Tôi đã phản ánh nhưng ks không giải quyết vì họ nói do lỗi Booking.com không biết hết phòng
- Anthony (7/5): - The reception people were great. Door person was also great. Breakfast was also decent. The person who clean amd drop off towels was angry and rude. The room was not too clean as well. Found old empty bottle.

- Xuan (6/5): A good value for 3 stars hotel - This hotel have concierge who help guest with luggage from curb side to lobby and to room upon check in, and from lobby for curb side when check out Confusion upon check in due to airlines arrival which required me to cancel the first booking and re book on different date. Upon arrival, I show the hotel reception the confirmation in English with pin code number. However, the hotel receptionist didn't have the re book confirmation, and demand to look into my email account to verify the re book. I refused, thus hotel receptionist call around and then let me check in
- Cuong (7/5): Good -
- Chau (7/5): Good stay due to spacious room but need improvement - Great location, been here few times, easy access to everything. Bathroom door lock not work, door won’t close properly unless push it really hard to close, lots of things are old, been here in 2006, bathroom, toilet, lounge, they all the same before, very old
- Cuong (7/5): Good -
- Kluan (10/5): Good room, ok view, but the best staff - Breakfast was on first floor with a nice spread, mostly Asian (Chinese Vietnamese) food but it was fulfilling. recommended the hot station that looks like a old fashion noodles stall in Cho Lon The "king bed" was two twins bed put together, which is really big, but it was not centred so there was a gap between the beds. and the bed foots also moved as it was not fixed together. Be aware of that mostly.
- Muoi (8/5): - No comments
- TAM (6/5): - The hotel requires remodeling due to its aging infrastructure.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room size was comfy, but it needs to upgrade with the paint, and curtains bar cleaned. Dust was built up along the whole bar.
- emmy (10/5): - The hotel need an update
- Stephanie (5/5): so far so good - the hotel is very old, and little bit smell. but the breakfast is very good. the staff is very polite. the hotel so old and not bright enough in the hall way.
- Muoi (9/5): Overall, I had a pleasant stay in Bat Dat hotel. - I like the big room and big bed which is hard to find these days. Hotel is located in the heart of district 5 and convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. Breakfast was good. The AC in my room could be better (room 701). This is due to the design where AC unit was placed.
- Xuan (5/5): Terrible 3 stars hotel - We arrived to this hotel from the airport around 10pm, the next morning we head out early at 4am for the family funeral trip in Mekong Delta. Strangely, the bell boy and the security guard both asked us as if we checking out !?! Furthermore, the housekeeper leave the windows and curtains wide open thus hot air from the outside enter the room, when we step in the room at 10pm, the room felt like a sauna. To make the matter worst, the whole suit room only have one AC unit with the closet blocked the air flow. The mattress is hard and about 30cm above the floor
- T (7/5): Good -
- Sally (10/5): - Very good service
- Steve (2/5): The reception manager have poor attitude -
- Diane (4/5): Good location and size of building but without renovation and improvement will never come back. - Fair location, good service, extra large beds can sleep 3-4 person in a king size bed. Large room. convenient walking distance to places. Property really need renovation, old chip off furnitures, weak water pressure for shower. Feel scary when see offering food leave at the counter near elevator.
- Kim (9/5): Good -
- Elaine (7/5): More than adequate for our needs. - The hotel is in Chinatown and not particularly convenient for the main sites of HCMC. We chose it for its proximity to the bus station for a bus to My Tho. The room was very large and the decor and fittings very dated. It's a busy area and there was some road noise. The towels were good and the water hot. Breakfast is taken across the road. Breakfast was limited for western tastes.
- Tony Tri So (2/5): - totally disappointed, never come back again
- Tim (5/5): fairs - ok ok
- Grace (8/5): Very good -
- Natalie (8/5): Very good -
- Natalie (9/5): Superb -
- QUAN (10/5): - Great hotel.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Yuh (9/5): It was comfortable, stuff was good and helpful. - Spacious The shower head was bad
- Minh (5/5): Passable -
- Vinh (2/5): - Bat Dat Hotel in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The room is 45CAD per night, but the room is very different from the online photos. Broken all over the place, room much smaller than the average HCM City hotel rooms and also smelly! It’s hell!
- Moly (5/5): In general, it is good location to stay - Breakfast is much more for local Vietnamese but it is ok. Location is good with many restaurants along the street. Our booking is city view but receptionist advice to have a direct call to book if we want to get city view. We could not contact to hotel by WhatsApp or telegram. Internet not stable. The outdoor unit of air con is vibrate and make some awake of the stay at night time.
- Zhenlei (10/5): good experience at ho Chi Minh - good for noodles too less for charging interface
- ブチブチ (4/5): - エレベータが壊れていて別の部屋に変更させられたが事前に連絡もなく部屋も不潔であった。写真と大きく異なるのであれば予約を編くすればよかったと思う。
- Verified traveler (6/5): - hotel behöver förnya .
- Aaron (8/5): - Located in Chinatown district - easy to get around with the public bus (01) to the cbd. Has good breakfast and decent sized rooms.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible and very dirty - I was booked for 5 nights. at this hotel.. but I only stay 1 night and run away. The hotel condition very dirty and terrible.. I will not recommend Friend go there stay. 👎👎👎
- Slam (2/5): The most terrible, stink hotel I'd experienced. - This Bat Dat Hotel is extremely terrible in all aspects, ambience was very bad. Upon entered the main lobby, I was surrounded by some very bad odor, something smell like dead maggots. The staffs were very unfriendly, impolite and rude. The receptionist charged me additional US $10 for 2nd person to stay in the same room.
The condition of the room was very bad and stinks. Bed sheets, linens, and pillows were dirty and looked yellowish. Worst, the air condition was not working properly, after let it ran for couple hours; the room was still steamy hot. Asked the staffs to change our room to couple others, but all with exactly the same problems.
Breakfast was horrible, only some very basic and simple food, such as toast, porridge, and not much to choose from.
It was a very, very unpleasant stay at this hotel. My expectations are not high, but this hotel is just way, way below my expectations. I would definitely not stay again at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone else. Avoid it if you don’t want to ruin your vacation.
- Michael (8/5): OK for the money. - It's ok for the money. Staff is helpful. Breakfast tends more toward Asian tastes; but then most of their clientele is Asian.
- Kok Lim (8/5): An average hotel. Catered more for Asian tourists - I would grade it as ok to stay hotel. Breakfast more Asian than Western.
- Leslie (10/5): - Price reasonalbe. Pretty centralized location in District 5. Surrounding OK.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not happy - It was not I expected. I requested nonsmoking yet I smell cigarette everywhere. There was even ashtray in the nonsmoking room. Not happy
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel far from district 1. - I arrived very late at might and the checking was bumpy
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location, working distance to shop and foods - Good location working distance to restaurants, shops, but the bedroom is way too dark, the bathroom too slippery.
- XU CHAY (2/5): - Servicekvalitet
- Tam (10/5): Excellent location and friendly service - The hotel is located within walking distance to many Street food. The room is very clean and spacious. The AC in the room is working perfectly. The weather out side is 30+C . With the AC on, I didn't feel the heat at all. I also enjoyed the included buffet breakfast.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - hotel kind of old but ok. Staffs are helpful. Only one thing i don't like is you have to walk to other
Hotel to have breakfast.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rooms are ok but unfortunately smoking and non-smoking rooms are on the same floor - not good when other guests smoke in their rooms with the door open (the hotel staff were good to fix this problem when it occurred). Breakfast buffet is Chinese style food. Not much to see around the hotel area, need a taxi to get to the city centre.
- Scott Lewis (6/5): - Hotel is basic but clean. Breakfast is Chinese style buffet. Wifi was patchy but that could be the fault of internet in the region, not just for the hotel. Nothing to see in the local area - district 1 is about 45 minutes walk or a taxi costs around 70,000-80,000 Vietnamese Dong.
- long loi henry (6/5): Fair but clean hotel - Room charges a little high if compare with their location & facilities. Hotel is clean. Mainland Chinese style breakfast and the noodle not delicious. The elevator not only slow and I also experience that door not open at 7/F.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very unaccommodating... - The staff is very unaccommendating. We've asked to switch room and the staff said that room we got was booked online therefore can't be switched.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfy Hotel - stayed in deluxe suite, with fren. very spacious, with personal space. simple and nice breakfast provided. located in main road therefore is very convenient
- Verified traveler (8/5): 3 star - the room was non smoking room, but when I stayed I smell the smoking I can't sleep the last night I stay.
- Ba-Nguyen (8/5): Nice hotel, close to all services - Excellent services. Staffs speak multiple languages and are very polite. The morning breakfast in the hotel restaurant where is beautiful, clean, bright and with very good service. It is worth much more for the price we paid for it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Family visiting - It even better if the hotel turn on the A/C at all time in lobby and hallway, the bath towel still need to improve for more cleaner and fesh smell. Overall still acceptable hotel.
- Ann (8/5): Great hotel for visit Chinatown and Chinese food - Staff is very helpful, thanks for manager Mr.Lam, he helps to get SIM card for us which is across from hotel. For the first day we afraid to cross the street, so he asked his assistance to get it for us. Buffet is ok but same every day . Location is far from some attractions. We have to ride taxi or bus to dong Khoi, Ben thanh market. This hotel is in Chinatown and has a lot of Chinese restaurants.
- Happyman (6/5): WIFI - In room Wi-Fi often interrupt to reconnect several times before they succeed.
- EB (4/5): Bat Dat Hotel - Ho Chi Minh - Thirty years ago this property was a first class 5 star property - and that's what it is today a 30 yr old 5* property. The minute you walk into the lobby the musty odor that permeates the hotel hits you. It is in one of the dirtiest neighborhoods I had visited in Ho Chi Minh and I've been here a month and visited many areas. Only place I really didn't feel comfortable walking at night. Expensive cab rides to go anywhere
There are many other hotels in Ho Chi Minh that are comparable, or lower rates, that outshine this one by far!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice clean hotel - Nice clean hotel, friendly staff in the restaurant, clean big rooms
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good hotel - I can recommend this hotel.
