- Siew Teng (10/5): Fantastic - My room is big and spacious. The TV can connect to YouTube, Netflix and prime tv. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful (I had a couple of grab delivery that came. The concierge helped to keep them and even consolidated the multiple bags into one big bag for my convenience). Some parts of the room are a bit dated, such as the bathtub and sofa.

- Tali (9/5): Amazing stay in Bangkok! - Breakfast every morning on the roof was pretty spectacular with a lot of variety to choose from. The room itself was absolutely massive, more room than we thought was possible to get in somewhere like Bangkok for this price. The bathroom was large and felt super luxurious and we had an atrium in our room that was really beautiful. The lighting in the room was hard to figure out with switches by the door but not by the bed, but really a small complaint

Rooms are exceptionally spacious in comparison to most hotels of similar price (we stayed in Urban Suite 70sqm). All staff are lovely and helpful, breakfast was great! Would recommend and love to come back. The lobby corridors are quite stuffy as it’s open air but that’s not a big deterrence

Местоположение, обслуживание и все плюшки отеля заставлют закрыть глаза на минусы) моей же - Местоположение отеля идеально, всё рядом в пешей доступности. Можно пешком дойти до торгового центра и прогуляться, что для Бангкока большая редкость, а тут прям есть широкие тротуары для комфортной ходьбы. Персонал и обслуживание супер, все что нам требовалось, во всем помогали) Мы жили в номере «люкс горизонт», очень просторный номер и красивый вид на город и на парк. Завтраки тоже были очень вкусные и милые официанты. Отель не новый, мебель, стены итд уже прям старые. Заметили, что было грязное постельное белье, нам сразу же его поменяли и извинились. В первый день на кухне увидел большого таракана, сообщил персоналу, его сразу же убили и потравили. Думаю в этом отель не виноват, таракан забежал по канализации, в отеле было довольно чисто.

- Felicitas (8/5): Sehr schön, wenn gleich auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vielleicht nicht mehr ganz stimmt.  - Schöne - sehr große Zimmer mit toller Aussicht ( Horizon view ). Luxuriös gemacht und architektonisch anspruchsvoll. Allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel gehört generalüberholt. Allerdings noch immer sehr stylish. Der Pool : sehr schön. Ich war vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal hier und da war der Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss. Das hat mir besser gefallen. Dort befindet sich jetzt allerdings ein italienisches Restaurant und man hat das Frühstück in den 18. Stock verlegt. Die Terrasse, auf der man das Frühstück einnehmen kann, ist allerdings sehr lieblos gestaltet und die Möbel billig und beliebig. Insgesamt gehört das Hotel, das architektonisch wunderbar ist, generalüberholt.

- Nhung (7/5): Hmmm.. - Large and cozy room with quite nice sunset view. Friendly and helpful staffs. Great location to go anywhere. There is no bidet sprayer. Imagine when you poop after a full day eating spicy foods. The room was clean but but still smelt musty the moment walking in. The sheet smelt faintly of Indian. And the aircon fan was strong even at the lowest mode. It can freeze your head and we gotta sleep on the other side to avoid it. The mattress was a bit too fluffy for back pain.

Room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Nice pool/gym and feels exclusive overall. Breakfast was very good as well. Very good value for the price! - 390vivs (6/5): Centrally located option for downtown ease of getting around - The Hansar is conveniently located in Central Bangkok, within walking distance to CentralWorld shopping and the walkway that connects to Siam Paragon and other shopping districts. It is tucked among the other hotels and resorts like Ananda. The staff is generally friendly and helpful as they are Thai. Check-in is upstairs when you enter hotel lobby. Downstairs you have an Italian restaurant, that was pretty good. I had the squid ink pasta and my fiancée had the pizza. Wine pour was a little skimpy than I expected despite generous food portions. The patio is very inviting and enjoyable. The urban suite room is relatively spacious. I did love the atrium that had beautiful live plants greeting you as you walked in. However, the age of the hotel was visible in the worn couches with stains and were and tear. Spacious his and her basins and closet space. We had issues with the toilet not flushing during our stay but it was fixed immediately upon request. We did opt for breakfast with our room and it offered such a variety of choices. From the set menu to the buffet choices. Loved the pastry selection and fresh fruit. My favorite was the Thai soup with pork balls and all the spicy condiments available. I wasn’t a fan of their eggs benedict or pad thai. My fiancé loved their American style breakfast options of the French toast and pancakes. Overall this is great if you want to be centrally located but I think you could find fairly reasonable priced options out there. It didn’t leave a bad impression nor an unforgettable one.
- 445dionl (8/5): Awesome Stay! - Location was amazing as it was just walking distance to the BTS and also 7-Eleven. Room was clean and spacious but my only gripe is that it is not bright enough especially in the evening/night. The staffs there from the doorman/porter to the front of house were excellent. They’re always smiling and never fails to greet us whenever we met. Highly recommend this property.

Stains on almost everything...walls... carpet...tables. Chair at the working desk had ripped seat fabric. Large stains above bed. Fake plants visible in the large glass display in the rooms ... very weird vibe. Only stayed a night so was able to suffer through.

- sallybR2438DF (10/5): Happy I picked this hotel. - On a short notice trip i found a deal for this hotel online reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels of a similar standard. I really liked my room decor, the carpet was very soft and the bathroom felt luxurious. Not pristine, only a few minor scuffs and slight headboard stain on the silk fabric from guest use, but nothing major. The view was fantastic with a small golf course/ park beneath the city skyline at a great angle. I would stay again. Location is nice and near some malls, and the shopping in Pratunam. There is a top quality bar in the hotel next door worth visiting for a drink, and the Hansar's own bars are lovely to relax in too. The pool looked beautiful. My booking had a massage included too which was very professionally done. I went for medium but would do the lighter one in future! I also chose to do a cooking class, which was interesting and gave me a slightly better idea of how to cook the food. I was given all the dishes to eat afterwards which I didn't know what to do with after I was full, but loved it.

- Happiness763538 (10/5): One of the best hotel in Bangkok - The room is beautiful and you have a huge bathroom area. The bed is comfortable and you even have a pillow menu, should you have any preference. The staff is top notch and down to earth; always welcoming and friendly. Our cleaning lady ensured to cater to our needs and have well noted our preferences for the room setup. The food is excellent especially breakfast where you have a semi buffet and à la carte. They do have other restaurants which is a must try. The hotel is situated near 711 which makes it more convenient if you are looking to purchase some food during night time. Located near malls like central world, pratunam market and platinum mall, it is very easier to access given the hotel location. I highly recommend and would definitely come back soon

- Amrtpal (10/5): Lugnt och fint hotell som ligger centralt - Fina stora rum. Bra läge nära både shopping, parker och restauranger. God frukost och fin restaurang på hotellet. Väldigt lugnt och fastän, hotellet ligger väldigt centralt. Otroligt bra massage, en av de bästa vi vart på. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
