• Fernando Alexis (10/5): Me encanta siempre vengo aquí desde hace 15 años - En sí todo me encanta el restaurante maneja una comida regional exquisita de muy buena calidad en productos y muy buen sazón la atención muy buena todo el personal con una sonrisa con muy buena atención personal cada vez que necesitas algo enseguida lo envían cómodas las habitaciones El único detalle fue el baño pero están en remodelación las habitaciones así es que vale la pena la visita y seguiría viniendo aquí como desde hace 15 años he venido por mucho mi hotel favorito Solo que El inodoro se tapaba pero enseguida llegaba alguien y arreglaba el desperfecto pero ya lo están cambiando

• Gerhard (3/5): - Nichts Tagelang wurde mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Trotz ständigen Bettelns bekam ich keine Seife und keine frischen Handtücher. Ich musste feststellen, dass der für mein Zimmer zuständige Raumpfleger tgl. immer ein bis zwei Stunden (WÄHREND SEINER REGULÄREN ARBEITSZEIT) in irgendwelchen Gästebetten schlief. So unglaublich dies klingen mag, so entspricht es tatsächlich meinen intensiven Beobachtungen. Ganz offensichtlich gibt es solche - fast schon beängstigende - Vorkommnisse nicht nur in Hollywood-Filmen sondern auch in der Realität. Meiner mehrfachen Forderung bei "Nora" der Rezeptionsangestellen, ich wolle/müsse dies dem verantwortlichen Hotelmanager - persönlich - vortragen, wurde von ihr nicht entsprochen. Mit der Begründung, er habe für mich keine Zeit. Eine E-Mail-Adresse von dem Manager teilte mir Nora nicht mit. Obwohl ich sie mehrfach darum gebeten hatte und ich ihr zuvor bereitwillig meine E-Mail-Adresse ausgehändigt hatte, mit der Bitte, diese Adresse dem Hotelmanager zu übermitteln. Ob "Nora" mir ihren richtigen Namen genannt hat, bezweifle ich. Insgesamt definiere ich dieses doch sehr zweifelhafte "Hotel" als absoluten Nepp, wobei ich auch eine mögliche kriminelle Energie bei den Verantwortlichen nicht ausschließen kann. Mein Rat: Falls Sie bereits am ersten Tag Ihren gesamten Mexikoaufentalt geschmälert wissen wollen, buchen Sie einfach ein paar Tage in diesem "Hotel" ein. Viel Spass.....!

• Shelley (3/5): - Hot water in shower Poor mattress, no blanket in room only had thin top sheet to cover with, inadequate lock on room door, was told pool was out of service but when going to look at it was told by restaurant staff associated with hotel if you eat there you can use the pool. Typical Mexican answer, tactic to get customers to eat at that restaurant. Would not go in that dirty cesspool of germ infested gross water filthy! It is clearly closed for a reason. Construction going on in property yet not mentioned on website

No tiene estacionamiento, el área que antes era estacionamiento ahora es restaurante y los clientes debe.os buscar un lugar en la calle!!! Andamios y materiales por todos lados, pero no hay nadie trabajando!! Todo muy mal, íbamos un grupo de 3.parejas y yo lo recomendé Yaque me había hospedado anteriormente y todo era diferente pero no vuelvo a ese hotel!

• Kathryn (9/5): Artistic Delight - The artwork in this hotel is next level. The staff is laid back and friendly. The room was comfortable with nice linens. The shower was large with warm water. They were hangers and drawers and a place to store your luggage. There was even storage space above the toilet in the form of a hanging rack. You can turn off the overhead light from the bed and turn on two bedside lamps from one switch by the bed. The room has a window which opens and so does the bathroom. The housekeeper I had is an absolute gem. The restaurant and pool are now separate from the hotel. The pool can be used by restaurant guests now. And I recommend the restaurant for multiple reasons. As other reviewers have mentioned the hotel will refer you to other hotels where permission is granted. This is not something that was a problem for me at all, just thought you might like to know. The handle on the toilet needed to be jiggled to stop the water from running and overflowing onto the floor from the tank. The door to the bathroom has a lock on it that was locked when I got there so I could have easily locked myself in had I not checked. There is no outlet by the bed. The door to the room locks automatically. There is no interior only lock. I would stay there again if I had to be in Cancun.

Also the remote hand held credit card processors had huge problems with keypad not accepting pin numbers and cards being denied. I knew my card was good, so tried the tap and everything was fine. Hotel should be banned from booking. Com till they resolve their issues, also no glasses in room to have drink of water, how do I tale my medication?
• Daniel Enrique (9/5): Agradable - El personal del hotel son muy amables y me ayudaron con dudas que no tenian que ver sobre el hote. Siempre habia alguien en recepción y te ayudan en todo lo que puedes. El arte que decora el hotel es hermoso, las pinturas estan en muy buen estado y te deja sumeregirte en la cultura. La limpieza es muy buena, el aire acondicionado funciona bastante aunque la presión del agua al ducharte era muy baja, El desayuno empieza a las 7:30 AM y es en un convenio. Por desgracia la piscina estaba cerrada por mantenimientos por lo que no pude disfrutarla. La presión del agua de la regadera deja por desear y en mi caso el control del decodificador no funcionaba corretamente.

Also in the future I will choose this hotel! Every time when I come the pool is closed for renovation even if it says open at the booking page!

• ana (8/5): Opinión hotel xbalamque - Todo bien , es la segunda vez que me quedo aca y todo bien con algunas mejoras seria fantástico pero por el valor todo ok buena ubicación y aseo super bueno. La cama algo dura, la piscina no se puede usar mas encima te cerraban la entrada nisiquiera para mirarla porque hay un restaurante por el otro lado , todo confuso eso... faltaba algo para dejar víveres o bebidas algún refrigerador pequeño ya que allá con tanto calor es necesario mantener frio todo , en recepción tampoco tenían. Pero son cosas para mejorar
