Claudette (6/5): Shocked at the poor Condition - We were welcomed warmly and given our room, however it was very strong with the smell of smoking. Reception contacted us to check if we were happy but we explained the situation and they kindly arranged another room for us. The replacement room was clean but basic and upon checking the bathroom etc left little to be pleased with. However the staff were very friendly and the attached cafe was quite pleasant. The bathroom was in the worst state and desperately in need of renovations. It was very disappointing and expensive for what it offered particularly for a rated 4 star hotel. We have stayed in several Hotel in Dubai over the years and unfortunately, We cannot recommend this property
constancebM7837VF (10/5): Awesome experience - The room was spacious enough for our family of four, with one bedroom featuring two beds and an extra bed added in the living room for the kids. The closet provided ample storage space. The living room was well-equipped with a dining table that comfortably seated 4 to 6 people, a couch, and a coffee table. Additionally, the room included a washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, fridge, and microwave. The hotel maintains a pleasant fragrance and is impeccably clean. It also demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability through its dedicated program. Regarding breakfast beverages, the hotel offers orange juice and coffee. For those with children who prefer milk or hot chocolate, you may consider purchasing these items and storing them in the in-room refrigerator. The hotel's location is highly convenient, being less than a 10-minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates and 5 stations from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai mall. Additionally, it is within walking distance of two metro stations on the red line. The surrounding area boasts numerous shops, including some that are open 24/7. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the staff during our stay at Auris Boutique Hotel Dubai. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the team. Special thanks to the receptionists, coffee shop staff and cleaning team led by Tajul. Thank you also to the lifeguard for his vigilance and dedication to ensuring the safety of the kids at the pool. The entire hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, making our stay both comfortable and memorable and we are grateful for their efforts. We look forward to returning to Auris Boutique Hotel Dubai in the future and experiencing the same high level of service.

jobina2022 (10/5): Top-Notch Receptionist & Cleaning Services - Holiday | Family I cannot say enough wonderful things about the receptionist and cleaning team at Auris From the moment I walked in the receptionist at midnight Mr.Syam greeted me with the warmest smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless. Whether it was answering questions, providing helpful information, or just making me feel valued as a guest they truly set the tone for an exceptional visit. The cleaning team Mr Tajul deserves just as much praise. The entire space was spotless, organized, and inviting. It’s clear that he take immense pride in his work because every corner of the facility was impeccably maintained. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed from sparkling surfaces to fresh smelling rooms, everything felt clean and cared for. It’s rare to see such dedication and consistency in maintaining such high standards. We had a great time with you guys ,Thank you.

Rooms and bed were comfortableand clean. Bathroom and gym could be upgraded. Very convenient to have Hotspot cafe within the hotel. All up a very good experience.

Pool staff and especially cleaning Kamran and Aemad were really cooperative and available 24/7. Location was excellent with decent dining options. Walkable distance to metro was a plus.

And I want to mention 1 thing and that is you should provide with proper coffee/Tea shashe along with a water bottel as these are the few essential thing that you can easily provide to your guests.

The location is fantastic just a 5 minute walk to the Mall of Emirates and within easy walking distance to the metro station. The staff at auris boutique hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Tajul for his outstanding care and attention to both us and other guests. I would definitely recommend this service apartment to friends and family.

The location is ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. The apartment was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a handy kitchenette. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning city views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money was excellent. I think they should try and fix the channels on the tv lots of blank channels (channels 1 to 5) and others. I know dubai well so they could easily have 20 or more multi language channels no problemm all the staff were polite and attentive.

Saad Omer (6/5): Decent location, but that is it. - I generally don't leave negative reviews unless it is essential. This is a detailed review so sorry for it being lengthy. * Pick up service: the service they used was not good as the driver was 30 min late to pick us up from the airport. * It is not a new boutique hotel that you would think from the name, but more like an older building. The rooms are very old which can be seen from the paint and furniture. Two bedroom apt could have been a little bigger in size in regards to the bedrooms. * AC didn't work properly in one of the rooms. This was really annoying especially when you are with kids. The AC cooling in both bedrooms was also a problem. The main switch is located in the master bedroom due to which it gets very cold and the second bedroom doesn't. Both rooms have only one control rather than separate for each bedroom. *Washing machine and dryer combo make a lot of noise. If you accidentally put clothes into the dryer at night then there is a good chance you won't go to sleep till the dryer is done. * TV has no English channels which can be problematic when you have smaller kids. * No complimentary slippers to use in the bathroom or inside the apt, so make sure to carry your own. * The only good thing was its location as it was close to The Mall of Emirates and a grocery store. If I had to choose again, I wouldn't stay here with the kids. * The staff was cooperative and nice. * For ppl without kids, this is not a bad location.
John Frederick (8/5): - The hotel is nice, it gives a vintage kind of feel, probably because of the bed design. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom with balcony which was nice, had a view of Shk Zayed, thanks for that! Our room had a spacious living and dining area which was great. The bedrooms were also spacious. We loved our stay except for: One, breakfast isn't worth it. It is provided by the Indian cafe inside the hotel so don't expect a lot of choices. If you are used to buffet style breakfast at hotels/hotel apt, this isn't the case here, if we ever come back I will definitely book without breakfast. Two, parking you car takes some skill because of the tricky space, in fairness to the hotel, I think this is the case to most of the buildings in the area but still, this was a challenge every morning and every night. Location wise - it's perfect, close to the metro, the mall and other restaurants in the area. Overall, our stay was good, value for money (except the breakfast) and location was perfect.

I will recommend this hotel specially those who will book long stay with their family.

Patrick from front desk, porter Arik and a spot on engineer whose name unfortunately I haven't been given. Engineer is exceptionally fast to respond to the minor issues noted and professional. Hotel shares access to Public House next door with convenient restaurant/coffee house downstairs.

Working in hospitality myself understand issues may arise and was therefore, impressed with efficiency and speed of resolution regarding AC issue with assigned room. Front desk despite being late night immediately allocated room next to mine as immediate resolution and AC was then attended to first thing. Good service recovery! Disappointed with the sales manager approach as completely unwilling to consider better rate for extending stays and didn't even seek to speak with me direct. Not the best sales/marketing have witnessed in the industry. However, decided to remain longer due to professionalism and helpfulness of front desk gent Patrick. Seems to go out of his way to help and address any queries raised.

However day team following morning very friendly and helpful so decided to book additional nights based on this engagement and facilities in apartroom. Coffee shop in location useful. Yet to explore health and pool facilities however apartment set out well and comfortable. Julie (8/5): Dubai great location for this apartment hotel.... - We went on vacation in Dubai for 2 weeks an this apartment hotel will recommend it with no doubt the staff help us with any information we needed. The room is spacious and very clean got all the accommodation you need if you want to eat in, and there always the restaurant downstairs we only used once but was very good. The pool on the roof top is clean, and supervise we spent 3 mornings over there was very relaxing from the roof you can see many of the famous hotel around. The hotel is around 7 min walk to go to the mall really accommodate cause there a supermarket in the mall to buy food and also if you want to take the hop on and hop off bus the stop is right at the mall. From the hotel to go to the beach its a 15 minutes taxi ride. If you want to go to the Dubai mall the biggest one its a 20 minutes taxi ride just don't forget Dubai is spread a lot so Auris Boutique Hotel Apartments is really in a good location its in the middle to go everywhere. The staff are really helpful I blow up my hair dryer an they got me not one but 2 lol. We didn't knew but arrived the weekend of National Day (United Arab Emirates) there was a lot of people but the staff treat us just right. We arrived in night time or early in the morning like 3 am and everything was smooth the check in was fast an were in our room 15 min later. Would return there no problem they are really going out for helping you. From us Canadian people to you we taking you to make our stay a really wonderful one.

Verified traveler (8/5): Fun stay - When we checked in the lady was a little cold. We came about 2 hours before check in time because of our flight time. We had a four month old infant with us. She told us they had rooms ready then sat us down for a good half an hour don't know what she was doing, then she said they only have smoking rooms available. We went to see the room and it smelt a lot of smoke but had lots of signs in it saying 200aed fine if you smoke inside the apartment, which didn't make sense. One day a fire alarm went off and we found out someone on our floor had been smoking. I don't know what's up with their smoking/non-smoking policies. Anyways. First day of cleaning was superb. We had taken our daughters travel cot with us and the cleaner even set up a nice cushioned sheet in her cot and had folded all her items that were in her bed. I thought that was so sweet. However all subsequent cleaning standards were below average. I wish I had known who the cleaner was first day I'd have liked to give him a nice healthy tip! Apart from that one reception lady all other staff were friendly and helpful . Great location and a comfortable apartment!

Al (8/5): Good location for gold and diamond park - Reception staff were very good and efficient. We were handed our keys and our luggage was brought up to the room. Everything was well explained and we enjoyed our 3 day stay with our toddler. The communal areas were immaculate. On our last day, a taxi was organised for us and check-out was a breeze. We even got a call from Cheryl, who was one of the reception staff, to inform us that we had left a teddy behind. We had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay with Auris.
john (10/5): Large rooms by the Mall of the Emirates - Right across the street from the Mall of the Emirates. The room was really a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It was perfect for a base during our 4 day sightseeing trip to Dubai.

Verified traveler (8/5): Great Stay - My stay was good at the hotel. very close to the mall of emirates and metro rail. Breakfast area was nice and the ice cream parlor area they had was a plus. I wish they had a television in the bedroom besides just in the common area. Overall a very affordable, quiet convenient place to stay and a nice staff.

fadil (4/5): One to avoid - Hotel Pictures looked great...but as is often the case, pictures don't paint the true picture...room was in an oldish state..dirty walls...room cleaning is on demand only...they are not cleaned everyday...have to ask for clean towels everyday...same goes for toilet paper...wifi was free for 2 phones only...had to ask for a third code and was given after lots of persuasion...overheard hotel staff speaking in their native language that the room we had been given was a problem room with people always complaining about it...we booked this hotel for 20 days and would have thought we would be given great treatment as well as a great room...alas...they claim its soundproof but we could hear children screaming and yelling at night and when we complained, nothing was done...foreign staff are apparently scared of Arab clients...lol...pool was dirty...we were told by a member of staff that it wasn't cleaned on a daily basis...pool closed for a few days on a couple of times due to problems and repairs...

It's done on request which is entirely fine but they never washed the bathtub and always found milk residues in the washed tea cups. Wanted to do it myself but no cleaning materials provided.

Orionmiz (8/5): Hotel near to Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Metro - Booked this hotel as it is near the starting/finishing point for the Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon 2015 held on Friday, since the Dubai metro will only be opened around 1.30pm on Friday, hence minimize the need to travel. The hotel apartment is reasonably prices with good amenities. The apartment consist of a bedroom, a living/dining room with television (Shows in the available TV channels are in Arabic though), and a kitchenette with utensils and equipment such as oven, stove and refrigerator provided. There is a washing machine inside the room as well, hence you can do your own laundry. Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Metro (Mall of the Emirates station and Sharaf DG station) are of walking distances. There is a coffee shop downstairs, where you can buy delicious sandwich, customisable pasta, and beverages such as drinking water and soft drinks.

Richard (10/5): Well sited hotel right in the centre of Dubai - A great experience after a poor start when we were given a smoky room with erratic air con and no additional bed as requested. This was quickly sorted and our stay was excellent with great staff, well planned accommodation and good facilities. We never used the restaurant which was a bit overpriced but there are places to eat within 100 metres. Overall thoroughly recommended.

Christian (10/5): Very well located, very good value - This was a great find. Very centrally located, right next to the Mall of the Emirates and 2 Metro stations. I had serious trouble with my luggage on Emirates Airlines, and the hotel staff were all over it and calling the airline several times a day pushing them to deliver it to the hotel, which eventually happened after 3 days.
cecilia (8/5): 5 minutes walk to Emirate mall - got off from Metro, walked through Emirate Mall but couldn't find way to hotel, took taxi and found out it was just next door. Should go though Kempinsky Hotel front door, turn left and walk to Auris Boutique Hotel. Nice room with kitchen and sitting room separated from bed room, making it convenient for persons sharing room to use the bed room quietly to slepp while the non sleeper surfed the net overnight. Nice staff. Reasonable eating prices downstairs at cafe.
Jeddy (6/5): great location - Room decor is a bit dated. Water provided was too small considering guests have to hydrate in the extreme heat. We had to open a normal 500ml bottle of water from the 'mini bar'. Other than that location was good. Very near Mall of the Emirates. Overall satisfied.

Room smelled of smoking odour but I believe that it eminated from the airconditioning which may have extracted the smoke odour from another room. Taxi ride from airport to hotel is reasonable distance but low cost.

Tm4life (8/5): My Week at Auris Boutique Hotel Apartments Dubai - This was my 3rd time staying, I enjoy the location with easy access to the mall and Metro. The apartment is okay, the furniture is dated but right for the price. the staff is great always there when you need them and greet you with a smile. When I'm in Dubai for more then 3 days, this is where I will stay.

Zed (8/5): Friendly Staff - The staff was nice, friendly, and very helpful - which I think is the selling point of the hotel. But as to room upkeep, they cleaned regularly but our bed sheets were never changed (we stayed for 6nights), bottled water never replenished, and our card key didn't always work - which was such a hassle as we always had to go down again and have it reformatted or something. Didn't complain anymore since we were always out anyway, although we know that such are issues that the hotel needs to improve on.
kasim (6/5): Decent hotel. Close to emirates mall - Hotel is ok. Nothing special nothing fancy. Has underground parking and is close to the mall of emirates. Wifi was included which was good. And staff were helpful when we asked them anything. Most of the television channels were Arabic with the odd English one which had to search through all the channels to find. No tele in our bedroom whcoh was a king suite. No real complaints neither. Hotel is good for people looking for low price and nice stay in decent area.

Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely hotel next to the Emirates Mall - The hotel was lovely & staff very courteous. Only 5 mins walk to the Emirates Mall & ski & surrounded by everything you need such as supermarkets, pharmacy & restaurants etc Metro is only a few mins walk up the road which is very handy for getting around & avoiding the heavy traffic. i would definately stay at the Auris Boutique again.
fg (8/5): nice - Very close to dubai mall and metro. Rooms are clean. Day time staff is very nice. Late night staff not good. Beds are hard, its a personal choice if you like them. Hotel is small so is its gym, pool and resturant. Nearby stores are good enough if you want to make your own food. If you rent a car get a small one as the drive way to garage has sharp narrow turns. Forget about SUVs. Finding this place is hard eventhough its next to a major mall. Oveall good place, but there is not much around it beside dubai mall.

Hotel was nice and clean, beds very comfortable and mini bar prices very reasonable. Good location, short walk to metro/mall and taxis usually already outside, if not bell boys will flag one down for you. We especially thank the bell boys and how they went above and beyond to help us, we were very grateful. Would recommend to anyone.

It is well situated for the Emirates Mall but quite a distance from Downtown area. Clean rooms but not all the facilities were on hand e.g. No hair drier. The room was spacious with a kitchen/ washing machine living area and seperate bedroom. We had booked a king size bed but were told on arrival that none was available so we're given a twin with the option to change the next day
