• Lisa (8/5): Small, recently renovated hotel with nice lake views from the breakfast room. - Large room with a fridge The sheets were clean however the top quilt had been used and had a couple of stains.
• Elshad (1/5): Bad bad bad bad - The hotel was extremely, unbelievably bad. It has absolutely nothing to do with the photos shown online. Going to Bariloche and sleeping outside would be better than staying in this hotel. The rooms were extremely stuffy, as if they were located in a basement. Every night there were insects in the bed. Cleanliness was absolutely terrible. Even when we requested room cleaning, they only wiped the floors slightly; none of the other cleaning items were changed. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life.

No es que no fuesen amables, pero parecen poco profesionales, poca proactividad. El desayuno es muy muy justito, muy pocas opciones y calidad baja. La limpieza tampoco es su fuerte, justito.

• Guerra (10/5): Maravillosa - Súper cómodo, la vista espectacular y nuestro vehículo quedó seguro en el estacionamiento; todo esto nos permitió disfrutar al 100% nuestro viaje 🇨🇱

Las camas eran cómodas y la aislación de ruido era muy buena respecto a las otras habitaciones Era un poco pequeña la pieza para 4 personas y la ventana de salida al balcón estaba mala, en cualquier momento se podía caer. Está alejado del centro y no teníamos acceso a cocina.

El inconveniente es que no hay una tienda cerca, no cambian dolares y detalles como que no sirvió el control remoto y no había otro de repuesto, pero esas cosas pasan desapercibidas con el trato del personal, nos dieron la habitación antes y eso se agradece ya que veníamos muy cansados del vuelo y nos consiguieron un par de medias lunas en el desayuno aunque ya no había, esas cosas hacen que nuestra estancia haya sido placentera y olvides lo demás.

Las habitaciones del primer piso miran al estacionamiento… El lugar es muy ruidoso porque todos los pisos son de ceramica. Las puertas interiores y exteriores se cierran con mucha fuerza. Preparan las mesas del desayuno a las 23.00 horas generando mas ruido. Este hotel no tiene un estilo local. Podria estar en cualquier pais

• claudia noemi (6/5): Mala experiencia - Las sabanas son de microfibra cuando te queres dar vuelta se salian, dormiamos sobre el colchon pelado, que eran dos de 1 pz unidos, mal, y los toallones y toalla una lija y muy finitos, el servicio de spa no presta, ni la pileta, desilucion. Creemos que demasiado ahorrativo el dueño. La vista es buena.

El servicio excelente, Barbie nos ayudó mucho con reservaciones, dónde comer, a dónde ir, siempre muy atenta. No está cerca del centro caminando, tienes que tomar taxi, pero no fue un inconveniente para conocer.

They went out of their way to explain the area, recommend and arrange a short tour to pick up from the hotel; also arranging car hire for us. Also airport transfer. Room had fabulous views.
• D (8/5): Great views. Helpful hosts. - Not a full service hotel and value is consistent with a ski resort where pricces are higher than normal. Towels not changed during a four night stay so don't expect luxury service levels. Breakfast is ok but not wonderful.
• Jesus (10/5): Excellent Hotel! - The staff was amazing, the hotel is decent for the price, the lake view is amazing. This hotel is located between Cerro Cathedral and the City. The staff was very helpful, this place will be my first option whenever I return to Bariloche!
• Donald (10/5): Home away from home - We received excellent service from the owners of the hotel who are able to help with any plans you need to make. The room (#8) was quite large and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Bariloche.

The owners of the hotel are really nice; they helped us booking tours, getting a car and recommending places around. They also made me vegan bread for breakfast. Really sweet couple. The hotel is clean and they give you breakfast (fruits, yogurt, bread, ham, cheese, muffins, cookies, cereal, croissants, eggs). It has an spa that we didn't use. The room is big. The bed was a queen or king (not sure) but it has a division in the middle. It seems to be "a thing" in Argentina because we were at another hotel before and it had it too. This one wasn't so bad. They clean the room everyday (~11am) and give you new towels if you want to. The shower has hot water. They give you shampoo, conditioner and soap. The room has a tv and fridge too. We slept well but if you are attempting to wake up late in the morning you might hear other guests opening and closing doors. We woke up early everyday, so that wasn't an issue. There are a lot of activities to do around! You can take the bus, a taxi or rent a car (manual transmission only). Overall was a great experience; loved the owners and the views. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.
• Brian (10/5): Extremely helpful host and hostess. - Our first taste of Patagonia, and spoilt rotten by our host and hostess, who were helpful at every turn,. Paula can advise on an inexpensive rental car co. and coordinate as required.
• Donna (10/5): A hotel with the personal touch - I arrived by myself and felt immediately at ease with the warm reception from Paula and her husband. They both went out of their way to make our family (who arrived after me) feel at home, making reservations for us, giving advice, chasing me down for phone calls etc. In the end we felt like we had made new friends and would highly recommend this place to all. It is advisable to have a car in this town to see the surroundings and get in to town quickly.
