• Stewart-Conroy (2/5): Will not be returning - Absolutely nothing, location was decent but that’s all they had to offer the rooms are extremely run down & need a lot of work. There were leaks in the ceilings, clearly a reoccurring issue from the stains above, dripped onto the bed & left wet patches everywhere. The bathrooms were appalling, with the toilet seat broken and unfinished sealing in the shower which let water get everywhere. There were fake nails on the ground presumably from previous guests so clearly the rooms are not being adequately cleaned. The stairs in the building are very unsafe with an extreme slant and having stayed on the 4th floor, was not an enjoyable experience. Utter false advertising in comparison to the pictures on booking.com

• marianna (10/5): wonderful stay in London - We had a wonderful stay in London! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also perfect , the metro station was only 1 minute away, which made getting around the city very easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

• Jack (1/5): Room smelled of drains - The room I was in absolutely reeked of drains. Shutting the door to the bathroom didn't help. Slept with the windows wide open. Bed had a massive dip in the corner. General standard pretty tatty etc. Read the mixed reviews online, maybe your experience depends which room you get given as to your experience.

Im Bad kein Spiegel und kein Schrank für Kleidung nur ein kleiner Tisch. Fenster konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden und Holzpanelle an der Wand lösten sich.

La reception non è attiva h24 quindi se hai bisogno di nuove asciugamani o della carta igienica non potevi chiederla Perché non c’era il personale. Avevamo un terrazzino ma era inagibile, pieno di sigarette.

Thanks to the amazing hospitality and the perfect location, we wo - We stayed at this hotel from March 13th to 17th in a quadruple room, and our overall experience was definitely positive. The location is fantastic, situated in a central area just a short walk from the Earl’s Court tube station, which made it incredibly easy to reach all of London's main attractions. The staff was outstanding and always available to help with any request. A wonderful surprise was that they allowed us to check in early; we had arrived just intending to leave our luggage, but since the room was already free, they let us settle in straight away. We also really appreciated their attention to small details: a day after our arrival, they politely asked us for our feedback, and during our stay, several staff members kindly asked about our journey back home, showing genuine care. As for the room, it was a quadruple; it wasn't very big, but it had absolutely everything we needed. The only minor downsides were the lack of thorough soundproofing, as we could hear some noise, and the fact that the bathroom was windowless, which caused a bit of discomfort.

• Dalia (9/5): Amazing and easy stay - My friend and i stayed a second time at the hotel and can’t fault it. Great location and area also connected to east london via district line a few mins walk from the property and the rest of london. Staff very friendly and accommodating when we had some issues with luggage etc. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting london from outside the city and need an area that is clean lively and connected!

C’era anche un phon nella stanza molto comodo. C’era del the, caffè e varie cose. Per una notte potrebbe anche andare bene. La mouquette era macchiata in alcuni punti. Volevamo lasciare gli zaini prima del check in dandoci un orario con la struttura dato che non c’è una reception con qualcuno sempre, e l’appuntamento lo avevamo fissato alle 10am e si sono presentati alle 11am dopo un ora. Nel bagno c’era la vasca tutta scrostata, allego foto. Avendo preso due camere una per noi ragazze e una per un ragazzo ci hanno dato stanze attaccate con un balcone esterno condiviso che a mio parere se non avevamo entrambe le stanze avremmo condiviso il balcone con un estraneo, oltretutto la finestra aveva un gancetto molto morbido che si sarebbe aperto con una facilità assurda anche dall’esterno.

Espevially the receptionist, Adel, who goes the extra mile to accomodate the needs of guests. Extended my stay, since this is a place worth staying. Nothing to note here.

There should have been an inspection before advertising it and renting it as a hotel. This is a scam money making business, it is not a hospitality business. • Bogdan (10/5): Amsterdam Hotel, a great find - What a great find. Literally around the corner from Earl's Court Station, Amsterdam Hotel offers great value accomodation with welcoming service. We were welcomed warmly by the friendly receptionist, and he was very accomodating providing a ground floor room, since one of the guests has an injury that makes climbing stairs precarious. The room is modern, and has great lighting with big windows, as well as silent outside. Modern furnishings and very clean. A place to return, for sure! Not much, really.

Very friendly and was able to give us a discount on the second night as well as keeping us in the same room. It's right next to the tube with plenty of amenities in the hotel rooms and shops nearby! Der Teppichboden im Zimmer wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem gab es einen Riss an der Decke im Badezimmer, wodurch Wasser in die Badewanne tropfte.

The Hotel has perfect location especially for families, kids doesn't like long distances walking to the metro, So here the metro is right opposite!The room was really nice and we had the window that we asked for before our arrival, bathroom was nice and clean and when we asked for cleaning they changed our towels(3rd day) and everything was as it had to be. the only thing we didn't like was that there was not elevator, but we knew it already before we went.

Although they refunded my money, the situation seriously affected my comfort and peace of mind. The hotel had strong unpleasant smells, poor hygiene standards, damp conditions, and signs of infestation which made the environment feel unsafe and unhealthy. I was genuinely shocked and disturbed by what I experienced there. No guest should have to stay in conditions like that. I believe hotels have a responsibility to provide a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for their guests. Unfortunately, this place did not meet even basic standards. Even after leaving, I still feel uncomfortable and worried because of the experience I had there. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves the conditions before putting other guests at risk. What I didn’t like about the hotel was the poor hygiene, strong unpleasant smells, damp conditions, and signs of infestation. The environment felt uncomfortable, unhealthy, and unsafe for guests. Although I received a refund, the experience was very stressful and disappointing. I believe the hotel should improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene standards to ensure guests can stay safely and comfortably

The location is also very convenient because it is just a short walk from the Tube, and on the next street there were many places to eat. Adel from the staff was always helpful and very kind. Whenever we wrote to him, he was always ready to help us. Since we arrived in the morning, he let us check in earlier than the normal time and welcomed us right away.

Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με την αποχέτευση του νερού στην ντουζιέρα με αποτέλεσμα να μένουν στάσιμα νερά. Βρήκα τρίχες το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό ούτε κ τα σεντόνια. Η μοκέτα ήταν πάρα πολύ βρωμικη. Το πρωί που κοιμόμουν άκουγα ένα θόρυβο σαν να υπήρχε ποντίκι στο δωμάτιο. Δεν ήρθε υπηρεσία καθαρισμού την δεύτερη μέρα διαμονής. Απαράδεκτο κ να το αποφύγετε!
• Brianna (1/5): Great location, poor facilities. - Location. Lack of cleanliness, stained and smelling carpets, small bathrooms and lack of floor space in bedrooms. Lack of deadbolts for doors, noisy co-residents, homeless people continuously loitering out front of hotel + inside foyer. Felt unsafe whilst staying in the property, had stranger loudly banging on door and shouting, followed by the smashing of the lockbox for the room beside our own. Hotel staff were unresponsive to messages and offered no explanation or reassurance of safety.

Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were so dirty I had to leave and stay elsewhere. Did not feel safe as a solo female as the front door was wide open. Confusing system for staff assistance as I received messages from several different numbers.
