I suggest booking.com cut connection with RiseOn Hotel, since it will bring d - Poorly maintained, bad attitude staff, cockroaches infested room. Dirty, hair on new towel, cockroaches every night popped in our room. 12 cockroaches over 4 nights of stay.

• Kei (8/5): Handy location - Location was excellent, very close to the central station and supermarket. Plenty of bar/restaurants are around. Staff were good she explains everything in the beginning even the bond will take 2-4days to get back. Cleaning service was good. I read recent terrible reviews so we were bit worried to stay here but we had really good comfortable stay. Room was nice n spacious, didnt really here much noise from the street. We enjoyed our stay.

• Madeleine (10/5): We honestly were iffy about this place becuase of the reviews but honestly we found it amazing !! - Honestly we loved everything here !! Big showers, SUCH a good location with bus & trains to get all around the city within 100 metres from stepping outside !! Lots of food options especially if you love Asian food !! The walls were a bit peeling off and things were dated but the bed was sooo comfortable & staff were very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here

• Claire (4/5): Average at best. - The location is great, and easy check in/check out with friendly staff The shower door didn’t close, causing the floor to flood, there was hair and dust behind all the doors and under cabinets, and everything was very old with some questionable handiwork in the construction.

• Lauren (6/5): Not sure if I would stay again but only because I have asthma. - Good price and location. Had everything we needed. I felt like there was lots of mold or dust. I had asthma attacks every night in this place which is very uncommon for me and typically only happens when the air isn’t good. When I would go outside all day I could breathe fine again that’s why I think it was the room.
• Sheryl (1/5): Dirty budget hotel via Booking.com again!!!!! - Asolutely nothing, didnt stay left and asked for refund but they refused!!! I should have read the reviews all bad!! Very dirty so dirty I left and did not stay there asked for refund but was refusedl never return!!! YOU need to have a look at this in a surprise visit!!!! Some of your budget bookings are very dirty!!! Just because they on Booking.com doesnt mean they are any good. Just because they are budget doesnt mean they have the right to hide behind that word.

• Alyshea (10/5): A wonderful discovery in Sydney - Lovely hotel! Staff were helpful, the rooms were kept very clean, facilities were good. Location was excellent, right next to Central station. We found the bathroom layout of our room odd, however, given you have the shower in full view from the bed, so I don't know if this is for guests who aren't comfortable seeing their room companion having a wash!

• Wati (5/5): - Spacious room The sharing of the bathroom facilities (toilet/shower) amongst the whole floor. The room was quite big, it could easily have a hand basin and shower facility inside. That's my thought.

• Mark (5/5): Very Disappointing - Good location close to train station, shops, Chinatown. Staff were helpful and understanding. Room was large and spacious with a very tiny bathroom in one corner. There was a working elevator. Reliable WiFi. Room was made up with fresh towels daily. We were able to leave our bags in the foyer (no security) when we checked out. We were extremely disappointed that we weren't warned about the extreme renovations going on in the adjoining building. During our 3 night stay we had to put up with very loud hammering and drilling all day and sometimes late at night. On our first night it continued until 10pm even after we complained to the front desk . We were told it was supposed to stop, but it continued for the whole of our stay. This made our stay very unpleasant and we wish we would have booked elsewhere. Heads up, It appears the work will be continuing for some time into the future.

• Alex (2/5): - I didn’t even stay. I got to the reception and was told I needed a physical credit card to check in. I had already paid online however this was a security deposit. I offered to tap however the concierge flat out refused to assist me in any way and became quite rude and aggressive when I asked how we could find a resolution. I was to go withdraw cash or leave! I had to travel 2 hours home and 2 hours back the next day as a result of this terrible customer service for which I am still waiting a refund!
• Sheryl (9/5): Great choice to stay when in Sydney - No doubt about its location, very good for tourist who cant stay put lol. Liz and her sister are superb, they’ll make it easy for you. Maybe housekeeping, coz when i asked to make up the room, they literally just fix the bed, also left or missed my earrings and cap :(

• Patricia (8/5): Clean & convenient near central railway - Massively big room, clean - modern bathroom - bed harder than usual but slept well - walking distance to central station - we had an early train to catch - lots of eating places nearby The curtain’s on windows didn’t fit properly & let’s some light in from adjacent building - this coukd be an easy cheap fix with proper drapes & fittings - apart from that - great stay
