• R (6/5): - Location of the hotel is pretty convenient. Lots of happening restaurants, clubs around. The hotel was under some maintenance when we got there so the water supply was quite unreliable. The rooms are old and the ac controls too were already broken. Although we were there for 3 nights all our requests for specific food items especially for breakfast were declined by the food and beverage team. Anyway we are thankful for wherever was provided.

• Abhishek (8/5): It was pleasant comfortable and beautiful place to stay. - Room is very large then what I expected it to be. Tv channels could be better atleast an option to have a youtube. It’s very bad after a very long day outside I come back to room sit to edit some videos. I turn on tv for some channels and YouTube. But other than Indian channels all other channels are available it’s truly disappointing. No proper picture it always glitches like crazy. I hope on my next stay I hope you can provide atleast youtube. Bare minimum in many modern day hotels.

• Cynthia (10/5): Vraiment top - Localisation (je me suis déplacée à pied aisément ainsi qu'avec le BTS et c'est une rue calme proche de tout), confort de la chambre (spacieuse) et de la literie, équipements à disposition, excellent rapport qualité/prix, personnel sympathique, piscine et jacuzzi au dernier étage... Je recommande et j'y reviendrais volontiers. - Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (on entend les voisins). - Portes d'entrée des chambres qui claquent beaucoup trop fort donc font trop de bruit.

I was able to get the assistance of your Duty Manager Ms. Tonliw. Ms. Tonliw went above and beyond the call of duty by not only giving me directions but actually helping me by contacting Booking.Com and facilitating the changes I desired. As a retired US Marine Corps NCO and a retired Honolulu Hawaii police officer it’s in my opinion that Ms Tonliw exemplifies the qualities and leadership skills your hotel wants protrayed in its staff. Ms Tonliw is a true asset to you staff and your company. For me it’s always a pleasure working with individuals with high standards such as Ms Tonliw. Thank you all for your sincere help.

• jmacdonagh (10/5): Always a pleasure to stay - I have used this hotel for over 10 years and have always been made welcome from the moment I get out of the taxi, nothing is too much trouble and any issues which are very rare are sorted swiftly without fuss. Comfortable clean spacious rooms with excellent bathroom facilities including a bath and separate rain shower. Breakfast has a good choice for all nationalities, my coffee cup was never empty as it was replaced as soon as I had finished by Little and Thanya along with Money quietly clearing the table with a smile and a good morning greeting on a first name term. I keep coming back as it’s like a second home to me. It has a reasonable size rooftop pool and Jacuzzi along with a small fitness room. There is also a rooftop bar with poolside service, I really cannot give any negative feedback

En effet à notre arrivée vers 17h:17h30 malgré une réservation 2 adultes 2 enfants un seul lit deux place le lit du salon contrairement à la première fois n’était pas prêt ! J’ai dû appeler la réception ! Deux grandes serviettes dans la salle de bain deux brosses à dent … tout était prêt mais pour deux!

Spacious and clean room in the newer wing. The shower temperature could not be regulated and kept switching between cold and boiling hot (dangerously so).

It's great value for money. I don't bother looking at any other hotels and I have stayed in some of the best Bangkok has to offer. Something just sits right with Radisson Suites. I can't give it exceptional marks so the way through because I've stayed at some amazing hotels in the city. However, it gets my exceptional marks where it matters. N/A
