• Alex (8/5): Prima - Goede bedden, propere kamer en relatief weinig geluidshinder. En een sober maar zeer lekker ontbijt. Voor mij meer dan voldoende keuze. De lift. Slechts één keer gebruikt want kamer was op 2de verdieping en alles met de trap gedaan omdat de lift te klein en te traag is.

• Pascal (7/5): - l'hôtel et son emplacement sont très bon , la qualité des petits déjeuners très bon. la seule chose manquante est une armoire ou un placard pour pouvoir défaire sa valise . sinon tout est très bien même si le bâtiment n'est pas récent , il est très bien entretenu et repeint récemment le fait de ne pas pouvoir défaire sa valise et ranger ses affaires dans une armoire ou un placard comme on a l'habitude d'avoir lors de nos différents voyage en France ou a l'étranger

Otel deneyimimize dair yaşadığımız sorunları daha açık ve düzgün bir şekilde ifade etmek isterim: Üç kişilik konaklama için ayarlanan odamızda yalnızca iki yatak bulunmakta, üçüncü kişi için ise sert bir kanepe üzerine çarşaf serilerek çözüm sunulmuştu. Bu durum, üç kişilik konaklama standardına uygun değildi. Yaşadığımız sıkıntıyı ilettiğimizde, odamızın daha iyi bir odayla değiştirilmiş olması olumlu bir yaklaşımdı ve bunun için teşekkür ederiz. Ancak oda değişimi sırasında girişteki görevli beyefendinin, odayı ve hatta tuvaleti kullanıp kullanmadığımıza dair “emin misiniz?” şeklinde bir soru yöneltmesi oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Dinlenmek ve hizmet almak amacıyla gelen misafirlere bu şekilde yaklaşılması ve bu tarz sorgulayıcı bir üslup kullanılması uygun değildir. Ayrıca kahvaltı alanında görev yapan personelin, kahvaltı saatleri içerisinde misafirlerin istedikleri ürünleri alabileceklerini bilmemesi ve buna ek olarak iletişim tarzının müşteri memnuniyetinden uzak olması da olumsuz bir deneyim yaratmıştır. Bunların yanı sıra, odadaki klima oldukça gürültülü çalışmakta ve konforlu bir dinlenme ortamı sağlamamaktadır. Tüm bu noktaların, hizmet kalitesinin artırılması adına dikkate alınmasını rica ederim.

Metro en tram is binnen loopafstand. - een supermarkt is ook op loopafstand (Netto-Marken). - kamer is ruim, je kunt makkelijk 2 koffers open laten staan. - uitgebreid ontbijt kost €15,=, een klein ontbijt €5,= (thee/koffie, 2x kleine croissants en drinkyoghurt). - de medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk ! - badkamer is vrij klein: kleine wastafel en (zeer)kleine douche. - de airco werkt niet naar behoren: de kamer blijft (zeer) warm. - de afvoer van de douche loopt niet goed door. - het duurt lang voordat het toiletreservoir bijgevuld is. - er is 1 lift: je moet hard(er) drukken op het nummer van de etage waar je naar toe wilt. Het duurt vrij lang eer de lift boven is. - als je een slechte slaper bent, vraag dan een kamer aan de achterzijde ivm tram aan de voorzijde !

• Wendy (6/5): Super locatie, verder ok - De ligging van het hotel is super. Binnen een paar minuten sta je op Alexanderplatz. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De kamers waren schoon en hebben geen tapijt wat ik erg prettig vind. De hotellobby is tevens de ontbijtbar. Dit is erg krap en op 1 dag konden we zelfs niet ontbijten door drukte (we moesten later terugkomen). Ik vond het zelf jammer dat er geen gratis thee of koffie op de kamer was, net zo min als een koelkastje.

Der Sessel könnte nicht genutzt werden, da zu wenig Platz. Die Dusche zu klein und der Duschkopf machte sich ständig selbständig. Die Stromversorgung brummte ständig. Beleuchtung am Bett zu hell und nicht separat einstellbar, so dass der Partner belästigt würde. Der Fahrstuhl, über 40 Jahre alt, braucht ein Ewigkeit; die Bedienknöpfe sind abgenutzt, so dass sie nur auf Druck an bestimmten Stellen reagierten

• bpi1962 (8/5): Würde wieder kommen ! - Die Nähe zum Alexanderplatz war sehr gut. Alle öffentl. Verkehrsmittel sehr nah. Die Zimmer sauber. Was zu beachten ist: die Madratzen sind wirklich extrem weich. Bad klein aber es passt, wichtig ist die Sauberkeit, welche gepasst hat. Frühstück sehr gut, der Frühstücksraum klein, ev. ein bisschen Wartezeit kann passieren. Würde das Hotel bei einem weiteren Berlinbesuch wieder buchen. Alles ok.
• karlgustaw (8/5): - Pokój był dosyć mały , ale miał wszystko czego potrzeba na jedną noc, widok na podwórko nie stanowił problemu bo było cicho , a lokalizacja jest w samym centrum miasta(Aleksanderplatz) łóżko wygodne, uniwersalna ładowarka to praktyczne rozwiązanie, parking z tyłu hotelu obsługa sympatyczna , bardzo pomocna W łazience niebezpieczny prysznic, w którym można się pośliznąć, trzeba naprawdę uważać, bez klapków nie ma co wchodzić. uważajcie

• Aranka Julianna (9/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und vor allem ein super Frühstück, mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist einfach und zweckmäßig, was mich aber nicht gestört hat. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, sollte man nach einem Zimmer zum hinteren Gebäudeteil hinaus fragen, da vorne vor dem Haus die Tram fährt, was man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster hin und wieder hört.
• MYKYTA (2/5): - We stayed at this hotel for one night. At first glance, the room looked nice, cozy and comfortable. However, our overall experience was seriously disappointing due to several issues. One of the towels had someone else's hair on it, which is unacceptable. The shower itself was working, but the holder was broken, making it uncomfortable to use. In addition, our key card stopped working and had to be reactivated at the reception. The biggest problem was a very strong and persistent sewage smell in the room and especially in the bathroom. It smelled like urine and sewage, and it was extremely unpleasant to stay in the room.Another serious issue was that the air conditioning was not working. The room was very hot and stuffy, and it was difficult to sleep. Opening the window was not an option because of constant noise from the street, including traffic, trams and emergency sirens. We reported the key card issue and the strong smell to the reception, but no solution was offered: no room change and no apology. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. This is not acceptable for any hotel, even at a basic level. We hope the hotel will take responsibility for this situation and improve its service in the future. Rating: 2/10.
