- BSDEV31 (7/5): Comfortable, Quiet, and Convenient — With a Few Issues - Comfortable bed, hotel was quiet - you could not hear the people in other rooms, and barely those in the hallway. Reasonably priced and a good variety of items in the hotel lobby, along with a microwave. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Bus service is within a few blocks. Lots of restaurants and stores are a block away. I would stay here again if in the area. We had problems with the TV, sound cutting out on broadcast TV, which they were unable to resolve. We also had a few days of water-temperature issues, an anti-scald issue in the shower, and no cold water in the sink. They tried to fix it, but thanks to my engineer husband, we figured that if you ran the sink and turned on the shower, the anti-scald would finally kick in. The heat also didn't work. They sent up an engineer quickly and resolved it in a few mins. We had to ask them to bring new towels and make the bed after a few days (we stayed 5 nights). We were on the major street side with a police station kitty-corner to the hotel. We heard sirens frequently in the evening. No microwaves in rooms and no ice maker on the floor. They have bags of ice in the lobby freezer.

- Richard (5/5): - The people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The extra parking lot is across the street. The lobby had a small store with a nice selection of food and drinks options. My daughter loved the music theme and the pie number theme window shades. From the moment we walked in, the first room we were given had a terrible smell. We find out it was because of a broken toilet that had apparently been used and didn't work to flush anymore. Then, we were given another room which was a double queen instead of a king like we reserved. That room's bathroom door didn't close all of the way. Also, it had 3 light switches - one for the bathroom, one for the master and one for the bedroom - however, only one light switch worked all the lights in the room. When someone got up in the night to use the bathroom they had to turn on all of the lights in the room and wake up people and the same with early in the morning. The bed was not very comfortable either.

- Heena (5/5): Staff and lobby was good but room was just ok would not care for it. - staff was very friendly and cooperative no complaints there. they were very helpful and very satisfied with them from desk to housekeeping greeted with smile and was ready to help with anything. They were A+ Room was ok but did not care for how the bathroom was. Flush made very weird hard sound, shower handle came off and so was hard to control temp. But housekeeping knocked and asked if we needed anything I told her and she sent someone to fix. Shower door was letting water out had to put towels on the floor. Toilet door was open on side and had no privacy. Also did not like coffee machine and things next to toilet I did not use it as it felt very unhygienic. TV kept on turning on stayed for a min or two and turned off every few hours it disturbed my sleep.

La zona è ricca di locali e anche supermercati, il tutto a pochi passi a piedi La nostra camera si affacciava su una strada molto trafficata e durante la notte si sentivano parecchi rumori, ma comunque tutto molto sopportabile

La porta del bagno è una mantovana, quindi non hai il massimo dell'intimita personale, il riscaldamento un po' rumoroso, ma con la stanchezza che hai la sera non ci pensi...

- Muir (3/5): Avoid if you don't want to be charged daily for extras you didn't buy - Nice hotel, comfortable and modern Nice hotel, but it was spoiled by daily random charges on "hold" on my credit card for nothing....I was told they did this daily in case you "might" spend money...in total they put a hold on nearly 3 thousand dollars...I had a discussion with the manager who told me this was a glitch in their system and it was being rectified...it wasn't. It just felt I was being robbed of money every day. I actually had to block my credit card as it was getting ridiculous. I've had an apology from them for the inconvenience but it totally ruined my experience of being at the hotel. I wish I had something nicer to say but I can only tell you the truth.

- Stacey (6/5): - It’s an out-of-date Aloft. When you think of Aloft, you think of modern style rooms, but this Aloft is really out-of-date.
- Joan (4/5): - The room was in very poor condition — it was dirty, had a strong unpleasant odor, and lacked basic essentials like a blanket on the bed. The overall state of the room made it feel like it was falling apart. While the staff were friendly, the service was extremely slow. It was surprising to see only one person working the front desk during peak check-in time, which led to a wait of over 45 minutes just to check in. The heat/air also did not work. It was either on or off you could not adjust the temperature

The rooms were neat and clean.The location was great everything was within walking distance & public transportation stopped right in front of the hotel. Only issue was it said it was a non smoking environment but everyday we had headaches from all the marijuana being smoked inside the hotel.

- Maria (7/5): - Die Lage vom Hotel war perfekt zur Metro, allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs und netten Cafés. Das Zimmer war gross und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Es war sauber und es gab täglich frische Handtücher und Wasser. Sehr nettes Personal. Auf dem Flur roch es nach Rauch. Unser Zimmer war, obwohl wir 7 Nächte gebucht hatten, im UG. Wir hätten uns über eine der oberen Etagen gefreut. Leider kein Dachgarten oder Terrasse. Die einzige Möglichkeit am Hotel draussen zu sitzen war vor der Lobby in einem nicht so schönen Eingangsbereich.
