• Goldie (6/5): - Location is good. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The toilet is not position well. It's too tight to even sit properly. Toilet should face the entrance instead of the shower screen.

The washroom is very small and has an awkward design, making it difficult to use the toilet, and the shower wets the entire floor. The room also has no windows.

The knowledge & information that she gave us about travel within the city was great. The water stopper at the glass door from our shower at 208 didnt function really well. It make our toilet & shower wet so horrible until it leaked out towards outside the shower area.

• Marina (8/5): Great for cafes and restaurants - The staff are really helpful and kind. Close to heaps of cafes and restaurants. Very difficult to get around via bus and subway from this hotel. If you planning on using public transport there are only 2 buses which stop nearby so it was more inconvenient than I thought. I paid for a queen bed but it was just 2 beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable. I also paid extra for windows but the windows are high up in the corner, and were blocked by another roof so there is no point in paying extra. Whilst the lobby has been upgraded and looks beautiful the rooms have been neglected and definitely need a renovation.

• Harleen (4/5): Rooms too small - The housekeeping was pretty good. No complaints about any staff member to be honest. They all were respectful. The size of the room is quite small, no window (instead they installed a wall sized mirror on the wall that is beside the bed. The toilet seat is too squeezed in along the shower wall - I fear someone who is a bit big on size won't even fit there. Avoid if you are not comfortable with very tight spaces.

• Butler (6/5): - Central location made it a great place for the main sights of Singapore The room was dated and very small, bathroom you couldn't swing a cat. Tv didn't work, sound proofing terrible meaning when upstairs room flushed the toilet I heard the pipes.
• Petra (3/5): Just don't - We only had to stay for 2 nights. The lobby is fancy I guess. The room smelled like an old church. It is absolutely moist to a point where my paperback book warped by just being inside the room. There are no real doors to the bathroom/toilette, just a glass pane that did not even shut properly, and there is a gap around it, so it might as well be doorless. We had to take turns with my husband who will stay down in the lobby when the other one was doing "business" so that there is at least some sort of privacy. The toilet seat was crooked. The shower door is useless too as the water is just running under it, soaking the mat. There is no real toilet paper just small squares of napkins like what would you use for drying your hands in public toilets. The room has no windows, but no worries, you can still hear some wild karaoke takes from downstairs just like you would with windows wide open. The way the AC works is devilish too. The room is naturally hot as hell. We set the AC to like 23 C before going to sleep. We woke up a couple of hours later drenched in sweat and suddenly the AC would start attacking us with arctic freeze. You can be sweaty AND cold! This cycle repeats the whole night. If you hate yourself you might enjoy it.
• WY (6/5): Cold like fridge, tiny box-room, can hear neighbours talking - Location, staff. Upon entering, there was a strong mould smell. The room had no windows and was extremely cold. The AC system is frustrating: when turned off, it automatically turns back on after a short period. If you turn it off, the room feels suffocating; if you turn it on, it’s uncomfortably cold, and I ended up catching a cold. The bathroom is very wet, with water spreading everywhere after a shower. The AC blows directly in your face, making the cold worse. The room itself is tiny – the door is only about 2 meters from the bed, and the space (excluding the bathroom) is roughly the same size as the bed. I asked staff for extra blankets because the room was cold. They said they had none, so I had to use small towels as blankets. The staff were nice but limited in what they could do. The hotel is also very noisy with almost no sound insulation; you can hear guests talking in the next room.

• Heidi (6/5): Katong - Das Zimmer war ausreichend mit 14 m2 zum Schlafen, mehr nicht. Wir waren nur eine Nacht. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, muss man mögen, wir wollen das nicht mehr. Die Umgebung ist super, Essen kann man gleich vor der Tür überall bekommen. Leider kein Fenster und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt dann nicht mehr.

• Wander22674755834 (10/5): A Home Away From Home with Exceptional Hospitality - It hardly feels like a hotel — it feels more like a second home to me. The staff are warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Davin and Ms. Putri. Their genuine smiles and thoughtfulness truly stand out, and they go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. The location is fantastic as well, with plenty of great eateries nearby and malls within walking distance. Most importantly, the comfort and welcoming atmosphere make me feel right at home.

The front desk staff, especially Elvis and Puteri, are truly especially helpful. On request, ironing equipment is placed in the room before my arrival. Lots of eateries and curisoty shops nearby.

My coded key didn’t work, but the front desk person was on top of it and as I headed back to the elevator she arrived with a master to let me in my room. Then I was unable to turn the TV off with the remote, so I had to cover the screen in order to sleep (and wear an eye shade). The shower drain was not working well, so the whole bathroom was awash when I finished a quick shower. The tiny sink made it difficult to wash my face.

• Ulla (9/5): Tolle Lage und überschaubare Entfernung zum Flughafen - Uns hat vor allen Dingen die Lage des Hotels gut gefallen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés. Es bleibt eigentlich kein kulinarischer Wunsch offen. Ausgesprochen freundlich war auch der Empfang von Puteri an der Rezeption! Die Zimmer sind schon recht klein und man muss sich gut organisieren, damit man mit dem Gepäck etc. klarkommt. Aber es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und einen Safe. Es ist sehr sauber.

• RAO (8/5): 给自己点赞找到了这间性价比超高的精品小旅店 - 这家酒店位于Joochat road， 周围建筑完美保留了南洋特色 。 离公交车站大约500m，周围都是食阁咖啡店西餐厅小酒吧，隔壁就是coldstorage 超市 非常方便。 酒店房间也很干净，前台工作人员态度也很好 房间太小了 ，卫生间还行，但是热水不稳定洗澡要速度快 洗到后面热水没了。

Did not look like the provided picture at all, please remove irrelevant picture because this is fraud. Saw other reviews of standard room and looked just like our superior room. Checked with the staff and he was saying it was indeed superior room. Feels like a waste of money to upgrade to superior. For twin room, the other person almost can’t walk across to their bed because the beds are almost at the wall. You can’t sit on the toilet straight because it’s so narrow there is no room for your leg it is literally next to the shower glass. Facility is old, toilet seat is constantly moving around. At this point you might be better off staying in a hostel which is more comfortable.

• Nik (6/5): - The location is good. Once we complained about noise in the room we got another one which seemed better in terms of the noise. The stuff was nice all in all. The room was too small and there was always some noise, one day from the karaoke nearby, behind the wall, the other day it was a shower where the water was dripping making that hell noise.
