Sidney Jack (7/5): We liked our stay for 10days . Location brilliant but breakfast disappointing . - We had a deluxe room with balcony … liked the balcony as view of Hagia Sophia. Room clean, light, spacious , but not deluxe and in a separate bland building to main in photo. Breakfast also in another building .. breakfast variety mainly not geared to Western taste. Staff excellent, friendly. Our room was not really deluxe and in a building with no character. The breakfast was varied but not really choices for a western market .

Shahbeana (5/5): Location, location, location !!! - Location was excellent. Very close to attractions and tram line. The property has no lifts, restaurant or soundproof rooms. The bedding was very uncomfortable and room was very dated. Daily cleaning did take place but no bedding was ever changed in the 5 night stay, however towels were changed. Staff were not friendly and never greeted us when we would leave or arrive back numerous times a day. A couple of times during the night we were woken by other guests being very loud, drunk, running, stomping and moving furniture above us and next door to us. When we went to reception at 2am to complain and ask for them to do something about it the staff member nodded and carried on watching football on his phone.

A proximité de pleins de monuments vous pouvez faire pleins de choses en marchant pas besoin de prendre les transports et si vous voulez prendre le trams… les stations sont à proximité de l’hôtel

Edit (6/5): Jó fekvésű, ódivatú óvárosi szállás. - Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, kb. 5 perc a Hagia Sophia mecset, minden látnivaló gyalogosan könnyen elérhető. A reggeli tipikusan török volt, sok zöldséggel, ami nekünk nagyon tetszett. A személyzet segítőkész. A berendezés ódivatú, de tiszta és kényelmes. Sajnos a fürdőszobában elűzhetetlen csatornaszag volt, a csempén és a fugákban penészfoltok, pedig volt elszívó.

Hamed (3/5): Excellent location, worn-out rooms, unpleasant odors, expired breakfast items, poor hygiene, late ch - The only real highlight of this hotel is its location, which is very convenient for sightseeing in Istanbul. The breakfast spread was also decent in terms of variety. Unfortunately, the negatives significantly outweighed the positives during our stay: Room Condition & Hygiene: The room felt very worn out and neglected. Due to the age of the building and poor ventilation, there was a persistent, unpleasant smell and high humidity. The bathroom was exceptionally tiny, cramped, and had a very foul odor. Cleanliness Standards: I was surprised to find that housekeeping only occurs every 3 days. In 2026, this is a very low standard for a hotel. Furthermore, the lobby and stairs were visibly dirty throughout our stay. Check-in & Service: Despite the standard check-in times, our room was not ready until 4:00 PM. Additionally, unlike most hotels in Istanbul that provide daily bottled water, this property does not offer any, so be prepared to buy your own. Noise Levels: Because it is an older building, there is zero soundproofing. We could hear every footstep on the stairs and from the floors above, which made it very difficult to rest. !!!! Please check the expiration dates on the food. During breakfast, we discovered that the mini jams and honey served to guests were expired. This is a serious health and safety concern, so I recommend inspecting all packaged items before consuming them.

omar (9/5): اقامة مميزة وشكرا على الترقية الى غرفة افضل - نزلت في هذا الفندق اكثر من 4 مرات. موقعة ممتاز غرفة مناسبة والموظفيين متعاونين والفطور مقبول جدا اخر مرة حجز غرفة ثلاثية في البدروم ولما وصلت عملوا لي ترقية الى غرفة افضل في الطابق الثاني بدون مقابل يشكرون على هذه الخدمة يوجد ازعاق بعض الشي لان الفندق المجاور به كافي في السطح وصوت الموسيقى عالى ومزعج بعض الشي والى ساعات متاخرة اللي نومه حساس راح يعاني وبعض الغرف لا يوجد بها ستائر لتغطية ضوء الشمس بالكامل وتعاني في الصباح لو اردت تنام
Kirill Korokh (8/5): - Очень удобное местоположение, вежливый и дружелюбный персонал, а ещё есть 10% скидки в рядом стоящих ресторанах. Слышимость в номерах. Первую ночь провели номере K1 в соседнем здании, которая расположена над помещением для завтраков. Если вы любите поспать, то эта комната не для Вас - с 6 утра будет очень шумно. Также будет напрягать шум в номера первого этажа, где расположен ресепшен - гости могут ночью пообщаться с портье и вы будет прекрасно это слышать.

olga minsk (4/5): - Расположение ок, рядом с Айя-София. Бесплатное бронирование, можно переночевать короткое время и переехать в другой отель. Номер очень старый, стены необходимо красить, уборка не производилась, грязный санузел, сырость (плесень), хорошо хоть с собой взяла своё полотенце (их были сомнительного вида)

TOUM (8/5): Une très bonne adresse tant pour l'emplacement que pour la gentillesse des personnels. - L'emplacement absolument génial. L'accueil, la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel aussi. Très bon petit déjeuner. Une suite familiale très pratique (2 chambres pour 4) dans un beau batiment ancien. La moquette dans les chambres, certaines ampoules hors service, l'impossibilité de régler le chauffage et le réassort des fournitures.

Massimo (7/5): Il soggiorno è stato comunque gradevole. Istanbul è stupenda e gli abitanti sono molto cortesi. - Posizione centrale e comoda a tutte le mete principali. Siamo riusciti a raggiungere tutti i luoghi di nostro interesse a piedi, compresa Torre Galata, passeggiando lungo il ponte. Il personale del Le Safran è molto cortese e tutte le persone di Istanbul incontrate a vario titolo, altrettanto. Mangiato molto bene nei ristoranti che abbiamo frequentato. Bagni molto piccoli e ambiente dedicato alla colazione (e colazione) sotto le aspettative. Dopo la prima mattina abbiamo sempre fatto colazione a pagamento in altri luoghi vicini, sebbene l'avessimo già pagata insieme alle camere.

Letti comodi e confortevoli Stanze un po' da ammodernare Servizio taxi per aereoporto rincarato rispetto a quanto possono chiedere fuori Poca varietà per la colazione dolce Staff non parla molto inglese
Aisyah Bebi (10/5): - The check-in time was suppose to be at 2 pm, but I arrived at around 11 and I was allowed to enter my room. The room was nice, there are windows that can be opened, free coffee and tea, and free amenities. Although at first there was a bit smell from the bathroom but it was only because the room was humid, but after I opened the window and turn on the blower, it was ok. The breakfast was nice as well, there were different types of cheese, breads, cereals, etc. I enjoyed staying here.

The only thing i didn’t like is about the entry door. We were 4 people and to enter the room you need to cross one of bedrooms which was very inconvenient.

Natalia (8/5): - The location is perfect—Aya Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and Sultanahmet are within a 5-7 min walking distance. The ferry station is in 10-15 min. walking distance. The Marmaray station is 5 min. from the hotel. It is very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport by public transport. In the area there are plenty of different restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. We also had a balcony in the room and could enjoy the view of the Topkapi Palace. We stayed 1 week in the hotel, and during this time everything was good. The hotel is old and there is no elevator. The breakfast is quite frugal. It's possible to find something to eat, but it wasn't like we imagined. There are only 5 tables in the room and sometimes you have to wait for a table to be free. If you come too late for breakfast, there is not much food left.

Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de prendre le petit déjeuner car nous nous sommes réveillés un peu tard😅 Les lits sont confortables. Je n'ai aucune remarque à faire

Ignacio (8/5): Cómodo hotel cerca de santa Sofía - La ubicación lo mejor del hotel, a 5 minutos escasos de las principales mezquitas de santa sofía y la mezquita azul, la comunicación con la recepción perfecta, nos recogieron en el aeropuerto de sabiha y nos llevaron al apartamento, teníamos el vuelo el domingo pronto y también nos recogieron y nos llevaron el domingo temprano, mejor coger el transporte privado ya que Sabiha está bastante lejos de Sultanahmet Nuestra habitación daba al exterior y había bastante ruido, sobre todo del tranvía que lo escuchabamos todo el rato, aun asi, no era incomodo, si no te importan los ruidos, puedes dormir sin ningún problema

A fürdőszoba kicsi. A szállodának retro hangulata van, akkor ajánlom, ha a fő cél a városlátogatás és nem az, h a szállodába tölts el több időt. Arra viszont tökéletes.

Haroon (7/5): - Really close to the places, enjoyed just walking out and finding most of the tourist-y destinations right around the corner The size was quite small, so you could barely stand up tall. you'd have to sit to take a shower; not enough room. if it was atleast a little bit enough for you to stand properly at the highest point, that would've made it much better.

Muhamad Zairul (1/5): - This is our 2nd time and thought all are okay. We had been scammed for the transport to return to Airport by the hotel person in charge. Instead of original one van that had been agreed with all our luggage counted for on the day payment made, we were forced to take 2nd vehicle which is mpv. I have paid 3400 tl for the van transport which Hotel person in charge has confirmed arrangement with no additional vehicle required. When I asked for a transport receipt, the person in charge said dont worry since he already in control and take care of us with no worry of been scam. In actual, on the day to return airport, hotel person in charge has informed that one big van is not enough. He requested us to pay another 2000 tl. About 02hours from the time for pick up, the person in charge has asked again for me to pay 1000tl. The worst thing happened when in actual, only 01 passenger from our family in the mpv amd there was still empty seats in big van. The driver of big van was very rude like a gangster in handling our baggage andd throw our luggages without any concern to handle with care . I have warned him to be very careful about our fragile luggage but he still ignored. He then threatened and try to hit me with his baton that kept in his van until my family members hold him up. I have kept a video record of the two vehicles with plate numbers, 34 FGJ 093 and 34 FMB 316. I need Booking.com. to take serious action since I was lucky not to be hit by this gangster act of rudeless and gangster like Van driver arranged by the hotel.

Amer (3/5): مستحيل ارجع اكرر اقامتي بهذا الفندق - الموظفين الي يداومون بالليل اسلوبهم عسل الي بالصباح اسلوبه تعبان الغرفه ماهي نفس الصور ومره صغيره والاريكه الي موجوده بالصوره غير موجوده فالغرفه وقلت للموضف الي بالصباح عن هذا الشيء وعصب على طول لو زودتها بالنقاش كان بيسبب مشكله مع اني سئلته بكل احترام

carmen (10/5): - Un raport excelent calitate pret.. - Pozitionare foarte buna, amplasat la cateva minute de mers pe jos de Hagia Sofia, si de linia de tramvai T1, dar pe o straduta linistita -Personalul foarte amabil, ne a ajutat cu fiecare solicitare .- Camerele curate si incalzite, mai ales in zilele in care temperaturile erau scăzute afara. - Micul dejun inclus Una peste alta o alegere fiarte buna pentru bugetul alocat!
LUCIO (10/5): Good - Location was very good, just five minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. Room and also the breakfast was good.Reception guy waws very helpful. he booked a taxi for us to go the airport. Everything was up to the mark apart from the lift. Had to walk the steps. Luckily got the room on the first floor.
