• Sarah (5/5): Not a good value for the money - Good location, clean, comfortable bed Broken bathroom lock, one button for the toilet was broken, only half of the windows had a curtain-the other curtain was missing so very bright in the morning and uncomfortable because of people looking in from the busy street (had to construct our own curtain), no tv remote in the room and when I asked reception for one I was given dead batteries and the wrong remote that would not pair with the tv in the room

El tema del acceso al complejo, nunca fue claro, se hablaba de una "llave virtual", que finalmente no fue así. La zona (quizás pues estaba todo en refacción o construcción en Múnich). Los 2 ascensores sufrieron desperfecto y durante 3 días tuvimos que usar el de servicio.
• Mauro (8/5): - Posizione a pochissimi passi dalla stazione centrale della città, punto comodissimo perché l'abbiamo usato per spostamenti verso zone distanti e raggiungibili con il treno es. Fussen, Francoforte ecc. ma anche in punti fuori città come parco olimpico. Il centro città dista 20 min a piedi, assolutamente fattibile. Altrimenti mediante metro o treno sempre dalla stazione. Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione la zona è piuttosto tranquilla, nulla da segnalare. Appartamento come da descrizione, piccolo ma comodissimo, pulizia ottima. Reception presente 24h sicuramente un ottimo vantaggio. Tutti gentilissimi. La struttura è in fase finale di ristrutturazione (maggio 2026) le camere sono praticamente nuove. La consiglio e tornerei volentieri per utilizzarla come base per visitare più zone vicine. Supermercato Lidl a 2 minuti a piedi. Non c'è una zona comune, forse avevo intuito male io, ma c'è al piano -1 un area con una lavanderia utilizzabile e una stanza dove lasciare bagagli prima e dopo check in/out. Questa è però incustodita e con la porta che non si chiude. Abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare le valige in reception e non ci sono stati problemi. Grazie. La struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione quindi credo stiano risolvendo queste cose. Cucina non molto attrezzata, poche pentole, ma è un problema solo per chi come noi ha utilizzato tanto la cucina e comunque ci siamo arrangiati senza grosse difficoltà.

• RobertWagenveld (8/5): Hotel voor beursbezoek - De kamer was ruim en netjes. Hotel ligt vlak bij Hauptbahnhof, tram en metro en stadscentrum. Hotel ligt aan drukke straat met veel bouwwerkzaamheden en rumoer in de nacht.

They’ve clearly invested in a convenient check in system, so along with the welcoming front desk staff, it does make it very easy to get to your room and also checkout Whilst the bathroom was clean and well appointed, our room was pretty dirty, there were things left in cupboards from previous guests, change on shelves balls of hair and fluff so they clearly hadn’t cleaned it, and the ‘green’ rug needed a good wash.

• Adnan (9/5): Odlično mjesto za kraći boravak, sigurno da ćemo ga ponovo imati u vidu. - Zvučna izolacija u zidovima je veoma loša, čak se razgovor može čuti ukoliko je neko pored. S obzirom da je sve ostalo na visokom nivou, šteta je ostaviti da ovaj problem sa zvučnom izolacijom traje. Vidio sam i kod ostalih gostiju da su se žalili na to. Mi smo imali sreću da prvu noć bude tiho, drugu noć su neki gosti bili veoma glasni. Nadam se da ćete riješiti ovaj problem uskoro.
• Simone Booking (8/5): comoda la posizione - l'alloggio si trova vicino al centro città e la zona dell'oktoberfest. la ragazza nuova in reception è stata gentile e sorridente. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. mancanza di parcheggio, la struttura si trova in una zona ztl e non molto in un bel quartiere. in stanza mancavano le tapparelle quindi entrava troppa luce, il bagno cieco e ventola di aspirazione non funzionante. non è stata rifatta la stanza e i letti dopo la prima notte, negli angoli del soffitto c'era polvere. Sfortunatamente abbiamo alloggiato nel periodo in cui stanno lavorando sull'edificio a fianco quindi si sentivano tutti i rumori.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα, απλά μικρό tip πριν μπείτε στο δωμάτιο φέρτε μαζί σας ένα μπουκάλι νερό, οδοντόκρεμα και οδοντόβουρτσα από τα διπλανά supermarket (στα 100μ.) γιατί είναι η μόνη μικρή λεπτομέρεια που έλειπε

Room was perfect for two, full kitchen provided, comfortable beds, perfectly working aircon, everything was clean too. Really appreciated the ironing facilities and safe box. Stayed on the ground floor, no problem with sounds or other issues. Able to store luggage while waiting for check in, relatively safe but wouldn’t leave anything valuable behind. Loved the aesthetic and design of it all! Was given access to the gym but just note that it’s not in the same building as the hotel. There were heavy construction happening everywhere inside and outside the hotel. We would’ve appreciated a heads up, but during our stay the sound didn’t bother us at all at nighttime or early mornings. Found out our door was loose after a whole day of being out, literally didn’t know we had to slam the door shut to secure the lock. One bathroom light didn’t work but not bothered enough to ask and get it fixed. SMART TV provided but also had trouble connecting to wifi or screenshare from our device, ended up not using it. Didn’t mind this too much since we were out the whole day.

Por las noches da sensación de inseguridad la zona del hotel, es una zona "multicultural". No hay cafetera. La almohada es incómoda. Podrían poner una sábana encimera, que no creo que cambien el cubre edredón. Obras en el edificio de al lado (aunque las ventanas son muy buenas). La presión del agua en la ducha..

Room was a good size, with comfortable beds and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Would be perfect if cooking oil was provided but that would’ve been a plus plus. Bathroom was a good size, unfortunately, water pressure for the shower was poor, which they hopefully fixed. Laundry and luggage storage available at B1. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Water pressure for the shower was poor.

Uçak sonrası trenle merkez istasyona gelip 10 dk. yürüyerek otele ulaştık. Merkeze , Şehirler arası otobüs istayonuna (ZOB) çok yakındı. Resepsiyondan anahtarımızı aldık. Çok güleryüzlü ve nazik personeli var. Yüzyüze veya whatsapp hattından 24 saat tüm sorularımız kısa sürede cevaplandı. Odamızda ihtiyacımızı karşılayan tüm ürünler çalışır durumda mevcuttu. Maobilyalar vs herşey yeni bakımlı. Sabah kahvaltılarını odamızda yapmak çok kolaylık getirdi. Tabak , bardak , tava tencere herşey mevcut. Ocağı çalıştırırken aspiratörü mutlaka kullandık. Yorumlarda okuduğumuz gibi yangın alarımı da çalışmadı.. :) Odamızı temiz tutmaya çalıştık. Ama talep edilirse temizlik ekibi gelebiliyor. Katta çöp odası var. Bölgede güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık. Tabiki daha nezih bölgeler var. Ancak fiyat performans açısından değerlendirlirse olumsuz bir durum yok. 5 gün boyunca evimiz gibi konakladık. Herşeyden önce personele yardımları için teşekkür ediyoruz. Son gün de bavullarımızı akşam üstü uçağa gidişimize dek resepsiyonda bıraktık. otelin etrafındaki şantiyeler biterse çok daha keyifli olabilir. gece zaten ses yok. gündüz bir miktar ses oluyor. rahatsız edici değil.
• emililterribile (9/5): W BOB W - Struttura recentemente ristrutturata per cui le stanze (mini appartamenti) sono moderni e ottimamente tenuti. Stanza silenziosa e letti comodi. Presenza di una piccola cucina ben fornita. Posizione comoda (ad un km da Theresienwiese (hoktoberfest) ed ad 1,5 da Marienplatz, entrambi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Purtroppo la zona è da anni oggetto di interventi di ristrutturazione su gran parte degli edifici. Per cui, a causa dei lavori, durante i giorni feriali è praticamente impossibile parcheggiare in prossimità anche solo per scaricare i bagagli. Molto semplice nel we. Trattandosi di miniappartamenti le stanze non vengono pulite quotidianamente.

• Lil (4/5): Erster und letzter Aufenthalt - Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine sehr gute Lage sowie durch freundliches Personal und eine schnelle Kommunikation. Leider bestehen erhebliche Defizite im Bereich Sauberkeit (Staub, Flecken…) und Instandhaltung. Beim Bezug des Zimmers war ein stark unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar. Auf dem Bett und Sofa befanden sich Haare. Zudem wiesen Sofa sowie Wände diverse Flecken auf. Das Bett ist deutlich durchgelegen und wenig komfortabel. Die Küche war leider auch nicht sauber. Zum Glück haben wir sie nicht benutzt. Im Badezimmer wurden sichtbarer Schimmel, ein auf der Unterseite verschmutzter WC-Sitz (sollte allgemein ersetzt werden) sowie verkalkte Armaturen festgestellt. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist schwach. Zusätzlich ist die Lärmsituation sehr problematisch, sowohl durch Baustellen in der Umgebung als auch durch deutlich hörbare Geräusche aus Nachbarzimmern (hellhörige Wände) und bei Reinigungsarbeiten. Angeblich sollte die Unterkunft schallisoriert sein.

• GÓMEZ (10/5): GENIAL. - De los mejores lugares donde me he hospedado, la habitación es cómoda y moderna, las personas en recepción son muy amables. Tienen varios servicios adicionales que ayudan a elevar más la experiencia. Recomiendo a todos hospedarse aquí.
• Katsiaryna (8/5): Отличный вариант для проживания рядом с центром и вокзалом. - Удобно находится, рядом с вокзалом и стациями метро. В номере достаточно места. При необходимости приготовления пищи для этого все есть. Рядом есть кофейни, работающие с семи утра, где можно отлично позавтракать. Не работали основные лифты, поэтому пришлось пользоваться лифтом для персонала. Надеюсь, это временное неудобство и его скоро исправят.

• Tim the Travel Wolf (8/5): Great value for money. Helps if you like to walk. - We had a studio apartment which was great for the extra space and kitchenette. Great value for the money. Location was almost a Kilometer from the main Station and no public transport until there. No parking and the closest parking lots were very expensive. Over 40 Euro a day.

• Edmon (6/5): - Appartamento spazioso e nuovo, posizione centrale e cordialità dello staff seppur non poteva fare nulla era li giusto per dare informazioni. La palestra è esterna, la zona è molto squallida, non era disponibile il parcheggio, bisogna fare un check in online anche se all'ingresso è sempre presente qualcuno. Mi hanno inviato la ricevuto dopo una settimana
