- Silvia (10/5): Una piacevole sosta a Londra - Personale gentilissimo, ambiente piacevole, finalmente un hotel pulito e decoroso a Londra! Stanza immensa, letto comodissimo, silenzioso. Non ho approfittato di tanti servizi offerti ma erano tutti molto promettenti, l'hotel é anche vicinissimo a tanti negozi. La prossima volta! Non servono i petali di rosa ;)

The staff are friendly The room was very comfortable and quiet A little gem to explore this part of london A minor point but breakfast while very tasty was a little disjointed. Staff did nit clear away used items before bringing you hot food……. So we had to clear our table In my view breakfast staff need more training

- Carol (10/5): Hotel truly amazing, staff fantastic and all in the heart of Chelsea. - Had the continental breakfast (prepaid) and could not eat it all. Seriously - orange juice,coffee,fresh fruit,yoghurt,porridge,three croissants,toast with spreads!!!! No hair dryer in room and forgot to mention to staff. I am positive this would be oversight.

- Allison (9/5): Excellent undiscovered gem. - Beautiful room and excellent staff. The shower was too fiddly. One dial for three operations, needed to use reception staff to sort it.

- Beth (9/5): It was a very homie and comfortable place to stay. It made our vacation comfortable and relaxing. - You very much like the fact that we had a couch in our room. That was pretty wonderful. However, I was traveling with a friend and we asked at least twice for two separate beds and got to our room and there was one king size bed and it had to be taken apart and made into two twins that were only a couple of inches apart. That was too close. There were two or three days that our room was not cleaned by the time we got back. Sometimes we were gone for more than 12 hours in the room was not cleaned, but the staff was very very accommodating! They got us everything we needed like new towels, and coffee pods, etc.

Annonce comme compris mais su final ce qui est compris c est des toast médiocres du beurre sans goût et des confitures en mini pots. Pour avoir des œufs il faut payer 35 livres de plus. Et pour une viennoiserie 7 livres. Pour 500 eur la chambre très décevant.

- Dave (7/5): Price doesn’t match the service - The location is great and surrounding is lovely We recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was excellent and very convenient, unfortunately the overall experience did not match the price we paid. The room itself was in need of some care and attention, as it felt quite tired and could benefit from refurbishment. We also experienced ongoing issues with the TV throughout our stay, which was frustrating. When we raised this with staff, the response was disappointing — we were told that resolving the issue was “not in my job description,” which is not what you would expect in terms of customer service. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the service and facilities do not currently justify the cost. With some improvements, this could be a much better experience.

I’ve honestly never stayed in a better hotel—what an amazing experience in England. I loved it. It’s my favorite by far. We actually wanted to have a chat with him, but we had to catch our flight, so we had to leave in a hurry. Sending love from Turkey to the receptionist 🙋♂️
