Beatriz (10/5): Agradable y cómodo a pie de pista - Todos los detalles para hacer acogedora la estancia están pensados. Se ve que conocen bien las necesidades de las familias que quieren pasar unos días de esquí. Cenas con comida casera, salón de juegos con espacio suficiente y bar, spa pequeñiyo, situación a pie de pista, taquillas para tablas y esquís muy cómodas.. Lo que se nos complicó fue el aparcamiento, porque llegamos en un día con nevada y calles cortadas. Una distancia parking-hotel asumible, se convirtió en una complicación grande esa noche.

Larissa (9/5): Hotel gostoso, funcional e muito bem localizado - A localização é incrível. Super central, próximo de lojas, restaurantes, aluguel de equipamento no próprio prédio, ski in/out excelente, fácil de chegar. Mesmo perto das pistas e ruas, é silencioso pois as janelas são duplas. O quarto é pequeno, como de se esperar na Europa, mas totalmente funcional e muito limpo. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes, colchão muito bom. Café da manhã atende muito bem, com frutas, variedade de sucos, pães, frios e doces, infelizmente apenas o ovo mexido é daqueles de mistura pronta, mas como também havia ovos cozidos, funcionou. O spa é muito gostoso e limpo, mas seria ótimo que fosse incluído na diária. Tem um lounge muito agradável para trabalhar, passar o tempo, espaçoso, com livros, jogos. A internet estava ótima. O locker para skis é bem organizado e espaçoso, de fácil acesso. Nós adoramos a estadia e certamente voltaríamos. O staff do café da manhã foi grosseiro em quase todos os dias, caras fechadas e impaciência pois escolhemos tomar café da manhã mais tarde, perto do horário do fim. Mas sempre respeitamos o horário de chegada e fechamento, só chegávamos faltando meia hora pois estávamos de férias e queríamos descansar também. Havia mesas marcadas e postas nos primeiros dias, depois virou uma zona e nos últimos dias, quando chegávamos, as mesas estavam todas sujas e sem ninguém para limpar (nós mesmos limpamos e nos acomodamos). O resto do staff (recepção, lounge, limpeza) foi todo muito agradável e simpático, mas o pessoal do café da manhã estava sempre mal humorado e nos tratando com certa arrogância. No último dia, um grupo enorme juntou várias mesas e foram muito mal educados, barulhentos e sem respeito aos outros, uma sujeira imensa. Ninguém do staff pareceu se incomodar ou sequer fazer algo para acalmar o grupo também. No entanto, o staff do café da manhã foi apenas um inconveniente menor em comparação ao restante da estadia, que foi ótima; não estragaram nossas férias.

Fraser (10/5): Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for ski trips! - We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. They kindly stored our luggage and even provided a ski locker so we could head straight to the slopes while waiting for check‑in—such a thoughtful touch that made our day much easier. The hotel’s location is perfect for accessing the ski area, making it an ideal base for anyone planning time on the mountain. After a full day of skiing, we really appreciated the relaxing breakout space/lounge room - the bar tender was also friendly. The rooms seemed a little dated, and the bathroom was a bit tight. However, despite those minor issues, the overall experience was still very good.

Darren (10/5): Exceptionally well located and delightful staff - The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from the nearest lifts. It really couldn’t be more convenient. The staff we extremely helpful. The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels that can dehydrate you so badly overnight. The breakfast was good and the half board option was a real bargain. The evening meals all have a home-cooked feel and are tasty but nothing fancy - so I would recommend getting out to other restaurants too (but as the half board option really is so very reasonable we didn’t mind missing the meal the one night we went elsewhere). The staff do stand out best being really goody. The bar man in the hotel bar was charming as was the maitre’d in the restaurant. We would be very likely to stay here again. The skiing is as great. We got lucky with the wether that was sunny and clear most of the week. All round, a very happy week.
Jeff (6/5): Great location, otherwise only average. - The location can't be beaten, view of the lifts from the room and a 10m clump to the piste from the hotel. The room was average for a ski resort. The real disappointment was the restaurant. We stayed half board and wished we had opted for breakfast only. The meals were far below our expectations.
Eddy (10/5): - La demi pension est excellente et l'accès aux pistes est vraiment aux portes de l'hôtel. Le personnel est à l'écoute et aux petits soins du client. Les responsables sont très gentils. Seul petit bémol, le matelas mais pas grave. Je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau.

Fernando (10/5): Março 2019 - Pas de La Casa - Transitamos para este hotel para estender por um dia a estadia em Pas de La Casa depois de termos ficado 4 noites noutro hotel e ficamos extremamente surpreendidos com a qualidade do hotel, mesmo em frente à pista, a alimentação é fenomenal e a simpatia dos funcionários e a forma como interligam com os hospedes fazendo com que nos sintamos únicos e únicos à experiência do hotel é simplesmente soberba. O quarto é bastante confortável e moderno, apenas um reparo para o facto da casa de banho ser separada do sanitário o que não aparenta fazer muito sentido e poderia até beneficiar o quarto com mais área de arrumação caso não o fosse. é também pena que o acesso ao SPA seja pago.

Jose (4/5): - Lo bueno del hotel; la proximidad a pistas. Lo malo, entre otras cosas, es que no tiene aparcamiento, hay que ir a aparcar a un edificio vertical a 15 min, que tiene 9 pisos de altura y con una rampa que no baja el coche.

Colleen (10/5): Brief visit but super service and accomodation - We stayed at Hotel Kandahar this past weekend for just one night - arriving Friday, with plans to ski all day Saturday and leave. The hotel staff was so accomodating, they emailed me personally after I booked online; got us a corner room with a partial view of the slopes when there were no more slope view available; they explained everything in detail for ski rentals, dinner, cheap parking nearby, shopping and bars, arranged for our lift passes, and what blew me away the most was that they let us keep our things in the room until late saturday afternoon so we could shower before going home (they coordinated to leave that room free since they were not full up). We also had use of the equipment locker for our skis all day (after we were to check out).. on top of that the staff are just plain friendly and very pleasant! Best location steps from the lifts, fantastic and very full breakfast buffet and do not miss the cheese fondue!! They even save your wine for you after dinner. I love you guys, I will be back!
