Khu tắm đứng thì lại chỉ có vòi tắm mưa ko có cây tắm gắn tường rất bất tiện.chỗ bồn tắm lẽ ra không cần vòi tắm cầm tay thì lại có. Rèm cuốn khu nhà vệ sinh lẽ ra lắp bên trong thì lại lắp bên ngoài, vẫn lộ khe hở thiếu kín đáo. Khu hành lang tầng thì không lắp điều hoà vừa hầm vừa bí.Khu lễ tân check in khách đến ko mời được 1 li nước lọc, khâu tiếp đón chưa tương xứng với cấp sao của khách sạn

Brendon (9/5): Good place to stay, chaffier to and from the airport was great. - Breakfast was good and in a good location, plenty of variety some of the food had gone a bit cold though. Bed was a bit hard and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
Lim (7/5): Good - Room was clean and comfortable Location is far from tourist attractions and city centre. There were chocolates inside the room but card was written by hotel staff for another guest name (maybe guest who stayed in the room before us). Staff could be more careful

Van (8/5): Enjoyed the stay with good food (inroom dining was great) but too chaotic - Really near MyDinh stadium, great for when you need to attend events there as its about 10mins walk Soundproofing is the problem. I could hear all kinda of noises from the surrounding, from the adjacent rooms or even vacuuming sound in the lobby at 7am. Not what I expected for this roomrate. Also I stayed several days for Anhtraisayhi concert without prior knowledge about the artists staying there too, and it was chaotic. Seeming little to none security in the lobby so no privacy for guests, as the fans were free to camp there all days. Couldve done better on security front.

Arben (10/5): Excellent - Overall was a greater experience staying at Sheraton West. Breakfast was diverse and plenty options. Staff was happy and positive in every aspect. Management was on point. Especially want to mention the bartender Son which was the nicest guy in our stay. The spa wasn’t as clean as expected.

Abdul (5/5): I did not sleep well - it’s not value for money. - Clean Can’t sleep as the room 1821 was talking all night, I can listen then talking and talking. We were given connected room. So the sound is coming from the connected door. There were chienese couple - oh my god, I hardly get a good night sleep. Future kindly do not take the connected room as it’s not sound proof.

Elaine (8/5): Excellent stay. Staff very attentive and friendly. Great for a longer work stay on the residence side, - Location is great for my purpose. Beds are awesome and comfortable. Like access to the spa and gym. Cost of food and drinks. No coffee machine in the rooms. The kitchenettes are not super well equipped. Only one treadmill working well. Others were sporadic.

Jiahn (9/5): Would rather stay leisurely in the hotel, specifically, at Regency Club Lounge for non-working days. - Having breakfast always at Regency Club Lounge with excellent reception and heartly services over the 11 days of stay, leisurely with long duration of operation hours. Highly recommended for Club Access option. Less versatility of food options at Regency Lounge, especially on dinner occasions. Fixed shower head over-hung right under the ceiling of shower room made it very inconvenient for shower experiences. Acoustic insulation could have been improved at the side of room entrance, specifically, the guestroom door.

Dominic (6/5): Pleasant - everything was decent but first time i had experienced loss of property in the room. left my bluetooth ear piece in the room. after investigation hotel deem that their staff did not take it, while i did not bring it out of the hotel room for the entire trip. in the end the item was not found and the hotel only offered to assist if i wanted to make police report which i didnt want as the item was not too expensive to warrant it.

Especially Beef Soup like eat noodle with water m no taste , nothing like Beef Soup compare to other Hotel 2/ check in andbout very confusion with deposit money. Check in process keep deposit is OK but when refund money to check out difficult. Money did not refund to the bank account Breakfast is not good like expecting at Hyatt Regency
Sholes (8/5): Very good - Well Maintained Property and clean I was in the room and around mid night 2 guest opened my room with another key card . Looks like the front desk did sold my room again while i was checked in . This is very disturbing when you are resting a a long day of travel and work. I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen again
