- Carmen (8/5): Lots of Character nice and clean with friendly staff. - The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and friendly. I think her name was Lila, she was Brazilian. I loved the decore and our room was clean. The room was very small. You could just about walk around the bed to get to the balcony doors that also struggled to open because the bed was in the way. Also the rugs upstairs are a bit of a trip hazard. It was hard to wheel the cases over them as they kept gathering up.

- Maki (10/5): 母娘ベネツィア満喫！ - 留学中の娘(17才)と合流しての母娘２人旅！ベネツィアには4泊しましたが後半２泊カ パカーンさんにお世話になりました！ samuele水上バス乗り場からすぐの立地の良さが便利(*˘︶˘*).｡* わかりやすく静かで落ち着いた場所で 建物や調度品はヴェネツィアらしさあふれていました！！ 私たちはリュック移動で身軽だったのでエレベーターなしでも大丈夫でしたが荷物が多い方は階段だけなのでご注意ください！ 私たちはバスタブ付き合いを希望していたので 小さな部屋でしたが美しい 調度品やシャンデリア、 鏡や小さなテラスがあり居心地良かったです。 (私たちは2人とも 160cm で普通体型のため 体が大きな人には狭く感じるお部屋 かもしれません） ヴェネツィアらしさを味わいたかったので良かったです 何よりもフロントや朝食会場＆お掃除のスタッフ皆さんのおもてなしが素晴らしかったです(*˘︶˘*).｡*♡ デイビッド はとにかくフレンドリーで親切！！ 彼がおすすめ＆予約してくれたレストランは雰囲気良くどれを食べて美味しくて娘と２人お腹いっぱい大満足(｡♡‿♡｡) デイビッドの温かいお人柄のおかげでベネツィアの魅力を存分に楽しめました(/^-^(^ ^*)/ 素晴らしいベネツィアの思い出をありがとうございました♡ 部屋にケトルやグラス カップがあったらもっと良かったかな

- Oliver (9/5): Man fühlt sich in die alte venezianische Zeit zurückversetzt. - Wir hatten eine kurze Übernachtung in Venedig geplant. Das Hotel bot sehr alte (dem Stile nach) an und moderne Zimmer. Wir wollten eigentlich ein modernes Zimmer, aber aus irgendwelchem Grund ging es nicht. So bekamen wir das Casanova Zimmer (Alles mit rotem Samt). Das Zimmer war dennoch mal was anderes, als man sonst gewöhnt ist :-) Wer Fenster sucht, findet welche, aber die sind sehr klein. Das ist aber der Enge der Bebauung geschuldet. Dennoch ist alles sehr eindrucksvoll. Das Personal war ein Traum. Vielen Dank nochmals für die sehr familiere Betreuung und Stimmung. Das Bad war chick und es roch sehr angenehm. Die Reisezeit im Februar ist nicht unbedingt warm, aber die Stadt ist überhaupt nicht voll mit Touristen. Man hat viel Platz. Das Frühstück war auch super. Das Frühstückszimmer war überall mit Spiegeln versehen, so dass es größer aussah als es wirklich war. Aber alle Gäste hatten Platz. Am Abreisetag, konnten wir noch unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen und es später holen. Danke für den Service. Danke aus für den Tipp mit der Fähre (AliLaguna) direkt zum Flughafen zu fahren. Kostet 16€ pro Person und die Haltestelle ist ca. 5 Min vom Hotel entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. A presto. Für mich einziger Kritikpunkt war das Bett. Die Größe war toll aber die Matratze war schon älter. Ich hatte die Tage später doch noch mit meinem Rücken zu tun. Daher wollte ich auch ein modernes Zimmer. Ich reise viel und kann an den Fotos schon sehen was mich erwartet.

- Kristen (10/5): The hospitality made this feel like a personalized, 5 star hotel! - Beautifully decorated! But the best was how personal and accommodating the staff were. Lia made our stay feel like home in so many ways! She found out it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make it special. Breakfast was great and location was off the beaten path a bit so it was quiet. We loved our stay! Fine for us, but there aren’t elevators so be prepared to only use stairs.

Les chambres sont bien décorées, confortables, l'établissement est très propre Le personnel est charmant, attentionné et disponible pour répondre aux besoins des visiteurs.
