Local bom, perto da Av Champs Elysee. Pessoal gentil, taxi para aeroporto arranjado pelo hotel foi muito bom, cafe da manha variado. Recomendo. So o box que era pequeno, mas, no meu caso, nao causou qq problema pq tinha uma ducha maravilhosa, piso antiderrapante e barra de seguranca, isto e, o banho era bastante bom. Tv seja incomodo para uma pessoa muito grande.

• Valeriya (6/5): A hotel I would not return to - At check-in, I was initially given a single room instead of the double room I had booked. Thankfully, Booking.com support helped resolve the issue. The reception staff were not particularly friendly and their attitude felt inconsistent, which made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. At check-out, no one asked whether everything was satisfactory or if I had enjoyed my stay, which was disappointing. Housekeeping entered my room twice without knocking. On one occasion, I was still in bed, and despite that, the head housekeeper tried to enter the room. I had to get up to stop her and explain that they should knock before entering. They were polite, but entering a guest’s room without any warning is simply inappropriate.

• Kseniia (6/5): Just ok, but we’ll not come back. - The location is good. The stuff isn’t friendly enough. Some towels were dirty, hair on the wall, in the bin and on the towel. Unfortunately the poorest breakfast we’ve ever had. On the weekend breakfast is till 11, we came at 9:45 and about 30% of food was finished and they said that they’ll not add anymore.

Horribles vibrations et bruits constants dans la chambre, au début j’ai cru que c’était le métro mais ça devait être l’ascenseur car ma chambre était juste à côté. Difficile de s’endormir ! Petit-déjeuner vite dévalisé et non regarni.

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen Was mich nervt, ist die Tatsache, wenn der Check out ewig dauert, weil es in den Hotels immer ein Problem ist eine Firmenrechnung auszustellen, auch wenn man schon bei der Buchung die Adresse übermittelt! Erklärungen wie „Booking“ muss die Rechnung schicken sind so nicht korrekt. Eventuell wird hier der Prozess aber von seitens booking noch verbessert und die Hotelmitarbeiter bekommen online Schulungen.

• janlO6547WO (10/5): Wonderful - We stayed at Hotel Le 123 Elysees Hotel for three nights, and from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, I felt pampered, and at ease. From the friendly staff who warmly greeted us checking in, the pastries in our room, and availability of free pastries, cookies and juice in the dining room throughout the day and night, and being in a great area, this was a wonderful experience. I don't usually review hotels, but this one was too good not to review.

Marina was especially kind and helpful — she even helped my mom with local tips and directions, which made everything so much easier for us. We were warmly welcomed and allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. Maria from the reception was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the lobby area where you can sit and relax with pleasant quiet music. It was nice that you can take free snacks and play board games there. We will definitely come back again.

I like the window room. it also has free open bar service( i didnt have time to enjoy ). On the first day, it did not provide me with a bath towel, so I thought it wasn't provided. On the second day, they placed one there, and I realised it was a mistake. and it took a long time to wait for the lift. I don't like how the bathroom shower door does not close fully, and it lets the water splash out to the toilet area.

Nagyon kedves személyzet. A reggeli bőséges nem csak péksüti hanem tojás, bacon, kolbász stb. Ingyen feltöltik minden nap a minibárt üdítővel, először el sem hittük. Délután és este ingyen péksüti, sós nassolnivaló és üdítő, sok helyén jártam már, de ilyet még soha nem tapasztaltam. Továbbá nagyon köszönöm a szobába bekészített üdvözlő üzenetet és macaronokat. A fürdőköppeny és papucs már csak ráadás volt. Csak itt szállok meg ha ismét Párizsba járok. Nagyon nagyon köszönünk mindent, teljesenle vagyunk nyűgözve és ez nagy szó nálam.😁 Nem volt ilyen, fantasztikus szolgáltatás.
