Dans la chambre, règne un calme absolu. Et dès qu’on quitte l’hôtel, on se retrouve aussitôt plongé dans l’effervescence de la capitale, entouré de ses restaurants, boutiques, cafés et spas.

Maria (5/5): Overall, while the staff and food were good, the incident of missing money during our stay left a very disappointing and - The front desk staff were very nice and approachable, and the breakfast was good. We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights and booked two rooms for our group of four adults. During cleaning, two of us would temporarily move to the other room. However, on our 6th day, after the room had been cleaned, my mother and cousin returned and noticed that money they had left hidden on the table was already missing. We reported this to the front desk, and it was later explained that a housekeeper had taken it, claiming they believed it was a tip. This explanation is difficult to accept, as it was not our last day, and the money had been placed discreetly on the table. Additionally, the table was not even part of the area being cleaned, as only the bed and bathroom were serviced. This incident was very disappointing and left a negative impression on our stay.

Adina Maria (5/5): Medium hotel in the busy area of Hanoi - The family rooms are big, there are 2 separate rooms with a total of 3 beds. Breakfast is basic, some bread, some fruits, eggs and coffee. The hotel in is Hanoi City Center, and that is basically the only ''good'' part about it. The bathrooms need renovation immediately. The family room has only a small balcony, nearby, it was the next building and someone was having some living chickens there. The price we paid for this hotel, is way too much. If you walk 150-200 m from this location, you find better ones, completly renovated and with a lower price. For what they are offering, the price is way to high!

Also, the location of the hotel is terrific for walking in this central area of Hanoi. The breakfast was awful. Indeed, this is the reason we would not stay at this hotel a second time. Since we were there 3 days, we experienced the same bland food and it didn't matter if we arrived early for breakfast or late.

Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła, pomocna i świetnie mówi po angielsku, więc bez problemu można się porozumieć i uzyskać potrzebne informacje. Pokoje są czyste, zadbane i codziennie sprzątane, co sprawia, że pobyt jest bardzo komfortowy. Panowała tam przyjemna i spokojna atmosfera. Czuliśmy się w tym hotelu bardzo dobrze i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tam ponownie
Thomas (10/5): Fantastisch hotel in Hanoi, wij komen zeker terug! - We had a wonderful stay at La Selva Hotel in Hanoi. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. One thing we really appreciated is that there is always the possibility to leave your luggage at the hotel when needed, which made traveling around much easier. During our stay we needed a translator in Hanoi, and the hotel arranged this for us free of charge. We thought this was amazing service and it really shows how far they go to help their guests. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with outstanding staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend La Selva Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! ⭐
Thomas (10/5): Fantastisch hotel in Hanoi, wij komen zeker terug! - We had a wonderful stay at La Selva Hotel in Hanoi. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. One thing we really appreciated is that there is always the possibility to leave your luggage at the hotel when needed, which made traveling around much easier. During our stay we needed a translator in Hanoi, and the hotel arranged this for us free of charge. We thought this was amazing service and it really shows how far they go to help their guests. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with outstanding staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend La Selva Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! ⭐

Stephanie (7/5): - The location of the hotel is great. Close enough to the main centre but away from the hustle. The room was good and clean. Breakfast was buffet and had a good choice. The decorations in the hotel are nice. You couldn't adjust the blind in the room very well.

Brigitte (9/5): - Très bien placé, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Mais attention de réserver des chambres avec fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, sinon Chambre coquette mais sans fenêtre, donc pas de lumière extérieure. A recommander.

Sylvia (9/5): 保養眼睛的住所 - 房間很大，兩張單人床與雙人床之間有浴室隔開兩個空間，各自有梳妝台和衣櫃。很欣賞裝潢器具風格統一典雅這點，壁畫掛軸都很精緻 1.床單依然有點潮濕 2.早餐選擇與口味不是那麼多樣或符合胃口（和附近陽春型飯店比起來）
Aurora (10/5): Really reccomend this hotel😊 - The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was so helpful and nice. Also the location was very good close to everything you need, without being noisy and chaotic. A little bit loud aircon and no window in our room, but that did not bother us too much.

Karel (9/5): Skvělé ubytování za rozumné peníze - + lokalita je TOP + pohodlná postel + zařízení hotelu + fantastický personál, všichni umí velmi dobře anglicky! + skvělá snídaně + služba praní prádla - trochu nepořádek pod postelí - koupelna by mohla být čistější ale není to špatné!

Janelle (5/5): We were happy to be on that location, but the hotel does not live up to its rating on booking.com. - The location is great and staff were very kind. The room was very small and dark. No windows to get sunlight. The breakfast was below average. The beds were not comfortable. We had hot water in the shower for about 2 minutes and then cold the rest of the time.
