The apartment is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is excellent; close to the city center, yet just far enough out to be quiet. The breakfast is very limited. The spa and gym facilities are outdated, and several things do not work properly.

• Kristin (10/5): Would stay again. - Huge rooms and walk around deck, great views, friendly and helpful staff. I didn't use the pool and spa, but it looked nice. It would be great to have a way to prop the windows cracked open. With the wind and curtains, it wasn't easy.

I only ate at the hotel and nowhere else so it could only come from them, I reported it to the reception but they had no response. In addition, there is a water heater in the room that makes noise all night,

El desayuno muy bueno. El personal de limpieza correcto y amable, al igual que el del desayuno. La atención del personal del lobby, debe mejorar, falta comunicación, muy desatento, atendiendo a sus celulares y no al clientes. En este aspecto mucho a mejorar!!! Me refiero a los dos que estaban siempre, no al reemplazo, como será que ni sus nombres dieron y estuvimos una semana.

• Sharmila (8/5): Good place for couple of days - Stay was ok. I thought i had booked a room with a balcony but they gave us a room without a balcony. Not much vegan optjons at breakfast...the kitchen within the unit wasnt well equipped...not enough dishes to cook..stove does not work well, no paper towels or towels to wipe et...otherwise good place to stay for couple of days...

• Mahshad (10/5): - The hotel staff was super friendly. we were there for our 20th anniversary which we mentioned to the front desk attendance, Jonathan, in passing. Next thing we know, there was wine and chocolate left in the room for us to celebrate the occasion!! we also got upgraded to a king suite which was an amazing penthouse room, with gorgeous views. The Spa was also a nice touch. Over all I think the hotel is a great option in a very good location near all the attractions and restaurants.

The property itself was excellent, had everything we needed, convenient, breakfast included, could store our baggage before booking in and after booking out while exploring Ushuaia. We would recommend here for anyone. We liked everything.

We had the apt on the 6th floor, with an amazing view on the water and the mountains. Also the hotel has many spaces where one can sit outside of the rooms.

• André (6/5): Hotel ruim - Hotel simples e caro pelo que oferece. Ficamos no Cilene mas antes nos hospedamos no Cap Polonio que é metade do preco e oferece mais. O banheiro é pessimo com torneiras soltas e vaso solto. Alem do chekout as 10hs. Absurdo ter que acordar e ter de sair do hotel.

• Rafael (8/5): Hotel muito funcional para famílias - O hotel atende bem. Boa localização. O apartamento tem uma cozinha que possibilita fazer alguma refeição no local. Além disso, o hotel dispõe de outras facilidade como sauna, piscina aquecida etc que funcionam super bem. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Os pontos que poderiam melhorar seriam: os travesseiros muito altos e o chão muito gelado. Uma reforma para modernizar os apartamentos tb cairia bem.

Minha única observação negativa é sobre o café da manhã ser repetitivo, durante nossa hospedagem de mais de uma semana os itens do café eram sempre os mesmo e não oferecia muitas opções.

Lo peor del hotel, es el olor a humedad, y para mí no tiene buen mantenimiento.Tiene 12 años, parece que tuviera 30. La edificación es vetusta y el baño que me tocó algo básico,sin shampoo, cepillo de dientes y tampoco una botella de agua en la heladera. Venía de un tres estrellas y debo confesar que era un lujo. Lo mejor que tiene es la vista, la amplitud de las habitaciones y la gente amable. Pero el olor es agobiante, de hecho no hay ningún sector donde no se sienta. En comparación con el de 3 estrellas, es bastante caro.

• Jipan (7/5): A good choice for families - The location is great! The views are wonderful! We had a suite with lots of room. And a kitchen. It provides decent breakfast with good service. The showers are leaking due to the design. Limited towels and less responsive front desk.
• Joanna (5/5): Disappointing and overpriced - The location was good (walking distance from the port). The 2-bedroom apartment looked old and it was very overpriced (it wasn't worth it). The breakfast was ok, nothing special.
