• Richard (9/5): This place is near to everything especially if you are a party goer - I like everything especially the staffs. They are very attentive. The bed is a bit not comfy and the linen gave me itchiness.

The location is good, near BTS and metro with a little walk. Lumpini park is also easy to go by walking. It was also very quiet because it's not on the main road. Nothing I can think.

• jmhubtravel (3/5): - Not much 1)The booking.com advertisement of the hotel mentions clearly the existence of a "mini bar", I.e. a small fridge with many soft drinks, beer, whiskies etc....Instead we found a kitchenette.That would be ok if you had mentioned a "kitchenette" then I would have given up that hotel as I do not want to cook when I visit a foreign location 2) my wife was STOLEN a skirt most probably by one of the cleaning ladies. Impossible to prove of course and we did not want to lose time filing a complaint with police, which would have been useless anyway. 3) the air conditioning system consists of 2 sensors in each of the adjacent rooms of the junior suite. No remote control and the system is very noisy. Nothing user friendly here. In addition the air conditioning was very NOISY. 4)nearly no written documentation in the room regarding the use of the appliances or the services provided by the hotel.We are senior guests ( 78band 84 year old) and we are not used to so called " intuitive systems" Now , you either respond positively to this list of complaints to my email jmhub@yahoo.fr or you do not and you can forget us as customers. • Rodrick (8/5): Great location, and very nice staff! - I really enjoyed to location of this property and that it had an insight gym to use. I was placed in a smoking room when I’m a non-smoker. I was also charged 100THB/ extra towel needed. Paying for an extra towel at a hotel was a new experience for me. I normally leave a really nice tip for the staff on my last day to reflect my appreciation for the experience. This time, I did not and it was based wholly on being charged for an extra towel. Otherwise a very decent experience!

• John (10/5): Great find in Silom - We have been going to Bangkok every year for the last 20 years. First time at this hotel and plan to return every year. Wonderful staff. We arrived early and rooms not ready. There is a lounge area to relax in and you can take a shower if you want. Rooms big and comfortable. Good wifi. Minibar that actually chills the drinks. Rooms at the front can be noisy. Cleaner very efficient. Fast lifts. Breakfast is excellent. The variety and the quality both Asian and European. Good coffee! As it was Songkran we ate a few times at the restaurant. Food was surprisingly good. Mostly ordered standard Thai. But they also do high quality burgers and steaks. Burger definitely the best we have tried in Asia. Prices very reasonable. Location excellent. A few minutes walk from restaurants, malls and nightlife. This will be our go to hotel in Bangkok from now on Nothing

Being single. thery always make you feel like a part ot the family. Especiqlly at Songkron Thai new year. they include u in activities. just pillows, they are always super firm and are neck killes if you have degenerative spine disease

• pepe m (10/5): OPTIMAL HOTEL CHOICE IN THE CENTER OF BANGKOK - I travel frequently, which is why I'm so impressed by the extraordinary kindness and efficiency of the staff at the Silom Serene Boutique Hotel. It's very difficult to find anything similar, even in 5-star hotels. It's fantastic to see that the staff is trained with the highest level of professionalism, and each and every one of them exudes kindness and excellent customer service. From the moment I arrive at Reception, it's all smiles, friendliness, and making everything as easy. The Head of Reception, Khun ICE, is a perfect example of what should be taught in top-tier hotel management schools. Thank you so much! And that efficiency and kindness radiates to every member of the Reception team. Of course, I also have to highlight the Manager, Khun K. He's super efficient, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we guests might need. It's a pleasure to see how the concierges, Mr. GUITAR, Mr. YOT and the newly added Mr. PA PAU (who wasn't there during my previous stay), perform their duties. The moment they see you with luggage or any packages, you don't even need to ask. They proactively help you, taking them to the elevators or wherever you need them. And Ms. RAT, who cleaned my room impeccably every day, making sure everything was perfect. The hotel's magnificent facilities operate in a friendly and efficient manner. Very spacious rooms (I stayed in 801A), extraordinarily comfortable beds, Smart TVs, and bathrooms with everything you could possibly need, all of the highest quality. It has a beautiful swimming pool in the garden and a fully equipped gym. The elevators are incredibly fast. And its location is unique, right in the heart of Bangkok, yet allowing you to relax without the noise you might expect from such a vibrant city. And to top it all off, its two restaurants, Arno's and Ormthong, are among the best in in the area, serving delicious Thai and international cuisine. Todo me gustó
