- Yuko (10/5): 全体的に良かったです！ - スパに置いてあるシャンプーやボディソープも凄く良かったです！ ドライヤーもGOOD！ 部屋のお風呂には入らなかったけど、シャワーヘッドが良いものが付けてあったのでシャワーすれば良かったなぁーと後悔。 枕も色んな種類があって、自分好みの枕で眠れました！ 部屋のタオルを自分でスパまで持って行く所。 濡れたタオルを部屋に持ち帰るのはちょっと〜と思いました
- NAO (7/5): 大浴場は◎だけど激混み - 大浴場があるのは嬉しい 部屋は広くはないけど十分 入り口のカタコトのスタッフさんが、カタコトな上に早口だし声も小さくて、すごく聞き取りにくかった。 大浴場が激混みで脱衣場もぎゅうぎゅうパンパン、洗い場も並んでたし、時間的に仕方ない部分もあるけど、せっかく大浴場のあるホテルを選んだから、何か対応策考えてほしい 喫煙スペースがないのもマイナス

- 洪 (10/5): - 交通位置方便，車站小出入方便，飯店就在車站不遠的地方，飯店樓下就有便利商店，車站旁也有超市。 附近比較沒有餐廳，晚歸的只能吃便利商店。

- Jessica (10/5): Parfait 👌🏼 - 4 ascenseurs c’est top et rapide quand on est dans un grand hôtel. Les chambres ont pas mal de pris dont un port USB. J’ai adoré de Onsen ouvert jusqu’à 2h du matin 😍 (quand on fait une grosse journée c’est assez appréciable) Le personnel est très disponible et aidant même si parfois la communication peut être difficile si vous ne parlez pas anglais, on arrive à se faire comprendre mutuellement ☺️ Rien

- KITAGAWA (8/5): 良かったです。 - 宿泊代に対しての接客がすごく丁寧で泊まってよかったと感じました。もっと値段が高くても問題ないレベルでした。 チェックアウトで部屋を出た際に清掃員の方が入る部屋（使用済みのタオルを入れたりする）が開いていていたり廊下に少し使用済みのタオルが広がっていたりなど少し嫌だなと感じました。もし部屋を開ける理由があれば大丈夫です。

- Glen (9/5): Good value hotel. - Close to train station. Clean in communal areas. Microwave and vending machines on every floor. Shop on site. Breakfast was good quality and variety.working wifi. Staff always greeting you when uou left building and returned. Given presents when we arrived for my wifes birthday. Clean towels left hanging on door when you are not in. Cleaning was on a 3 day schedule so it wasnt vaccumed every day. Twin beds in so took up space and travelling with two people and multiple bags room space was soon taken up. One mattress kept sliding and tipping at one side.
- Hidenobu (2/5): 疲れが溜まった。 - なし。 ①外国人特有の臭いが強かった。 ②部屋のベッドが変に柔らかい、寝心地が良くなかった。 ③フロントのスタッフの受け答えが、良くないと感じた。出来ない理由を明確でなかった。 ④チェックインの際に手間がかかった。事前に予約しているのなら、一から入力しなくても良いのでは。 手書きであれば、仕方ないと思いますが…。
- Jake (1/5): APA hotel… APA-solutely NOT worse hotel I’ve ever experienced - Nothing there was nothing likeable about the property. The bed sheets had multiple stains on including ones that looked like mouse droppings and mould. Everything the place was so uncomfortable and unclean very big health issues. The rooms are very small but the uncleanness of the hotel left me no other choice other than to request for my money back and find another hotel.

- Yuki (8/5): - 立地がよく、一階にコンビニが入っているところ ディズニー客が多く、この立地のホテルに泊まる＝宿泊費を浮かせたいという点から夕食をコンビニを利用する人がかなり多かった。だが、自分の泊まるフロアにレンジは一つしかなく順番待ちの人が多くかなり不便した。
- Charles (10/5): Great staff, location and facilities! - The staff where amazing. The facilities and we're exceptional. The room size was a little small but this is typical for the area, the hotel make up for this with exceptional quality.
