• KOMATHI (10/5): Overall excellent except breakfast - It was a very pleasant stay. My kids enjoyed the facilities. Staffs very friendly, helpful and accomodative. Eateries and convinient stores very close by. Breakfast was basic. Not much of a variety.

• DES (9/5): Fabulous hotel with excellent reception staff - The reception staff were exceptional in service providing information about the hotel, suggesting places to go, to eat etc. The hotel is located a short walk to bars, restaurants and public transport and to Bukit Bintang shopping centre. The hotel facilities- gym and two pools were great, especially the roof top pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a wide range of food which differed daily across our four day’s stay. Overall, the hotel provided such a great experience and value for money, so we decided to rebook the hotel for our return journey to KL, prior to heading home to Australia.

The rooms were also great except for the ac The facilities looked worn out and old ... The ac was making a lot of noise and needed service... Expect a higher standard in a 5 star rated hotel

Вид отличный, оснащение номера - как для длительного проживания. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Номера хорошие! Да, не супер-новые, не очень свежие, но это обычные нормальные номера, и жить в них очень приятно! Чисто и уютно! Завтраки нормальные, голодными точно не останетесь. Все рядом в пешей доступности. Мы очень довольны! Большой бассейн на крыше, и теплая джакузи с видом на башни 🛁 - отдельное удовольствие.

• Calvin (8/5): This spot offers a surprisingly clean, spacious room in a prime shopping location. Good breakfast - The room was surprisingly clean. While the building shows its age, it is very well-maintained. The space is spacious, and the location is excellent, being close to all the shopping malls. The breakfast was also quite good. Regarding the check-in process: As expected due to high occupancy that day, we had to wait an extra hour (until 4:30 PM) for our room to be ready. However, the staff compensated us with a one-hour late check-out, which was a nice gesture. If they can streamline this process in the future, the overall experience would be top-notch

• Lukáš (9/5): Prostorné, plné dostačující za super cenu. - Hotel je v centru města nedaleko street food ulice Jalan Alor a Bukit Bintang a cca 1 km od Petronas towers. Výhodou jsou velmi prostorné pokoje. Vše fungovalo. Střešní bazén s výhledem na Twins a KL. Posilovna s úplně novým vybavením. Hotel je již starší a místy to jde vidět na vybavení.

• Zuzana (7/5): - Good location, friendly stuff, very nice gym When we areived in our room was not working fridge and inside of freezer was broken glass of beer, it smelled really bad, and also AC and TV were not working - we went to fromt desk, got a new room where it was alrigh, then we got as an apology fruit basket which was nice. However the facilities were apparently old, definitelly not a quality of 5* hotel, would give 4* then it would be more suitable

• Sadid (5/5): Good location but the staffs were rude. - The location was very convenient to move around. The hotel is near nightclubs, and the windows are not soundproof. Despite staying on the 30th floor, we still heard loud street noise and the music from nearby nightclubs. Additionally, the reception staff was very rude. When our flight was delayed, we extended our stay by 5 hours and were asked to pay an extra 315 RM, even though we paid around 300 RM per night. Later, around 6 pm, reception called to say that if we didn’t check out by 6:30 pm, we would be charged an additional 350 RM, and the staff member was very rude. Overall, I was disappointed with this behaviour from a Pan Pacific hotel.
• Chong (9/5): Great staffs, good facilities, pubs and restaurants nearby. - Relatively well kept. Great breakfast selections! The parking lot is very tight to negotiate. Good luck and great driving skills required, especially if you are not driving a compact vehicle. The couches at our unit could use some update (you could see the sagging)

• Thiam Ern (9/5): - I enjoyed my stay there, enjoyed the Skypool, it was a nice place to swim. Room is very clean and you can actually cook there. I love having a small kitchen to be able to put things, and even make some simple meal. Very suitable for longer stays. The view from my room wasn't that great, but overall it is okay.

When we approached him, he said he was about to enter to repair the air conditioner. This was slightly past 12 midnight which was odd that they looked like they wanted to enter the room when we went out. Did not feel that the place was secured thereafter.
