• Manuel Alejandro (10/5): Fenomenal - Amplio alojamiento, limpio y super cómodo. La ubicación es la ideal. Lo suficientemente alejado del caos de turistas y al mismo tiempo cerca de todo y bien conectado. Muy buen relación precio-calidad. Reserven con los ojos cerrados.

Dificil comunicação para o check in, os links que enviam não funcionam, demora na resposta às mensagens enviadas. Na última noite foi impossível dormir, dado o barulho dos hospedes até às 02h da madrugada e logo às 07h da manhã. Bem sei que é difícil controlar mas torna-se uma estadia pouco agradável não conseguir dormir.

• Monika (10/5): - Perfekte Lage für einen Biennale-Besuch! Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Lagune! Alles zu Fuss erreichbar, viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe! Dass wir Bad/Wc teilen mussten, war ungewohnt, doch absolut kein Problem. Das sehr saubere Bad/WC war immer frei, wenn wir es brauchten! Wir kommen wieder:-)!

Owners gave clear advice on checking in and getting to the property etc Shared bathrooms not a problem It’s a small bit noisy in the mornings with doors opening and closing etc. However it wasn’t an issue for us as we were up early to see Venice at the weekend

Зупинка парома близько. Номер і номером не назвеш - це повноцінна кімната, велика, чиста, затишна, з особливим декором і запахом. В кімнаті був фен, засіб від комарів, чайник, кава і чай в пакетиках, печиво. Наявність великого умивальника з дзеркалом цілком компенсує окремі туалет і ванну кімнату. Окремі туалет і ванна кімната взагалі не стали проблемою: завжди чисто, жодного разу не прийшлось очікувати. -

• Eden (9/5): - Location was good for the price, ~15 min walk from St. Mark’s square and 4/8 min walks away from two different vaporetto stops. They provided some juice boxes, coffee, tea, and like packaged cookies/breads (? I didn’t eat them) and they replenished whatever you ate daily. Very clean, spacious room with high ceilings and a nice view of the canal. Front desk/check in has limited hours—checking in online was easy, but might present a challenge for older people/people unfamiliar with technology. They also cleaned the rooms each day, which I wasn’t expecting so I left all my valuables out lol (nothing was touched, obviously). I wish they added a small shelf and a shower curtain to the shower as well as a hook for a towel (at least in the bathroom at the end of the hall), which would have significantly improved the bathroom. I also wish that there was either a “do not disturb” sign that could be put on the door to indicate no cleaning needed, or a safe to store valuables while out for the day. Since this is a cheaper place to stay, I also would have expected/appreciated a microwave in the common area. Note that I didn’t see an AC unit in the room and the window didn’t have screens for insects and such—it was fine in March, but it might be an unpleasant stay in the summer.

• Honorine (8/5): - La chambre est très propre, a une belle vue. Les lits sont confortables. Le ménage a été réalisé par deux fois durant notre séjour de 5 nuits. La localisation est parfaite. Proche des grands sites touristiques sans être dedans, une rue commerçante à côté et de nombreux arrêts de vaporetto à proximité. Le déjeuner consiste en des gâteaux industriels qui sont proposés sur une table. On entend facilement ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir, donc si vos voisins sont bruyants, ils vous réveilleront.
• INMACULADA (9/5): Disfrutando Venecia - La ubicación, la comodidad de la habitación, aunque hacía frío en el exterior en el piso la calefacción estaba todo el día puesta en el piso y eso hacía que estuvieras muy a gusto, las vistas. La atención con el desayuno en la habitación, la limpieza de todo el hostal...Mi primer viaje sola y este lugar me ha permitido seguridad y disfrutar al máximo de mi viaje. Volvería a reservarlo sin ninguna duda. Me gustó todo pero si puedo hacer una sugerencia sería cambiar las instalaciones de las duchas, estaban un poco anticuadas.

• Jeffrey (8/5): Nice little room in a terrific location - It was almost as good as a private bathroom. the room was perfectly adequate though sparsely furnished. Once I figured out that you could put a folding chair on the tiny balcony at the end of the hall overlooking the water, which gets morning sunshine, I realized I had one of the best seats in the city to enjoy a cup of coffee. Needs a chest of drawers.

• PameRamirez (10/5): Clean, friendly staff, good location, nice front view from the hotel. - The location was great, a 2 minute walk from the Arsenal Station, and 10 min walk from one of the main ferry stations (San Marcos). The neighborhood is quiet, but there is some restaurants and markets around the location so it was easy to find everything I need it. The staff Maria was really nice with us, offered any help with our stay. The view wasn't the same as I chose (at least I understood another thing) it said: Canal View, but the room assigned had a back view to the canal not too nice, there were another rooms with a front view that was amazing (i saw it through a balcon in the main corridor). The staff who checked us in didn't speak english so it was kinda difficult to communicate. But the other person talking to me through whatsapp helped us.

La stanza con arredamento datato, porte rovinate che avranno almeno 50 anni si sente tutto, priva di televisione. Ma la vera chicca e il bagno in comune adiacente alla camera , che durante la notte venivi svegliato dalle persone che andavano al bagno e sentire i rumori dei loro bisogni e fantastico!!!! Il bagno con fatto che sia in comune, ovviamente ci sono persone che puliscono una volta che viene utilizzato , altri invece meno!!!!

Personal de limpieza forma una muy grande parte para poder calificar el hotel aparte de la ubicación 😃 La persona que nos recibió excelente muy amable también nos explico todo sobre el hotel las recomendaciones que nos dio y desde antes de llegar ya nos habían explicado como llegar y la manera más económica sin pierde alguno Los baños son compartidos pero que barbaridad los baños siempre permanecen limpios tienen dos productos para desinfectar el sanitario y la regadera siempre permanece limpio muchas gracias por mantener siempre limpio volvería a regresar una y mil veces más! 🎉✨😃

Marka kilka minut piechotą, pod nosem przystanek tramwajów wodnych, u wylotu głównego kanału do morza, pokoje czyste, łazienki wspólne ale jest ich kilka i nigdy nie spotkałam tam nikogo, zlew, czajnik, kawa i herbata w pokoju. Na korytarzu lodówka a w niej półki przypisane do pokoju, możesz tam zostawić jedzenie. Można tez kupić wodę czy colę, wrzucając 1 lub 2 euro do puszki. Można zostawić bagaże na korytarzu po wymeldowaniu. Chętnie tam wrócę. Widok na boczny kanał lub na morze. Trochę głośno od tramwajów wodnych ale jak zamkniesz okiennice to jest cisza.
