• Bernadette (9/5): Petit hôtel parfait pour un séjour à Venise de quelques jours - Super emplacement dans une rue tranquille à deux pas de la place St Marc, tout était parfait. Elena nous a indiqué un restaurant super sur la place à côté et une pâtisserie pour le petit déjeuner juste à proximité aussi. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Juste mettre une lumière au dessus du miroir dans la salle de bain 😋
• Hilary (1/5): Cancellation on afternoon of check in with no communication, leaving us without accommodation in Venice - We did not ultimately stay here as our booking was cancelled by the host at 3pm on the day of arrival. Our booking was cancelled at 3pm on the day of check-in, with no communication from the host. I got a notification from booking.com that morning saying that the property was having difficulty processing my card (despite that card having been accepted by all other hotels during our Italy trip). I updated my card details (twice) and messaged the host on booking.com and WhatsApp to say that my card details were updated and we could pay on arrival if necessary but got no response. This was despite multiple messages over WhatsApp from the host in the lead up to the stay. Our booking was then cancelled while we were on the train to Venice, at which point the host responded on booking.com to say they had just seen my message and the booking was cancelled. This left us stranded - there was no accommodation available in Venice and we had to book a hotel in Padova. Having now read the google reviews for this property I see that some others have had a similar experience. I would not recommend booking here.
• laurent (8/5): Pour passer une ou deux nuit la chambre est confortable et très bien située pour un séjour à Venise - Literie très confortable, l’emplacement de l’hôtel idéal à deux pas de la place saint Marc. Très bon accueil et bonnes communications de la part de elena La salle de bain un peu petite . La chambre donne au dessus d’une terrasse de restaurant qui ne nous a pas dérangé mais on entends un peu les gens parlé.

• Fernanda (1/5): - Nada, nem cheguei a entrar na acomodação, cancelaram minha reserva 30 minutos antes do check in previsto Nunca reserve um quarto nesse hotel, nunca. Fiz uma reserva pelo booking há mais de um mês e tive a surpresa de ter minha reserva cancelada 30 minutos antes do horário do check in, alegando problemas com o cartão (sendo que o cartão era completamente válido e mesmo trocando o cartão, seguiu dando problema). Quando tentei me comunicar com a proprietária pelo WhatsApp que ela mesmo havia entrado em contato comigo disponibilizando para quaisquer duvidas, ela aparentemente tinha me bloqueado, ja que a foto dela de perfil tinha desaparecido e as mensagens não chegaram (meu namorado tentou mandar mensagem pro mesmo contato e a foto estava lá e as mensagens foram entregues). Chegando lá, perguntei pela minha reserva e ela disse que tinha sido cancelada mesmo, e que agora o hotel já estava completamente lotado (arranjaram um outro casal em 30 minutos????). Me indicaram outro hotel cujo valor era 50% superior ao da reserva que eu havia realizado.ir. Experiência terrível, fiquei extremamente decepcionada e chateada, tendo que arranjar uma solução de ultima hora.

• Hanna (10/5): - Отличное расположение, номер чистый. В номере холодильник, электрочайник с чашками и чаем, большое зеркало,очень приятная терраса. Кондиционер ставили на обогрев и было тепло ночью. Мы приехали на несколько часов раньше времени заселения , к счастью, номер уже был готов и мы заселились. Подушки были не очень удобными, но в шкафу лежал второй комплект других подушек и их можно было заменить.

• Nicolina (8/5): Very good location for the first time in Venice! - We had a very lovely time in Venice! It was the first time here so the location was very important. This hotel is very close to San Marco square and very close to the boats. Elena was very helpful, she gave us instructions how to get to the hotel and options where to eat. The room was like an airbnb without the kitchen. I was surprised by that. We were very comfortable. The windows were looking at a beautiful square with restaurants, pasticceria and small bars around. They cleaned every day and restocked the shower/shampoo and toilet paper. There were also tea/coffee and kettle in the living room as well as a small fridge. Only thing that i believe would be better is to change the sofas and the bed to be more comfortable.

L’établissement est très propre et la literie est hyper confortable. Nous avons été accueillis par Elena qui est adorable, qui parle un français impeccable, et qui nous a donné deux supers adresses de restaurants à deux pas de la chambre. Merci pour ce séjour.

Strong and bad smell in the toilet. There is also little light in the bathroom.

Unos dias antes te preguntan el numero de vuelo y te dan una explicacion sobre como llegar al alojamiento. El ultimo dia te guardan el equipaje. Tambien te recomiendan sitios donde comer Pedimos una cama grande y nos aceptaron la petición. Al final resultaron ser 2 camas individuales juntas. Bastante incomodas. Creo que en italia en general el precio del alojamiento está desorbitado. Pero comparado con todo lo demás es muy buen precio.

Perché questa era la sistemazione. Mai visto nemmeno nei peggiori ostelli, una rete mi sembra il minimo. Dopo il primo giorno ho avuto torcicollo e mal di schiena insopportabili. Scusate ma quando uno cerca alloggio fuori casa un letto dignitoso è il minimo sindacabile

L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois pratique et agréable, permettant de profiter pleinement des environs. Dès la réservation, Elena s’est montrée particulièrement attentionné : les informations transmises étaient claires, complètes et très rassurantes, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée simple et fluide. Le logement était irréprochable, d’une propreté impeccable. Un immense merci également à Elena pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité tout au long du séjour. C’est rare de se sentir aussi bien accueilli ! Nous recommandons ce logement sans la moindre hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

• Miranda (10/5): - Não tem como definir o que eu não gostei, perto de tudo, centro turístico aos seus pés, e a delicadeza da anfitriã com seus vouchers que eu não aproveitei porque meu tempo foi muito corrido, quarto impecável café, chá, delícia, ambiente limpo agradável, serviço de quarto diário, perfeito, simplesmente tudo ótimo sem defeito volto indico, recomendo. Infelizmente não pode tomar um vinho 🍷 no quarto, mas regras são regras...

І, власне, перлина номеру - простора тераса, з якої видно Гранд Канал. Привітний і турботливий персонал. Дуже вдячна Єлені і Лоренцо за постійну комунікацію до заселення, піклування про те, щоб якнайшвидше посилити нас в номер і можливість залишити валізи на стільки часу, скільки нам було потрібно. Оптимальне поєднання ціни і якості.

• Errichetta (4/5): Mi aspettavo di meglio - La posizione centrale a pochi passi da piazza San Marco e in pochi minuti si possono prendere i vaporetti per raggiungere la stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia, i sestieri e le isole di Murano e Burano. Personale poco accogliente, stanza piccolissima senza un armadietto o cassettini dove sistemare vestiti e souvenirs, frigo piccolissimo, letto scomodissimo, niente cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani, scarsa igiene e pulizia, limitata fornitura di carta igienica e di saponette.

A tulajdonos nagyon kedvesen segített odatalálni első alkalommal, tanácsát megfogadva értem oda. Nagyon jó kávézó van a közelben. A berendezés, a fürdő elég régies, de nem szeretném ezt felróni hibaként, bőven ellensúlyozza a hely.

• Andrew (9/5): Great accommodation perfectly located to access and explore Venice. - Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and well run family business. Close to Piazza de San Marco and all the other attractions, as well as the boat services. Room was also warm and cosy. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Toilet brush was rather flimsy and had to be adjusted and tightened. Apart from those minor things, no other issues.
