではアクティビティやグリーティングもあったりと楽しめました。 また、ホテルキャストの対応もとても良く、ぜひまた泊まりたいと思いました。 唯一の欠点としては公式ホテルとしては安価なためパジャマがなかったことです。 レンタルやホテルでオリジナルのパジャマの販売とかして暮れれば良いとは感じましたが、自宅から持っていけばいいだけなので特に困りませんでした。

• Lee (10/5): Excellent Hotel, extremely friendly,clean and excellently themed. - We loved everything about the Disney Hollywood hotel. If there was anything to give it less points it would be the lack of simple foods available like what is available at the Disney Explorers Lodge. We were travelling with our whole family which included our 2 grandsons aged 2 & 4 and the Explorers hotel offered a children’s breakfast in the Chart Room cafe downstairs which was beautiful and more than enough food for our boys and even older children too. The Hollywood hotel have definitely missed the point of a Disney Hotel with children. We also found that quick service options weren’t readily available at the hotel either so it was fill up at the park or have a more expensive option at the hotel. Another points lost was for the lack of water bottles in the hotel room, it was said that it was an eco thing but I personally didn’t understand that as they had tonnes of water for sale in the park so I believe that you should look after hotel guest’s first, especially with children. There was filtered water from the machine in the rooms but I wasn’t sold on that idea. Overall the hotel was excellent but for those points and we will definitely be returning to Hong Kong Disney but we may give the Explorers Lodge and the Disneyland hotel a go next time. The lack of easy access to good quick food service, a nice cafe style option for easy food and Water bottles in the rooms.

• Liza (9/5): Exceeded our expectation, even the second time around - This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we were very impressed with the positive improvements that have been made since our previous visit. The hotel has clearly kept up with modern trends while still maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its convenient location close to the park, with frequent shuttle services running between the hotel and the park throughout the day. This made transportation extremely easy and stress-free. Although the hotel is currently undergoing some construction, it caused very little noise or inconvenience during our stay, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Small details such as the universal charging ports were especially convenient for international travelers. Another great touch was the complimentary Disney+ access provided during the stay. The hotel also offers plenty of entertainment for all ages, including the unique piano-shaped swimming pool and various family-friendly activities. The food and overall aesthetics at the Archivist restaurant exceeded our expectations. The entire restaurant is beautifully decorated with Marvel-themed décor, and even the menu items are creatively inspired by Marvel characters and stories. Any Marvel fan would absolutely love the experience. The breakfast buffet at Ink & Plate was equally impressive. While it can become quite busy during peak morning hours, the wide variety of breakfast options more than makes up for it. A particularly memorable feature was the character appearances throughout breakfast, giving guests fun photo opportunities and adding to the overall Disney experience. The merchandise shop located in the lobby is also very convenient, especially if you missed buying something in the park. However, the shop itself is somewhat small and can feel crowded at busy times. Overall, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Although our overall experience was amazing, there are a few minor points worth mentioning. The Wi-Fi speed could be improved, as there were certain areas in the room where the connection was weak or unavailable. Another point, which is somewhat expected at a Disney resort, is that the restaurants are fairly expensive. However, the excellent food quality and overall dining experience do help justify the higher prices. Lastly, the hotel and park are located quite far from the city, which makes it difficult to order food deliveries and naturally encourages guests to dine at the hotel restaurants instead. Despite these small observations, our stay was still fantastic, and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the park.

We never have enough time to enjoy all it has to offer We always find it a little expensive so we would love to stay longer to enjoy it more but can't afford it. But as an overall experience we can't fault it

Staff are friendly but lack professionalism - 1) mistakes in double charged my credit card for lodging cost ( yet to be refunded in a month time ) 2) concierge missed delivering one parcel to us until we identified the problem 3) we departed early at 5am however not a single receptionist answered call when leaving at early hour

• Regina (8/5): Overall, while the stay was comfortable and the staff were courteous, poor communication, limited nearby amenities, tran - The theme was spot on, and we really appreciated the frequent shuttle buses that took us to Disneyland and the MRT. The room was comfortable, and the staff did their best to accommodate all our requests. Everyone was courteous, and they were quick to open a counter to serve us as soon as they saw us in line, so we hardly had to wait. They informed us that they would contact us as soon as the room was ready since we had requested early check-in. We arrived at 5am and had notified them in advance, especially as we were traveling with a toddler who needed rest. However, we ended up checking in at the official time of 3pm without receiving any prior update. It was only at 3:30pm—after we had already checked in—that we received the email saying the room was ready. We would also like to suggest that the Disney resort consider offering an airport shuttle service, as it would make travel much easier and eliminate the need to rely on local taxis. On our last day, we asked the hotel to call a taxi for us. After paying the driver, we expected to receive change. We thought he had gone back to his car to retrieve it, but instead, he drove off, leaving us unsure of what to do. Additionally, there are no supermarkets, drugstores, or convenience stores nearby. While we heard there is a convenience store near the lake, the shuttle bus does not stop there. This made it quite difficult to get small snacks or drinks late at night when we didn’t want to dine at a restaurant. We were also quite shocked that amenities had to be paid for. At other Disney hotels around the world, themed amenities are usually provided complimentary, so given the cost of the hotel, we felt this should have been included.

Beds were very comfortable and loved the theming of the hotel Since this was the cheapest Disney Property Hotel, we feel that there should be some cheaper options for dining and availability for purchasing snacks and soft drinks.

• Janelle (9/5): A must if going to Disneyland! - Easy check in, lovely pool, great for really young kids. Very clean, big rooms. Easy access to Disneyland with regular shuttles from 6am through to 1am It’s not close to anything else. If you want the supermarket or even just a convenience store it’s quite a trek. I suggest just coming prepared with snacks etc. Eating at the hotel is expensive, we didn’t do it.

• ANDREI (10/5): Рекомендую отель, даже мне взрослому было очень интересно. - Территория отеля небольшая но интересная. Ресепшен запоминающийся весь в героях Диснея, телевизоры с мультиками. Номер хороший все чисто, бесплатно ложат кофе в дрип пакетах, очень вкусное кофе. В номере стоит кулер может наливать воду комнатной температуры, теплую и кипяток. Шатл бас ходит каждые 15 минут до метро и там же вход в парк Диснея. Фасад отеля сейчас находиться на реконструкции, но это не чуть не испортило настроение. Завтраки космически дорого выходили на семью из 4 человек не стали брать.

• Jennifer (10/5): Excellent first time at Disney hotel - Lovely big room with Disney features. Made us feel very relaxed on holidays. Dedicated hotel transport was good to and from the park. Dedicated entrance to park meant that we were right at the front to enter when it opened. Excellent concierge service called us a taxi for our early flight in the morning the next day. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a bit expensive and not close to any other shops. We brought something to eat in the room.

• Yalim (9/5): Overall stay was wonderful - We loved everything. we will definetly come back. there was one problem, which prevented me from a good night's sleep one night. Unfortunately the sound proofing of the rooms are bad, and how our neighbors were talking all night until 2 am could be heard very loud, and I couldn't sleep at all. But fortunately, when I called the guest services, they resolved the issue very quickly, so my thanks to them.
