- Susan (5/5): Acceptable hotel, but not all that’s advertised is delivered. - Very clean, washing machine/dryer facilities are good and you can pay/monitor from an App. Comfy beds and aircon good. Breakfast is very variable and not as advertised. 9am is meant to be last entry with finish at 9.30am. arrived at 8.50am and there was barely any food and it was not replenished. Other days it was very basic. Could only access BBC news 24 in English, despite it being advertised that we could access Netflix etc on TV and there would be on demand TV. Staff were not inclined to help with things like taxis etc. Huffed when asked.

- Nadège (8/5): Real nice for short stay ! - I only used the room to rest for one night but I've enjoyed the bathroom bathtub as well as the amenities. The bed was very comfortable with firm cushions to support my spine (I'm particular about that). I came by foot from Shinsaibashi (from Nanba station) and left from Tanimachi 4-chome station, the Hotel is nicely located and quiet. The staff during check in was lovely and check out was super easy (just dropping the room keycard in a machine at the front). The single room I used had enough space to open my carry-on on the carpeted floor but'm not sure a checked bagage would fit if not opened on the bed. There's space under the bed to put your luggages away, though I didn't use it for just one night. The walls were a bit on the thinner side and I could hear the tv in the other room, which prompted me to turn on mine as well ( which I never do) but thankfully, the guest next door turned it off at a respectable hour (and me too of course ^^!). I wish the hotel provided single use earplugs as well instead of an hair tie for example. If you're not sensitive to sounds, I don't think it'd be much of a problem. Otherwise, all good !

- Maria (10/5): It's good hotel and commendable, the only negative is storage luggage and charges for early check in - Hotel don't have luggage storage. They charged you for early check in, on our case we check in 1 pm in the afternoon we got charged for 2 hours 'though check in is 3 pm but its ok.

- 株式会社 (3/5): 失敗だ～残念だ～の２言言わせてもらう。 - いいところは受付の方の笑顔（やらされている感は少しあるが・・・）だけか。 映画・ビデオの使い方がわからかった。（６０代の小生には難しい）スマホを持っていないので排除されている気持ちになった。もう二度と行きたくない。ベッドと壁にスペースがあるので下着が落ちてしまった。（そうなると簡単には取れないベットを持ち上げて取った）旧い会員証を鼻で笑われた、こちらで処分しますよと。そういう事は直ぐ人に伝わるので気をつけてください。折り鶴時代が懐かしい。いつからダメになったアパ（アバ）ヨ～全く良くないダメである。

- Sebastian (6/5): - Zentrale Lage mit authentischem Frühstück. Die Metro ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Checkin zur angegebenen Zeit, inklusive Gepäckverwahrung vorab. Tolles originelles Frühstück. Leider kommt man mit Englisch doch recht schnell an sprachliche Grenzen, was in der Branche doch überraschend ist. Das Frühstück ist gut allerdings zu teuer. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein für 2 Personen mit Gepäck und die Tür- sowie Deckenhöhen sind für Menschen wie mich mit 1.89 gefährlich.

Amazing friendly staff that will help you ship your luggage, leave you clean towels and other amenities every day, will make up the room for you even if you are a little late posting the sign. See through elevator is fun to look through. Anything you need is so close by, 2 train stations just down the street as well as McDonald’s and Burger King if you are looking for some familiar food while being away from home, 7/11 was right across the street as well which I used every night. Osaka castle was also only 20 mins away so if you’re bored at night you can just walk there. Check out was so simple as well!

- mie (7/5): 乾燥。。。 - 近くに飲食店やコンビニがあり不自由がなかった。 空調の風がベッドに寝ると顔に当たり気になって寝られませんでした。あと ダブルの部屋の割に荷物置きが狭かった、デッドスペースがあったのでそこも使えると便利だと思います。空気清浄機なかったですね。
