• Deborah (10/5): Best hotel for its price, location and comfort - This hotels turned out to be my best choice for my family trip. The location was great, near all kind of public transportation, there are convenience stores all around. Breeze shopping center is only 2 blocks away

• Jocelyn (6/5): - Like: lots of breakfast choices, rooms were always replenished with water, coffee Need to improve: all breakfast foods (should have labels of ingredients, in case of allergies or people just wanting to know what it's called--in case they want to replicate when they go home, this would be helpful), we were supposed to go to the 8th floor but that room smelled like mildew. It was a production to get reassigned and got the 6th floor instead...shower curtain area still smelled of mildew faintly but it took so long to get the room changed, we just stayed with it. Rooms are small for 4 people...there should also be conditioner in the shower area. Closet area should be able to accommodate a longer dress or trench coat...otherwise things have to be dragging on the bottom shelf. Could have better lighting in the room in general. Need blackout curtains and a bathroom door that's dark so that it doesn't light up the whole room when others are sleeping. Disappointed we didn't have access to laundry or gym. There should have been maps or directions for alternate locations for this or should have offered compensation/discount or something as this is one of the reasons why I chose this but due to remodeling, 2nd floor (where gym and laundry was), these were closed. Location was fine but not as close to the MRT as I'd like.

Lots of assortment with both Chinese and western options. Lots of drinks options including almond and soy milk and many coffee options. There was also congee and fruits and dessert. I'd come back just for the breakfast but everything else was beyond my expectations as well. Special thanks to the lady who helped check us in as she went above and beyond to help us.

Always saw the same staff so I wonder when they slept! The room itself, while a little small, was comfortable and well kept. My favourite part of the hotel, besides the great and friendly staff was the breakfast buffet. I'm used to North American hotel breakfast spots, and the breakfast spread here was insanely fresh, tasty and abundant. I can never go back to horrible North American hotel breakfast now. The food here was so tasty and good. I would probably pay to eat here. It was that good. Overall, thanks to the property for making my Taipei visit great. I will book again if I visit again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 飯店非常舊, 唯價錢可取 - 飯店在南京復興與忠考復興, 其實都算方便. 但如果要拉行李時, 就有點辛苦, 因為路面不好走, 高高低低的 飯店整體一般, 是很舊很舊. 但總算十分清潔 床褥好像用了很久, 彈簧都鬆了, 睡很不舒服. 枕頭是羽絨枕, 但睡久了會變得很扁 設備也很舊, 毛巾像用了很久, 已經變得很黃, 完全不敢使用. 水壓很弱... 冷氣不夠凍, 當有其他人覺得凍, 飯店會調高溫度. 但因為是中央冷氣, 房間獨立不能調較. 晚上完全熱得不能入睡 我看評論寫早餐款式很多, 但其實味道不好, 都只是粗飽... 最奇怪是書枱的雹電插頭空間很少, 對於要用三腳插頭的電器, 是沒辦法用. 只能問飯店借用兩腳插頭加extension cord, 很麻煩 另外門是沒有防盜眼, 有時門外很嘈吵, 亦沒有辦法查看...從來沒有遇過飯店的門是沒有防盜眼... 然後窗簾的安法很怪, 是窗紗安在裡面... 價錢是唯一可取地方...

Rooms are small, but have everything you need - presently going through lobby renovations & should be finished soon - friends live in the area, so made it convenient- good use of MRT

One thing I wanted to mention is I missed place my parking tickets and the hotel staff was able to resolve the problem for me because the Parking lot is 10 minutes away by foot in busy Taipei traffic. I’m grateful.

• Will (8/5): - Good central location, about 8 mins walk from 2 separate MRT stations. Quite easy and safe to get around in taiwan. Rooms are on the smaller side, including the toilet but functional. Yes, you may hear your neighbours when they are in the corridor and are loud but nothing really disturbing. Clean room, firmer bed and pillows (I prefer softer) but again no issues. Very helpful and friendly staff that can speak English well enough. Yes, there is only one elevator but we never really had to wait very long but it may be because of off peak times and luck.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Holiday in Taipei - Overall all the staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful especially front desk staff Jessica and Ken. They are very helpful and patient when directing our way. Bathroom is a bit small. It would be good to install a rack to place the toiletries and clean clothes. Breakfast spread is reasonable but needs to have some changes. We stayed there for 5 nights and it became very bored to have the more or less same food everyday. There is only one guest lift so sometimes you might need to take the staircase when the lift is in high demand. Overall, we had a pleasant stay throughout. Location wise is very convenient with many eateries and a night market nearby with all the delicious local street food. About 10 mins walk to the nearby train station and 10 mins to Breeze Shopping Mall (branded goods) and 15 mins to Sogo Shopping Mall. Bus stop for taking a coach to and from airport is just 2 mins walk.

• Kojiro (6/5): Typical hotel in busy area - The hotel provides free parking but the carpark is located about 5-10 minutes walk away, at the basement of a shopping centre. The carpark is not open 24-hours. There is only one lift at the hotel, which meant long waiting times especially during peak hours, i.e. check-in and check out periods. The breakfast was decent: cereal, bread, porridge, etc.

Room and environment is comfortable & clean. However, the breakfast is lack of choices. Overall is a good choice for the price. I would recommend to stay at this hotel as it is quite close to the city as well.

• Pearly (8/5): Great location, friendly staff and convenient - Hotel B is located just a few minutes walk from the Nanjing Fuxing MTR Station making trsvel around the cityso easy. Thre are plenty of restaurants around the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They even provided us with a boxed breakfast on the day of our early checkout. Buffet breakfast has a decent variety of Asian and western type food. We had some difficulty controlling our room temperature and the.humidity of the room leaving the room a bit cool. We eventually turned of the ir conditioning to get more comfortable. Free wifi included

• Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient - My family and I stayed in this hotel for a total of 14 nights. Our room consisted of two double beds but the walking space was bit tight otherwise. The location was great, close by to SOGO and also Liaoning night market as well as few discount supermarkets, RT Mart and Px Mart. Also walking distance to few well known restaurants, din tai fung, dian sui lou, Kiki and fu shun lou. The hotel provided free washing and drying machine on the 2nd floor - just don't overload bc it's small and takes a while to dry. Room service provided daily water bottles as well as coffee and tea bags as well as bathroom amneities. Overall, it was a good choice as hotel was between two stations of different lines, Nanjing Fuxing and Zhongxiao Fuxing. Just the daily breakfast included was a bit lacking after day 2, with variety and restocking poor. I'd recommend this hotel for convenience and price was reasonable.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Never stay again - The water overflowed from a water pipe and an entire bath room soaked like a pool. After repeating a water pipe, hot water and cold water flowed mutually, meaning that it didn't mixed well. Besides the electricity was cut off accidentally in the evening. I've never experienced such a terrible thing during my stay in Taipei. Never stay again.

• Annette (10/5): Good value for money if you want to explore Taipei - I stayed 4 nights in Hotel B and really enjoyed it. The Hotel is in a perfect location just between 2 metro station and 2 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. Room was nice and comfortable and just had everything you needed. Bed was really superb and you couldn't hear any noise in the room so slept really well. The free WiFi was also fast and reliable. Only one minor thing as a suggestion for improvement, which is the hot western style breakfast. It is not really hot to be honest and the main reason is that the air-condition is too cold in the breakfast room and the lids are not kept closed over the food - so only takes minutes for it to get cold - which is just a shame. Otherwise breakfast was really lovely and with a great choice of selection both Asian and Western style.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I stayed at Hotel B for six days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay over there. The only downside for this hotel seems to be that it is around 1 km away from the nearest metro station. But other than that, all other features of the hotel were good. The room was clean and the table chair combo provided in the corner of the room were good enough to work for 4-5 hours on a stretch.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Average hotels with complementary breakfast. - I have stayed in this hotel 3 times (always business rooms). Rooms got smaller on every visit. Room and bathroom are ok, although showerhead needed fixing in 2 of the 3. Breakfast is more aimed at asian guest and most dishes seem to be with pork, which is not in my diet. Western food is limited to toast with scrambled eggs or marmelade. The buns with whipped cream inside wasn't really op my liking, although other probably do. Would stay here again, but there are more hotes in the same price range and I likely will try another one on my next visit.

The walls weren't really sound proof and felt kind of thin. Compared to other places around same price range and to add to the fact they promoted a 4.0 rating on hotels.com in their lobby. I felt there was more to be desired if you are gonna have a 4/5 rating.

Gym is also free but the gym is a small room with 3 machines only (2 treadmills and a bike I think). Food and shopping nearby, train is about 10 minutes walk.
• Eddy (10/5): Convenient location + Friendly staff - Hotel B is well located in Taipei city and accessible from underground station within minutes. Convenient stores and restaurants were also nearby. Hotel staff, including front desk and cleaners, were very helpful and friendly. They responded to requests in a prompt and professional manner. Highly recommended!
• Chemie (10/5): One week's stay that was comfortable & convenient - I stayed here with a friend and really appreciated the hotel staff's efforts in researching and recommending local things for us. They informed us of nearest bank, night food and tourist attractions with great patience. We utilised their knowledge extensively. The service was lovely from the outset, so we wish to say thanks very much! The free DIY laundry room was great after one one week of travel prior to arriving to Taipei. Breakfast had good healthy options, continental and Asian porridge and stir fry options - tasty enough send staff were efficient there. The hotel location was great! Hope to return in the future.
• Diana (6/5): Boutique hotel - Close to shopping. Older facility. Room is very small but clean. Breakfast buffet has good varieties. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

• CHRISTINE (8/5): Just 10mins away! - Hotel is conveniently located around some of the attractions for just 10mins ride and with the helpful service staffs, cabs would lined up almost immediately to take us to the next location.

Stayed in a twin room.Room tidy.Wifi connection stable.Shower room tiny(converted from a bathtab),have to wait for 1-2 min to hv hot shower water. Amenities enough. Gym not open before 10am. Breakfast good for vegetarians.
• Andre (8/5): nice staff, great location, excellent for business - The very friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, but it would have been nicer to provide laundry service. It was possible to do it yourself, for free, but not very convenient if time matters. The location is excellent, close to the MRT, but the hotel being situated between three busy streets, it was a bit noisy.
• Teo (8/5): Clean hotel - hotel room is clean. However i think there are people smoking in the stairways (not in the room) and the smoke drifts into the hotel corridor and lingers in the carpet. Breakfast so-so. Location is 5-7 minutes walk from nearest train station
