Ielse (9/5): Top hotel op een prachtige plaats in de bergen. - De prachtige kamer, de heerlijke sauna en het uitgebreide diner en ontbijt waren grote pluspunten. Het hele gebouw was zeer schoon en alles was goed verzorgd. Elke morgen lag er informatie klaar op onze vaste tafel over de pistes en het weer. En elke morgen konden we het hoofdgerecht kiezen uit het menu. Niets. Een tip is om de informatie in Engels en Duits te verstrekken.

Martin (9/5): - Wurde gleich auf ein Doppelbettzimmer gebucht, weil eins übrig war, Die Wege waren immer kurz im Hotel. Habe dann noch einen Tiefgaragenplatz bekommen, weil im Bereich der anderen Parkplätze Säuberungsarbeiten stattfanden. Der Hotelbesitzer war oft vor Ort und ging auch so mal an den Tischen im Restaurant vorbei und wünschte einen guten Appetit (nicht aufgesetzt oder aufgezwungen, sondern eher herzlich und beiläufig). Die Saunalandschaft war echt sauber, sowieso wirkte alles recht neu und sauber, obwohl das Hotel wahrscheinlich schon ein bisschen älter ist. Also ich war rundum zufrieden. Die Hörnchen/Chroissants könnten besser sein ;)

Wunderbares Wellness und luxus Skiroom! Unsere Suite war toll, da riesig! Aber noch im unrenovierten Teil, deshalb etwas altmodisch.

Elena (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel - Ich bin von diesem Hotel sehr begeistert. Hätte ich früher gewusst, dass es die Tennisschule im Hotel gibt, die auch im Winter aktiv tätig ist… Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre herrscht im Haus, das Team ist freundlich, Bergbahn nicht weit weg vom Hotel. Abendessen hervorragend. Die Spa Zone mit einem Schwimmbad ist parat, ein kleines Fitnessstudio war für mich auch von nutzen. Man wird tagsüber in diesem Hotel beschäftigt sein, falls man das wünscht. Alles war super. Die fehlerhafte Dichtung in der Dusche hat ein kleines bisschen genervt, sonst nichts.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles nur erdenkliche. Das Abendessen ist echt der Wahnsinn. Großes Lob an die Küche. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool.

Andrea (4/5): Ja, hat schon gepasst. - Gute Erreichbarkeit von Zug und zum Ziel. Das Frühstücksbüfett war echt fein! Es hat gemundet! Bonus: ein Balkon. Die Wellnessanlage wäre sicher fein gewesen, wenn man bei einer Nacht zwischen möglichen Einchecken können und Auschecken müssen Zeit gehabt hätte. Man bleibt ja so nichtmal acht Stunden in Hotel. Das ist schon eine interessante Überlegung. Das Zimmer hat mich doch sehr irritiert, verwundert. Es war ein „Katzenzimner“ (in Anlehnung an den Katzentisch). Wie Harry Potters Zimmer unter der Stiege, ein, ob des geringen Raumes, ausgeklügeltes Winkel/Eckzimmer. Ebenso scheint man mit einem Alleinreisenden im Frühstücksraum etwas überfordert, also in den Nebenraum mit diesem Gast. Das stört mich nicht so recht, aber es ist spürbar und irritierend: „Wohin mit ihm?“ Und ich kann natürlich verstehen, dass man eine Einzelperson nicht an einen großen Tisch alleine setzt. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich auf Einzelgäste ebenso gut vorbereiten würde, wie auf Paare oder Familien/Gruppen. Da könnte man sich als Alleinreisender fast als Exot vorkommen.

Joeri (8/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar maar met een vernieuwde keuken. - Vriendelijk personeel, propere en moderne kamers, goed onderhouden tennisterreinen, luxueus sauna-complex Het avondeten was beneden alle peil en zijn huidige score niet waard. Zeker niet voor kinderen. Het verplicht naakte saunacomplex is niet afgeschermd en dus kan iedereen zomaar naar binnen kijken. Zelfs van op het balkon van de kamer.

What we love : 1) Exceptional Staff – Everyone was incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely attentive. They frequently checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. Special thanks to the Reception Manager for giving us an amazing room with breathtaking mountain and tennis court views! 2) Wonderful Hotel Manager – Mr. Sebastian was especially kind and very accommodating. He took care of all our requests with a warm and personal touch. On our last day, he even surprised us with a cute yellow duck mascot as a token—it now decorates our car and reminds us of this special trip! 3) Perfect Room – Perfect and Very clean with an incredible view of the mountains, lake pond, and all the tennis courts. The sounds of the pond and tennis games were very soothing—it all felt very peaceful and relaxing. 4) Outstanding Food – The breakfast buffet was superb with an amazing variety, and the dinner—especially the grill buffet—was excellent. 5) Tennis Heaven – They have 11 total courts and I absolutely loved ALL the tennis courts. Coach Mr. Rudiger is not only skilled but also very kind and encouraging. We’re already planning to return in August and September! This is truly the best hotel experience I’ve had—so much so that this is my first-ever hotel review, despite 20 years of travel across Asia, the US, UK, EU, and the Maldives. Chris_SXB (6/5): Good infrastructure, poor service and food - Very nice hotel: well-designed and clean rooms, high-quality facilities and equipment (spa and pool are great, very modern ski room, fitness room, games room). The dining room is a bit old-fashioned but comfortable. The breakfast is also high quality (varied and good). The bread is good and the meals are complemented with a nice cheese plate. However, two major weak points are: 1. The service: dealing with clients is a profession where smiling and attentiveness are the basis, which obviously not everyone has understood (the answer ‘I don't know’ is only acceptable if it is complemented with ‘let me enquire’, especially when it comes to getting back to your smartphone faster / you don't eat your food at the reception desk when customers are checking in). Service in the dining room should be accompanied by a smile and a desire to ensure guests' comfort, not just logistical efficiency... (you don't chase people away from a table and explain that you have to prepare it for the next day, but politely invite them to have a drink at the bar). Fortunately, 3-4 staff members raise the level significantly with their friendliness, but they are exceptions. 2. The quality of the dinners: meat and fish are inevitably overcooked or even dry and inedible (salmon on Thursday, and returning to point 1, to hear that there is nothing left in the kitchen to substitute is unacceptable). The desserts are almost non-existent and not very good. In short, perhaps conceivable in a canteen (and what's more), but not in a 4-star hotel. Too bad, because the final impression is very mixed. Last minute: to give the hotel management a chance to provide me with an explanation, I shared this review with them and asked for an explanation before publication. 2 months after I returned from my stay, I still haven't had a reply from them, proving that they don't care about progress. As the comments I made have already been mentioned in previous reviews, I leave it to you to draw the appropriate conclusions.

Michael (10/5): Wonderful holiday at a wonderful hotel which sets a very high standard - Great facilities with an attention to details. Sauna area very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the outside cold dip. Staff were friendly and helpful. 1.5km distance to the slopes not a problem as hotel shuttle would drive us there in the morning and ski bus drop us off right outside the hotel on the way back, so minimum clomping around in ski boots. I would have maybe liked a larger gym area with more free weights, but it’s not a big complaint. Otherwise I found some of the styling a bit old fashioned but still very well maintained, and this is just a question of personal taste so others might like it. Hard to any serious faults with the business.

Louise (1/5): Bad - The jacuzzi, swimming, wellness area, the view, variety of saunas A weird experience with a strange rude woman at the bar. I asked which soft drinks they had and she acted dismmissive by sighning and eye rolling just by this simple question. The second night I had an unpleasant experience, the same rude woman stated I should not be allowed to go in the restaurant and that I should "show some respect for the people", her reasoning was that I was wearing revealing clothes. I complained at the reception and they said it was not allowed to wear that these kind of clothes. A "sport hotel" which has a swimming pool and advertises the wellness areas and it is not allowed to wear summer clothes in the summer? and these dressing codes were not communicated beforehand, but after I paid for 2 nights. Not recommended, weird people with weird mentality and poor understanding of hospitality.

Leo (8/5): Great hotel in Brixen - Great location, with the Ski bus right for the door and If there is enough snow you can take the Tanzer Abfart back which ends right in front of the hotel. Friendly welcome, great breakfast and diner. The room keycard is used for everything, also it's scanned every time for drinks. Ski locker room was new and spacious. Bathroom was small and the bed was very hard.

The hotel was excellent, the management and staff could not have given a better welcome and looked after us very well during our stay. We only had a short stay,so did not get much use of the spa but what little use we did get was great. Rooms were comfortable.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gute Zimmergrösse mit Balkon, das Frühstück ist super aber man sollte schon früh hingehen da es um 9 Uhr nicht mehr alles gibt, zum Beisp. Croissants. Spa und Wellness Bereich sind schön, die Leiter am Pool war locker. Nicht so gut gefallen hat das Bad, es war klein und keine große Ablageflächen vorhanden, auch der Duschkopf ist schon alt und das Wasser beim Duschen wurde immer wieder kalt. Die Tür zur Toilette ging sehr schwer zu. Das generelle Klima im Zimmer war sehr schlecht zum schlafen und die Luft war trocken obwohl die Heizung aus war und gut gelüftet wurde. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen. Allem in allem ist das Hotel weiterzuempfehlen.

Reseptionisten kunde inte data systemet för att justera temperaturen (datorsryrt) så vi fick sova med fönstret öppet. Dock väldigt mysigt att vakna till fågelsång.

Eva (8/5): Perfect for skiing and winter relaxation! - The spa here is great and the staff and service was wonderful. It's super convenient for skiing (there's a run that ends 100 yards from the front door) and the spa is perfect end to a long day of skiing. The tennis courts were nice as well.

Kimberly (10/5): Fantastic hotel & staff, beautiful facilities - This was a fantastic hotel with an incredibly kind staff. My husband and I came for a week around New Year's Eve and loved every day of our stay here. The spa is beautiful (Austrian style, co-ed), they have a convenient ski room to store your ski stuff, and is located near the ski bus route to the gondola. The food served in the dining room is delicious. We did the half-board option and were very happy we did. Note that the hotel is on the outer edge of the town of Brixen im Thale, so it is not the easiest to bop around into the center of town on foot (at least in the winter). This was fine for us since we were usually coming home exhausted from a day of skiing and ate dinner at the hotel. The hotel was very family-friendly, with lots of families with kids of all ages around. If you are going on a trip with a group of buddies looking to rage, this is probably not the spot for you. If you are looking for a relaxing, sport and wellness oriented stay (couple or family), this is your place!
BeataS701 (4/5): The staff is very unpleasant - I was suprised at the impoliteness of the staff in this hotel. they are not ready to help the guests. Generally the hotel is extremely expensive for a merely mean quality. Expected more from the wellness area for the price.
Verified traveler (6/5): Great location for skiing but very outdated hotel - The communication with the hotel prior the stay was very good. Very quick and good information. However, we after we booked we were also informed about additional fees which occured because of the hotel's New Years Celebration (which was not worth it - just a few fire works, no sparkling wine for midnight, the music band was horrible). All in all the food (breakfast & dinner) was great, spa was good and not crowded even during peak times. Unfortunately offers like guided snow shoe walks and Bavarian curling were cancelled. The hotel's interior design and furniture was very outdated and not on a standard which I expect of a four star hotel. The waterproofing in the bathroom was obviously peeling off, the towels were very old and should have been replaced long time ago. Other than that the size of the studio was decent with a little sofa, small desk, good size of a closet. Location is great for skiing, bus stop opposite the hotel, first stop and therefore a 100 percent guarantee of getting a seat in the bus.
