- Bianca (5/5): - Das erste uns zugewiesene Zimmer hat nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. Wir haben aber sofort ein anderes Zimmer erhalten und auch noch Gutscheine für die Bar. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Auch die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber gereinigt (kein Staub, keine Haare), was mich jedoch sehr gestört hat waren Flecken am Teppich und auf den Zierpolstern. In der Dusche war in den Fugen Schimmel.

Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Frühstück mit guter Auswahl Leider waren in der Dusche Schimmelflecken und die Seifenspender leer. Stets Rauschen der Lüftungsanlage vernehmbar, leider auch nachts.

- Dietmar (9/5): Aber insgesamt überwiegt trotzdem der positive Gesamteindruck. - Modernes, helles, lichtdurchflutetes und positiv wirkendes Hotel. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, rasch im Zentrum und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Olympiapark. Toilette im Bad und vor allem nur durch eine Glasscheibe vom Zimmer getrennt, somit besteht in diesem heiklem intimen Bereich bei der Nutzung keine Privatsphäre. Einer von uns beiden hat deshalb immer das Zimmer verlassen. Weiters war, nur in der Nacht, immer ein beim Einschlafen hinderliches, nicht zu ortendes Brumm-/Dröhngeräusch zu hören. Bei Zimmern Richtung stark befahrener Hauptstraße zusätzlich auch nächtlicher Straßenlärm.

The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet. It has a lot of options for breakfast, but it can get crowded in the morning. The only thing I didn't like was the glass sliding door to the bathroom. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STOP PUTTING GLASS DOORS TO THE BATHROOM. Who likes this??Please, stop this madness

- song wei (5/5): It was passable. - The size of the room is lovely. Inconsistent with the service received. We were not informed of the free beverages offer for not having our room cleaned. We were not being offered the 15% Leonardo membership discount. The breakfast restaurant only have one coffee machine, even though they anticipated the conference they were hosting will take up one of their coffee machines. A hotel group of this size could have and should have done better.

But my father hadn't mentioned what was missing yet and they knew it was sunglasses. We just took it as a loss even though they were ray bans. The staff should be more honest. My parents just went to breakfast and they're room got cleaned and my father’s sunglasses was gone.

Lovely bright reception and good bar with excellent friendly staff. The food menu was very good The days that I stayed were during a fair and a Bayern Munich match so the rate was very high. 652 Euros for two nights excluding breakfast.
- Jason (5/5): It was a great stay; the overall precision of making everything work, room being clean and other departments being well - Everything works like clockwork, it’s set up well and managed well. The staff attitude and general friendliness was low. Reception never greeted when going past, nor bothered to check how the stay was when checking out. Middle management need better training to be the backbone for staff to learn from. Guest requests denied, without explanations, general lack of taking time to answer and be nice to guests. In particular when not speaking German. (Majority of staff speak English to a A standard). Retrain reception team leaders / management to do a better job. Even when it’s not busy. On one day in the terrace, one of the floor managers decided to tell off one of the staff for taking a longer break in front of multiples guests making a scene for others. This was in German. It made things more awkward. One ultimate piece of feedback is to have staff be friendlier. There is such a discrepancy from reception to F&B in the restaurant to the room attendants and management upstairs. If you can improve on this; you have a pretty much perfect hotel !
