- Michael (6/5): A bit unexciting - Solid enough. Clean rooms, average breakfast. In the thick of a certain kind of action. Staff were useful enough, though not very warm. I'd have expected a bit better for the price.

- karimz514 (8/5): Good stay - Location is very good, as district1 is "japan town" and you can go from there to many other locations. Also walking arround is nice, but recommend to be aware of your surroundings when doing so at night. staff is very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. It is small, but have everything you need. If the restaurant is full, you can also eat in the lobby. room was ok. Big enough for everything, just a little bit old school. 1 day it was too noisy outside, but other days where ok.

- Jun (4/5): - 窓あり部屋指定なのに、小さい窓があるだけで写真に写っているような部屋ではなかった。 まともに光も入らず非常に残念。 違う部屋に変えようと聞いたところ料金がアップするとのこと。 おそらく窓あり部屋の予約ではその部屋をすすめて、不満があれば写真に写ってる部屋にチェンジして金を取ろうってことなんでしょうね。 それと部屋に無料のインスタントコーヒーがあるのだが、たびたび置いてなく言わなきゃいけないのが面倒くさく、細かなところがいちいち気になりました。おそらく清掃員によって違うんでしょう。 チェックアウト時も言わないとレシートをくれずという始末でしたし。 料金が安いので最高のクオリティは求めてはいませんが、何かと小さい不満が残るホテルでした。 しかし部屋などは綺麗なので、その辺を気にしない方ならとても快適だと思います。
- HIRO (10/5): - 安い値段で星付きホテルレベルの設備があり、お得感があります。設備は冷蔵庫、バスタブあります。マッサージサービスもあり、フロアスタッフに相談すれば、色々なマッサージの要求に答えてくれます。マッサージは60分50万ドンのようです。私は体験していないので、善し悪しは分かりません。日本人街にあるので、隣にもたくさんマッサージ屋があります。

- Matt01010101010101 (2/5): Rude staff and noisy - If you come visit your gf, dont stay at this hotel. They really mistreated my local partner and wanted to keep her ID for no good reason. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. The place is quite noisy after midnight. We had hard time sleeping peacefully. Bed is not comfortable at all. The toilet was leaking. The bathtub is ancient and very small. If we hadn’t prepaid the entire stay, we’d have left the next day. All in all avoid if you can.....

- ColinL361 (6/5): Rather seedy location - Located in the heart of “Japan Town”, this hotel, in term of amenities would be rated as a two star hotel. The lobby area was furnished with what I would best describe as over powering to the eyes. Checking in was quick and the room was decent and clean. The executive room had a jacuzzi tub which much to my surprise, actually worked. The breakfast area was something else. It is small with very poor lighting. Quality of the breakfast was sub par. The real kicker was that the property and the surrounding area seems to be a magnet for street walkers. The surprising thing is that the staff also were pimping services. Not sure if I will return.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 可もなく不可もなく。 - エレベーターががたつくこともなく、エアコンもPanasonic製でちゃんと効きます。 シャワーや水の水量も問題ありませんでした。(4F･･･ベトナムはフロントがGなので、実質5F) 部屋のメイクアップも毎日きちんとしてあり、問題ありませんでした。 ただし、シャワールームの窓(上の方で少しだけ開く窓。下側を支点に上側が外に開く)が 常に開きっぱなしで、締まりません。換気の為かはわかりませんが、タイヴァンルンに 面しており外の雑音が非常にうるさいです。 出張で来ておりますが、朝早くはフロントの人間がロビーで寝てます。 通常時間のフロントの対応の方は丁寧な対応と思います。 朝食は、普通に食べられます。(ご飯、みそ汁っぽいものあります。あとはパンや台湾料理？) ランドリーを利用したら1回靴下が片方ロストしましたが、一応かえって来ました。 しかし、裾の部分が若干破れてました。 帰ってくる時間に部屋に戻ろうとすると、ボーイがマッサージガールを進めてくるのが うっとうしいです。 シャワーの水圧とそれなりの清潔感で、1泊5000円前後でした。

- Verified traveler (6/5): Different Hotel - Stayed in A&EM Hai Ba Trung - This was the hotel booked. Unfortunaely during check-in, the staff told us air-cond is not working. Then sent us to A&EM Hai Ba Trung - 2 streets away in a cab (fare paid by hotel) The 2 rooms booked was supposedly be NON-SMOKING but one of them is a smoking room. In the lobby, we found that some KOREAN tourists were smoking inside and the staff did not stop them. THIS IS VERY WRONG Other than that, its a decent hotel to stay with food and close to CBD area

Around the hotel, there are lots of nice Japanese Restaurants. 5Ku, near by the hotel is must visit site for late night beer. I'll definitely stay here again due to reasonable price and hotel condition around the area.

Hotel itself is showing it's age. Room is OK. Reception very friendly. Breakfast very limited. Overall it's the people that made up for its shortcoming. Good people. Just like what I like about Vietnam. Very Hospitable People. Full of smiles and full of heart.

The cleaning staff were helpful, but the reception was the only let down. The '24 hour' room service menu was not available after 9pm, and my 8am wakeup call never happened.

Very small...barely enough room to fit the bed inside! Zero ventilation! The AC machine worked, but no outside air was allowed into the space! None of the vent exhaust fans worked. Loads of construction and demolition going on adjacent to hotel...Very noisy!
