- Adria (2/5): El dinero es lo primero, y lo único - Pese a ser un fin de semana con temperaturas permanentemente bajo cero y sin ninguna posibilidad de disfrutar la estancia fuera del hotel, no quisieron cambiarnos la fecha de la reserva ni siquiera se mostraron abiertos a negociar otras fechas aunque fuera por un precio más elevado que la promoción que escogimos. Su excusa era que llamamos demasiado tarde (3 días antes) y que era demasiado justo para conseguir otro cliente, cuando la verdad es que era imposible que nadie les visitara con el temporal de frío previsto. Como ya habíamos pagado por adelantado estábamos en sus manos y simplemente se quedaron con nuestro dinero sin prestarnos ningún servicio. Podrían haber ganado más dinero ofreciéndonos otras fechas, pero para eso deberían haber trabajado. Óbviamente buscaremos cualquier otro alojamiento la próxima vez, ya les hemos dado más dinero del que merecen a cambio de nada. Nota: las puntuaciones las he marcado porque es obligatorio para poder enviar el comentario. Sólo la nota global y el servicio se basan en nuestra escasa pero significativamente negativa experiencia.
- Patricia (8/5): Muy bien! Relación calidad precio. - El apartamento es muy cuco, a nuestro hijo le ha encantado su habitación en la buardilla. El acceso gratuito a los servicios del Palau de gel han sido una actividad alternativa al esquí (patinaje sobre hielo, piscina, gimnasio, sauna...)
- Alberto (8/5): Ubicación céntrica innmejorable - Estancia muy agradable en un aparthotel bien amueblado, cocina equipada y con acceso a servicios del cercano Palacio de Hielo de Canillo. La única pega es que el servicio de wi-fi está restringido al horario de apertura de recepción.
