Giada (1/5): pessimo - personale gentile hotel vecchio e con odore sgradevole, appena arrivi ti portano in un alloggio vicino in cui devi fare un numero infinito di scale per arrivare alle camere, in corridoi stretti e pieni di moquette vecchia e polverosa. aspirapolvere in mezzo al corridoio, stavo inciampando con la valigia. non ci sono controlli quindi può entrare chiunque, per niente sicuro. camera con pessimo odore, porta del bagno non si chiudeva, la doccia si è subito intasata ed è di un lurido assurdo che credo non venga pulita da anni. non c’è nulla per poggiare le proprie cose. arredo vecchio, rovinato, moquette talmente terribile che da rossa è diventata gialla. Non ho mai visto una moquette in bagno! che schifo nel letto ho trovato un capello molto lungo e diversi peli. aria condizionata spenta per tutto il soggiorno, non hai il telecomando per regolarla. cuscini bassi e scomodi. il prezzo non è neanche conveniente neanche il peggiore ostello è come questo “hotel”! andate altrove!!!
Florencia micaela (2/5): I didn’t feel safe - I would like to share my experience in a respectful and honest way. The location of the hotel is very good and, at first, everything seemed fine. The gentleman who did our check-in and showed us to our room was very kind and professional, and we appreciated his help. However, I did not feel safe at any point during my stay. When we arrived, we were given two keys: one for the main street entrance and another for the room, as the reception was located in a different building. The main entrance door did not close properly, and our room was located right next to the entrance. The lock on the room door did not feel secure. While inside, I actually placed a chair against the door because it seemed like anyone could potentially enter. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, there was no hot water. At first, we thought it might have been due to a temporary power outage and that it would take some time to work again, but it never did. We had to take cold showers. The heating and Wi-Fi were also not working, but the lack of hot water was definitely the most serious issue. Finally, and this is the main reason I am writing this review: housekeeping entered the room to make the bed, and we had some euro coins in the pocket of a pair of trousers that were left on the table. The coins were gone afterwards. This situation made us feel even more unsafe. Unfortunately, due to this issues, especially the security concerns and the missing money, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Annalaura (4/5): non ci tornerei - I letti non erano male e comunque la vista era carina Abbiamo soggiornato a novembre, faceva freddissimo, il condizionatore ( che era l’unico riscaldamento disponibile in camera ) funzionava poco e soprattutto noi non avevamo il telecomando per regolarlo, anche dopo che abbiamo riferito che avessimo freddo non ce lo hanno voluto lasciare!! lo staff non era molto cordiale, anzi. il bagno fatiscente ma vabbe per il prezzo uno non si aspetta il lusso, ma almeno non dormire tremando dal freddo!

Nuestra habitación era un bajo y se sentía fría y húmeda . La calefacción era un split que hacía un ruido del demonio y no te dejan el mando para apagarlo. La ducha continuaba con el suelo del baño y se empapaba todo.

Francisco Javier (1/5): Mala experiencia - Tranquilidad Buenas noches, En el dia de hoy (23/01/26), hemos realizado el check-out de la habitacion n°40, a nombre de Francisco Javier Marrero Vega. Hemos estado 2 dias, y la experiencia no ha podido ser peor. Hicimos el check-in el 21/01/23 sobre las 19:00 horas. Nos asignaron en primer lugar, la habitacion n°28. Al entrar en la habitacion, no habia mando para encender la calefaccion. Mi pareja fue a ducharse y las toallas olian a humedad. Tras esto, baje a recepcion a reclamar el mando o bien que me encendiese la calefaccion. El recepcionista vino y no funcionaba. Se marcho a recepcion y me trajo un calefactor electrico, el cual era muy ruidoso y le dijimos que era imposible dormir asi. Me bajo de nuevo a recepcion ( todo esto despues de un largo viaje, y en una ciudad tan fria en el mes de enero como es venecia) y le digo al recepcionista que nos cambie de habitacion porque asi con este frio, es imposible dormir. En un primer instante, se niega y dice que no hay nada disponible y le digo que entonces me quedo en la recepcion a dormir. De repente hace una llamada y me dice que si hay otras habitaciones. Vemos una primera, y ni funciona tampoco la calefaccion. Vamos a otra y tampoco. Luego vamos a otras y tienen un split en lugar de calefaccion y son muy ruidosos. Al final, despues de casi dos horas mas tarde, nos deja en la habitacion 40, donde el display de la calefaccion, aparece encendida, pero nada mas que eso, no expulsaba aire caliente, con lo cual, ya cansado de dia, nos rendimos y nos acostamos como pudimos. Al dia siguiente y con gran cabreo, bajamos a recepcion y le explicamos a la recepcionista del turno de mañana, lo sucedido. Le indicamos lo de la calefaccion y a parte, esta habitacion n°40, tenia la barra de la cortina de la ducha caida, con lo cual al ducharse, no se podia cerrar y se salia todo el agua, lo que hacia ese momento de relax, algo incomodo por evitar que el agua saliese fuera.

Loua (1/5): Extrêmement déçu. - Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel, la chambre était en dehors de l’hôtel. Dans un autre appartement à côté qui n’était pas en bon état du tout comparé à l’hôtel. On arrive dans la chambre, il faisait très froid. Le chauffage ne marchait pas pour le prix que nous avons payé et quatre personnes. La chambre était minuscule, on dirait qu’ils avaient racheté des lits comme si ce n’était pas prévu plus choquant pour aller dans la salle de bain, il fallait aller à l’extérieur de la chambre au fond du couloir, et évidemment toujours fermer à clé.. il y avait de la moisissure sur les douches même les rideaux de douche. Nous avons pas eu d’électricité le lendemain. Impossible de dormir avec ce froid. Nous attendons toujours le remboursement de nos chambres, car évidemment nous sommes partis dès le lendemain matin sans parler de l’autre qui nous a très mal accueilli.

Federico (4/5): A parte la posizione, pessima esperienza - Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla fermata Salute del vaporetto. Condizionamento della camera non gestibile e quindi abbiamo patito il freddo. Inoltre la macchina si azionava e spegneva autonomamente facendo un gran rumore anche nel cuore della notte. Inserendo il caricabatterie una delle prese elettrica ha fatto una scintilla facendo saltare la corrente in camera. Wc con tavoletta rotta e doccia con tenda (nel 2025!!) e quindi non commentabile. Lo staff alla reception non è per niente disponibile nell’assecondare le richieste dei clienti, come il deposito dei bagagli che vengono fatti lasciare nella hall della reception senza nessun cartellino, in balia di chiunque possa reclamarli senza controllo.

I got a second floor flat, in a separate annex from my travel companion. The top bunk was unsuitable for my child as had no handrail and was on a slant. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The manager told me to go to the police when I complained. His answer to everything. For the love of God, please please avoid this hotel. La mattina dopo convinti che la corruzione Fosse offerta dall'hotel ci siamo recati al ristorante ma siamo subito usciti perche ci hanno informato in ritardo che per usufruire della colazione dovevamo pagare 12 EUR a testa . Non mi è piaciuto soprattutto il fatto che la stanza fosse sporchissima, la moquette totalmente impolverata, i condizionatori presenti non avevano il telecomando di accensione e chiamando il reception ci hanno detto che non potevamo utilizzarlo. Con una sola finestra in una stanza molto Piccola il caldo si è fatto sentire molto infatti abbiamo passato le 2 notti insonni.la polvere era esagerata ed il bagno era indescrivibile.la cabina doccia rotta completamente e riallacciata con del Ferro e al posto di sostituirla hanno aggiunto una tenda Che era anche sporca. In due giorni ci sono stati forniti soltanto i mini shampoo è due saponette è soltanto un rotol di carta igienica. La posizione forse è l'unica cosa che ho trovato comoda ma tutto il resto è da dimenticare perché la sporcizia non può essere ammessa quando si tratta di aver a che fare con persone che pagano per usufruire di un servizio. Pertanto Per il non utilizzo del condizionatore dovremmo essere statti avvisati in anticipo invece non è stato così.

The room itself was not worth what I paid for it though. I feel completely ripped off and would NEVER stay at this monstrosity of a hotel again! I really don't know where to start with this place, it is soooo bad on so many different levels. Ultimately, I am extremely annoyed at Booking.com for promoting this hellhole as a 3 star hotel. The promo material was misleading to say the least and NOT representative of this hotel. For starters, we were ripped off. I paid for a superior double/twin room with a canal view and my friend (who has two children, the youngest child is disabled), had paid for a deluxe quadruple room with a canal view; it is worth noting that she paid a little extra for the canal view. When we arrived, we got checked-in quite quickly and we were taken to our rooms. Instead of being given the superior double/twin room I had booked, I was given a tiny shoebox of a single room (which was absolutely roasting hot). I immediately returned to reception and asked them to give me the room I had paid for and with reluctance, I was given a double with a canal view. That being said, the only good thing I can say about the room is the canal view itself - that's it. The pictures I have included alongside this review speak volumes. While I was settling into my room, my friend contacted me quite upset as it transpired that she hadn't been given the room that she had booked either. Instead of a 'deluxe' quadruple room, she was given a double room at the side of the hotel with army barrack-style bunk beds that weren't fit for purpose. As before, the pictures enclosed with this review say it all. When we approached the owner, he refused to give my friend and her children the room that she had paid for. He was extremely rude and became quite aggressive, and repeatedly said that if we weren't happy we should call the police and/or Booking.com. I wonder if he would have acted in the same way if we had been men. His attitude was absolutely appalling and extremely abusive. To sum up, the rooms were dirty, smelly and falling apart.

Martinez (1/5): Dentro de lo que cabe pues excelente no. - La ubicación no estaba nada mal, para lo que realmente se puede hacer en Venezia, la ubicación excelente para mi la verdad, y los empleados siempre una sonrisa en el rostro habla muy bien de ellos. Las tablas de la cama sonaban mucho, hubo un momento en que mi pareja y yo acomodamos las camas y nos dimos cuenta que una de las camas les faltaba como 4 tablas, la calidad de las camas muy malas pero malas fatal no hay otra palabra que las pueda describir, cuando llegamos la puerta de la habitación estaba dañada y era muy difícil a la hora de empujar para abrir la puerta, y por último nuevamente las camas eran dos camas individuales unidas, siendo que ya había escrito para que me pusieran una cama doble ya que mi pareja y yo pues somos dos hombres y pensamos que el tema de la cama al ser dos hombres que pesamos uno 20 kilos más que otro pues muy mala estaba eso. En fin creemos que la calidad precio van de la mano, no por lo bueno si no por lo malo, porque por 133€ euros tampoco es que se puede aspirar tanto por algo tan económico, pero creemos que puede ser mucho mejor porque realmente al final importa mucho la calificación para cualquier empresa ya que impulsan las ventas.

Peers (2/5): Do not stay there or Venice atall - The restaurant staff was friendly and the prices were satisfactory. The hotel reception was not helpful, the TV did not work there was no WiFi connection, the cleaner stole from our room then put the items back after we reported it, the light fittings were hanging off the wall it was mouldy run down the location was terrible.

Chacon Ferreira (3/5): No cumple con lo que prometen - Nos gustó que fueron amables, nos compartieron información sobre la ciudad y que tenía restaurante No cumple con lo que dicen, el wifi no llega a las habitaciones, solo en la recepción, el agua caliente demora un montón, la alfombra es sucia, el sofá de la habitación tenía las patas dañadas, la cama grande son dos camas pequeñas pegadas, el lavamanos estaba tapado, las lámparas de la habitación no servían, las toallas no olían bien.
