The couches were very uncomfortable and somewhat worn. The beds were adequate but the mattresses were hard - a memory foam topper would have helped immensely.

- Bente Grønstøl (9/5): Prinsesse for en uke - Veldig stor leilighet og beliggenheten er super. Alt rett utenfor døra og likevel stille om natten. En opplevelse å ha boblebad på soverommet og sove i prinsesseseng. Veldig intens parfymelukt i fellesareal. Tror det må være stort problem for allergikere. Hard madrass, flott for de som liker det.

- Nicole (10/5): - Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft. Bester Ausblick. Sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Sogar Eiswürfel waren vorbereitet. Wir kommen wieder!! :-) In der Dusche im unteren Badezimmer hat es aus dem Abfluss etwas unangenehm gerochen. Die Zudecken waren etwas dünn für diese Jahreszeit (Mitte April).

- Anne (8/5): Kurzurlaub mit der Familie - Die Wohnung im 5 Stock hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht .Die Dachterasse wirklich was besonderes.Ein Blick über Prag.Die Lage optimal,mitten drin .Nicht weit von der Altstadt .Restaurants direkt vor der Tür . Das Personal an der Rezeption wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine kleine Tochter hat sogar ein Abschiedsfoto als Andenken geschenkt bekommen.Parken ist nicht möglich ,aber wir haben dafür eine Allternative angeboten bekommen.Im Nachbarhotel in der Tiefgarage gegen Bezahlung konnte man das Auto abstellen .Mitarbeiterin hat uns sogar dahinbegleitet.Hat alles super geklappt .Rezeption ist bis 21 Uhr besetzt .Danach wurde das Tor im Treppenhaus abgesperrt .Man konnte nur mit Aufzug (chip) in die Wohnung .Sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht .Das Hotell hat eine sehr ansprechendes Ambiente . Ein paar Sachen haben uns gestört und vor der Bewertung hier haben wir erstmal per Mail die Besitzerin angeschrieben .Leider hat sie auf das Feedback nicht mal geantwortet .Das finden wir jetzt nicht so positiv .Eigendlich wollte ich die negativen Seiten hier gar nicht erwähnen aber da keine Reaktion kommt ist es wohl nicht so wichtig . Also am meisten hat uns der Kanalgeruch gestört der aus beiden Badezimmer kam, dadurch die ganze Wohnung danach gerochen hat .Im Sommer ,durch die Wärme stell ich es mir noch unangenehmer vor .Leider hatten wir oben im Schlazimmer Ameisen im Bett gleich schon am ersten Abend .Die Fenster waren sehr trüb,dadurch konnte man den Sonnenaufgang ,nicht so gut genießen. Sobald die Sonne weiter oben stand war der Ausblick besser ,da die Sonne nicht direkt in die Scheiben scheinte.Leider nicht mal eine Wasserflasche oder ähnliches zur Begrüßung vorgefunden ,nur Süßgetränke im Kühlschrank die aber teuer gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung standen .Leider hat man aus dem zweiten Schlafzimmer unten aus dem Bett keine Aussicht nach draußen, da das Bett viel zu niedrig dafür ist.

- Sridhar (10/5): Loved Malestranske Residence - We loved the hotel's central location. A stone's throw from Charles bridge, so close to other attractions and just across the road from where the tram stops. We also loved the little kitchen and the separate bedroom - it was a lovely room. If like us you prefer having a quick breakfast at home this place is perfect - the kitchen comes with a dishwasher too! In all it was like a little flat of our own. The staff were so helpful - Theresa checked us in and helped us figure out the area and restaurants. Overall it was a great choice and when we come back to Prague we will book ourselves in Malestranske residence again. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

- Christiane (9/5): Absolute Empfehlung für einen Trip ins Herz von Prag! - Wirklich wunderschönes, sehr stilvolles und gehobenes Appartement in absoluter Top-Lage im Zentrum des historischen Stadtteils Kleinseite. Alles ist super fußläufig erreichbar und alternativ fährt die Tram direkt vor der Haustür ab. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke, was toll war für schnelle Einkäufe oder auch Brötchen am Morgen. Man befindet sich wirklich mittendrin im historischen Prag, was natürlich auch eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse mit sich bringt, aber das gehört nun mal dazu und ein Großteil wird durch die Doppelglasfenster gut gedämpft. Wir waren zu sechst und hätten uns in der Wohnung etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck gewünscht, aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Die im Kühlschrank hinterlegten Getränke als Mini-Bar-Angebot waren leider unangemessen teuer. Das wäre bei Ankunft sehr angenehm gewesen, aber dann sind wir doch lieber zum Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und haben uns selbst einiges geholt. Sonst aber wirklich alles top 👍🏻

- Kathrin (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt in der Malostranská Residence war perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. - Die Malostranská Residence liegt sehr zentral unweit der Karlsbrücke. Zentrum und Burg sind problemlos fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl und betreut gefühlt.

- Oliver (9/5): 4 Tage Städtetrip nach Prag - Die Lage ist hervorragend im Stadtviertel Kleinseite. Wir konnten alle interessanten Orte in Prag zu Fuß erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Suite war sehr gut, wir haben die Küche zwar kaum benutzt, aber es war alles vorhanden. Die angebotene Parkmöglichkeit für unser Auto war auch sehr hilfreich und hat gut funktioniert. Der Parkplatz ist relativ teuer, zumal es keine Alternativen wie Parkhäuser o.ä. gibt.

- Renate (9/5): Ideal um das alte Prag zu besichtigen - - Die Lage ist einmalig - perfekt, um das Zentrum von Prag zu erkunden. Man benötigt nicht einmal öffentliche Verkehrsmittel um alles zu sehen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Perfekt für kleine Pausen zwischendurch. - Wir konnten mit dem Auto direkt vor die Unterkunft fahren und alles ausladen bzw. wieder einpacken. Der Parkplatz ist in einem Hinterhof ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. (relativ enge Einfahrt, aber sicherer Abstellplatz) - kostet 40€ / Tag extra - 4. Stockwerk mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Prager Burg, die Nikolauskirche im Vordergrund und den Aussichtsturm am Petrin - Lage unmittelbar neben der Karlsbrücke (1 Gehminute) - sehr geräumiges Appartement (74 m2) - Rezeptionist*innen und Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich - sehr viele Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und Souvenirläden gleich nebenan - bei der Kaffeemaschine passten Nespressokapseln, Kühlschrank ist sehr groß (wir haben uns zum Frühstück selbst versorgt) - unbedingt probieren: Trdelnik = Baumstriezel Süßspeise (gibt es an jeder Ecke in Prag) - sehr penetranter Kanalgeruch im Appartement (Wir haben dann einfach den Abfluss mit einen Korken verstopft - das hat bestens funktioniert. Ansonsten wäre der Aufenthalt wirklich unangenehm gewesen.) kleine Zusatzinformationen, die den Aufenthalt aber wirklich NICHT beeinträchtigt haben: - keine zusätzlichen Decken (z.B. für die Couch) im Zimmer - Einrichtung ist nicht sehr hochwertig, teilweise bereits beschädigt - Wasserdruck in der Küche ist äußerst gering
- Yu-Chien (9/5): - 地點極好，緊鄰查理大橋及舊城區，非常方便，公車站就在門口。公寓超大，清潔舒適，有洗衣機，有簡單廚房及餐具，工作人員非常親切，對於所需的幫助立刻回應處理，下次來布拉格我還是會住這裡。 有洗衣機，但是缺乏烘乾機較為不方便．浴室裡面沒有任何的掛鉤或是毛巾浴巾架．室內雖然有插座，但是位置都遠離可以放東西的桌面很遠，所以手機電腦等要充電不太方便．

La literie n'est pas terrible. Les matelas sont assez mous et peu épais. Pour les couvertures se ne sont pas des grandes couvertures mais 2 petites par lit.

The personal is friendly and replies within 5 min to every message. Surprisingly there are ants on the 5th floor! They have climbed on my cup of coffee as well...

- Kenning (9/5): - Beautiful apartment that was perfect for our group of five. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Prague, and within a few hundred meters of the Charles Bridge. The apartment was pricey, but otherwise wonderful. Prague itself is a beautiful city, but like so many European cities it is overrun with tourists (like me).

- Marcell (10/5): Legközelebb is itt szállnék meg, kedvesek voltak a recepciosok is, le tudtuk tenni a táskát is. - Tökéletes helyen van, a Károly híd 3 perc séta, a vár kb. 15. Megőrizték a nagypolgári stílusát a szállásnak, emiatt nagyon hangulatos ott megszállni.
- CHIEKO (3/5): 古いホテルには要注意！ - 交通の便が良かった ・部屋の床の歪み(経年劣化？)で滞在中、違和感を感じた。 ・スタッフによっては対応が良くない。 ・ホテルなのに夜9時には、対応するスタッフが帰宅するので、困ったことがあった。 ・ゴミを捨てる、タオル交換、トイレットペーパーの補充など最低限のサービスさえも言わなければしない。 ・部屋の掃除も頼んでも毎日しているとしていないのに言い切る。(クリーニングスタッフが休みの日があった)

Warm, spacious. Good cooking facilities. Comfy beds and sofas. Reception on hand to help. We loved it. Amazing. I think at this level of quality coffee capsules should simply be bundled into the price and handed out, not make the guests pay for them as extras!

Strzena nekolikanasobne vetsi castka na garanci nez bylo domluveno. Po reklamaci zmena ubytovaciho radu, aby byl pokus o skryti podminek predem danych. Nastesti mame dukazy o poruseni nekolika zakonu a vyhlasek. Uctovany minibar polozkami ktere na pokoji nebyly k dispozici. Nedoporucuji a najdete si jine misto.
