• Elizabeth (10/5): Vistas espectaculares! - Las habitaciones, el restaurant las vistas el jardin! Hermoso, las cenas el ambiente musicalizado ♡ El artefacto de ducha, para semejante baño debería cambiarse. Para el servicio de Spa faltaban batas y pantuflas, nos alcanzaron despues las batas.
• Joanne (10/5): Excellent - The location is excellent and the room very comfortable with a big bed. We had lovely views to the mountains as well as a little verandah with chairs. The staff are very helpful and even opened the restaurant early for us to have dinner early since we had not had lunch in arrival. The dinner was mostly excellent I wish the dinner was always available earlier. 8 pm is very late for us.

• jerome (10/5): Très belle découverte pour une étape à Tilcara - Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit pour profiter des excursions autour, mais l’expérience a été excellente. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre et des restaurants, ce qui permet de sortir facilement le soir. La chambre était superbe, avec une terrasse fantastique équipée de transats, directement face aux montagnes. La vue est tout simplement incroyable. On aperçoit aussi une très belle piscine qui s’intègre parfaitement dans le paysage. Le réveil dans cet endroit est magique : depuis mon lit, j’avais une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes. Un moment vraiment privilégié qui rend le séjour inoubliable.

Appreciated concierge tips from front desk on plenty of sites to see in Jujuy. Parking a plus & 5 minute walk to restaurants & shops. Nothing.
• Brad (10/5): Lovely and relaxing facility with great staff - Blanca and her colleagues provided outstanding service to our family. The food was excellent as were the facilities. We were given maps and directions to things to do in the area as well. The only down side we had was finding the facility. DO NOT rely on your I phone to get you there. We made this mistake and were directed thru very narrow streets in a sketchy neighborhood on a hillside where one of my sons was attacked by wild dogs as he searched on foot for our escape route. Get directions from the hotel

From the moment we arrived, we found the staff really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel and the room was great and felt very connected to the area. It's very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful pool and views across to the mountains. It was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. Dinner and drinks were great too - we had thought of exploring but ended up just settling in and had a great evening. Highly recommended especially at the price. Nothing - for us, this hotel was 10/10. Nothing we could suggest to improve.

Le petit-déjeuner juste une merveille! Je recommande vivement ! Le parking de l’hotel n’est pas idéal.. il faut récupérer une clé et trouver le parking, ouvrir un portail etc.

The bathroom need some update. There is a horrible courtain and a bathtub which is very dangerous to get into it. It would be better just a shower
