Os quartos são confortáveis, a equipe é simpática e fala um bom inglês. Recomendo. O café da manhã é honesto, mas a reposição dos itens às vezes é lenta e se você está com um pouco de pressa pode ter dificuldades.

Ręczniki czyste i wysokiej jakości. Pokój przestronny jak za ta cenę i na Japonię BARDZO fajny. Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. W recepcji fajna woda w butelkach w cenie jak z maszyny. Czyste i nowoczesne pralki. Kostkarki do lodu. Podjazd dla wózków i drzwi na fotokomorke. Bardzo dobrze oceniam hotel najlepszy w jakim spałem w Japonii. To co w całej Japonii czyli brak komunikacji w języku angielskim. Ale to wszędzie tak. Ja wiem że jestem turystą i sam też mieszkam w turystycznym mieście. Angielski to praktyczna rzecz. Choć jedna osoba na zmianie powinna mówić w stopniu komunikatywnym. I być odważna żeby mówić.

- Wendy (9/5): Perfect place to rest after a busy Osaka day! - This hotel is easily accessible via the train, and has convenience stores and restaurants nearby, as well as being very close to the Osaka Castle. The room was huge and very comfortable. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked nice. The staff were very helpful, and there was a good do it yourself laundry service. I would say that for the price it was worth it. A bit more 'downtown' than in the party area, but it was super easy to get to anywhere you wanted to get to. As a middle-aged solo female traveller, it was perfect. Clean, convenient and comfortable. No notes!

- Robert (10/5): Delightful experience - Here’s a polished and natural-sounding version of your review: The staff was amazing—extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My partner celebrated a birthday during our visit, and they prepared a lovely surprise in our room, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the Japanese-style dishes. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Once again, I’d like to compliment the staff—they truly made our stay memorable. /
- きりん (10/5): コスパいいです - アメニティバーが良かった。事前の口コミで化粧水等があるとわかっていたので荷物を減らせた。駅にも近く、飲食店やコンビニも近くにあり、部屋も広くて快適でした。ドリンクサービスも良かった。 工事中でカーテンを開けられなかった以外不満はないです。

- Sagiri (6/5): お得には泊まれた - ウェルカムドリンクの用意してくれていて良かった。 スーツケースなどの荷物をチェックアウト後でも快く預かって頂き、身軽で観光できて良かった。 ちょうど外壁工事中で外の景色は全く見えず、圧迫感を感じました。
