Magda (7/5): Goed, van het lawaai van de medegasten afgezien. - De ligging is de reden om daar te zijn. We zaten op de 4e etage en onze medegasten uit India hebben niet het bewustzijn dat ze heel luidrugtig zijn. De hotelkamerdeur open laten staan en luid praten op de gang als ze naar het ontbuit gaan. En 's avonds laat veel lawaai zelfs met bonken op onze deur. Het zou prettig zijn als de leiding van het hotel de mensen zou kunnen informeren zachtjes te zijn in de gangen. Vooral ook met kinderen.

Marko (5/5): 3 Sterne Hotel in groß. Voll mit Indern. Als Notlösung aber in Ordnung. - Check in verlief schnell. Betten waren angenehm. Zimmer war an sich in Ordnung. Fühlt sich an wie ein 3 Sterne Hotel mit 5 Sterne Hotel Größe. Es wirkt alles sehr "alt". Lage ist furchtbar, die Straßen drum herum sind voll mit Indern und sehr schmutzig. Abends nicht angenehm mit Freundin herumzulaufen. Pool ist auf der Nordseite und somit nie in der Sonne sondern immer im Schatten und sah auch generell nicht so einladend aus.

May (5/5): The breakfast is just ok. The staffs are friendly - The location is good. We stayed in the triple room for two weeks. The room is ok however the toilet could not be flushed properly. Although they repaired two times, it was not working. The water leakage from aircon as well. After one week, they offered us to change the room. I think now they are renovating all the rooms.

buddhikaw_12 (10/5): good hotel at a cozy location - We booked the hotel for 4N/4D on BB basis. The given rooms were 8075 and 8073 which was on the 8th floor. Both rooms were clean and tidy. The AC was good. The morning breakfast was on Asian and international buffet which have a good spread. The only concern was to have a doosa we have to wait for more than 5 minutes in a single que as a single person is preparing. We have to cheque out in the early morning and the hotel staff had the courtesy to give our family a packeted breakfast. The location is not so much convenient yet in 650 meters distance we had a MRT.

Navigate57286979238 (2/5): NOT RECOMMENDED - The food was tasteless and lacked variety. Everyday the same breakfast is repeated. The room air conditioning had dirt and mould. The housekeeping lady staff (old) is a very grumpy old lady and grumbles if you ask for anything. We asked for the 3rd water bottle and a towel and a third pair of slippers as we were 3 people occupying the room, but she threw an attitude and acted like we were asking her for a very big favour. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom and the toilets were very low and water filled till halfway up. All Indians were given rooms on the same floor and unfortunately the entire floor was very noisy with adults and kids making a lot of noise in the day and night. The neighbouring areas have a lot of Indian restaurants and shops, mushrooming around, offering indian food and groceries. But they are expensive. The massage parlours around are not great and look unprofessional and sleazy. The only good things around in a walkable distance are the shopping areas and malls and a lot of seven-elevens where you can get your daily requirements at a decent cost. Taxis outside the hotel are very expensive and even the ones the hotel provides. So, download a local app for transport and food delivery. Overall, a very underwhelming experience for us after staying in Pattaya and Hua Hin at extremely decent places.

Rogue (8/5): Very good Hotel at a decent price - Very nice hotel at a good price, Restaurant was 24 hours so you can order food anytime of day. Mostly Indian Restaurants and bars nearby which is not a problem but i feel is something anyone booking should know.

Williams (8/5): Old style charm - I enjoyed my stay at the Bangkok Palace. Obviously an older hotel, it was what I was looking for. Charm and personality. Staff were efficient and friendly. The lobby restaurant was a pleasant experience. I think previous reviews about cleanliness and staff attitude are made with malicious intent. I will visit again. Well done and thank you Bangkok Palace. 😁 Nothing. Excellent value for money

Booked 4 nights and only checked in for 5 mins, couldn’t stay any longer so check out straight away. And they refuse to refund. Very bad!

Dilasha (1/5): Average and dirty and very noisy - The location is in center, but under a dark side of road bridge, the hotel takes ages to provide room service and the bathroom was completely broken. While asleep at 8 am they were banging or constructing something right above our room and bedsheet were dirtly. The bathroom was broken top of all the people at reception were very rude to each guest they spoke to.

Im not a fancy person but when it is clean it is ok for me! the room was simply very dirty and not clean!!! We thought that the didn’t have a time to clean the room as the hotel was fully booked but next day they didn’t clean the room as well. Also the breakfast very basic and low quality food!!! Do not recommend this hotel if you want to have a nice memories from Bangkok!!
