Ben tek başıma seyahat ettiğim için ve zaten odanın küçüklüğünden haberdar olduğum için benim için hiç problem olmadı ama bunu problem edebilecek kişiler iki defa düşünebilir.

Estuvimos 7 días, y nada más llegar nos comunicaron que no nos cambiaban las toallas (que si queríamos era con suplemento), la basura la teníamos que tirar nosotros mismos, teniendo que salir del edificio (y separándola debidamente) y no nos limpiaron la habitación en ningún momento de la estancia. La verdad que para ser tantos días, esperábamos alguna de estas cosas mínimamente.

• María Ignacia (10/5): Muy cómodo y cercano al metro Sugamo - Muy buena ubicación, el barrio de Sugamo es muy tranquilo y tiene konbinis y otras tiendas muy cerca. Además queda cerca de una línea de metro, Yamanote, que lleva a muchos buenos lugares de Tokio, como Shibuya, Ikebukuro y Ueno. Las instalaciones están muy bien tambien, todo muy cómodo. Se agradece que haya hervidor y secador de pelo disponible dentro de la habitación así como cambio de toallas si uno lo solicita.

• Toupiré (9/5): Great value for a decent stay. - It was a nice hotel, I had to do training for a week and it was very easy to stay and do business. Appreciate the staff. I didn't like that the front desk is downstairs luckily people helped me with my luggage but knowing that first hand would help a ton.
• Martin (10/5): Nice stay - Considering it was my first time in Japan i wasn't sure what to expect but the hotel is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transport. As for the hotel itself it was bigger than i expected more than enough for staying in Tokyo since i spent most of the day outside anyway, the bed was comfy as well so i have no complaints, if i manage to go to Tokyo again I'll choose this hotel again. Well there's not much of a view but that doesn't matter whole lot in my opinion, outside of that no complaints

Sink was not clean, overhead light was not working and full of dust same with the exhaust, it was really filthy. Difficult check in if you come after 6pm and have a big luggage.

• FrisiaonTour (9/5): Preis-/Leistungsmeister! - Das Zimmer war klein, die Wände hätten gut eine Portion Wandfarbe haben können und es war ein wenig zügig - wäre das Zimmer teurer gewesen oder hätte es in einer weniger günstigen Lage gelegen, hätte ich höchsten vier oder fünf Punkte gegeben.... ....aaaber: Lage: ruhig gelegen, fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station, belebte Einkaufstraße um die Ecke und alles, was man an Gastronomie braucht in direkter Umgebung (von Ur-Japanisch bis Seven Eleven bis McDoof) Personal: superfreundlich Zimmer: wie beschrieben, grenzwertig, aber das Bett war gut und "westeuropäerfreundlich" lang; Waschmaschinenraum im Gebäude; Ausstattung: Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, sogar Ladekabel mit allen notwendigen Anschlüssen, TV Bad sehr klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Und ganz ehrlich: wer nach Tokio reist, braucht nur einen Platz zum Schlafen und Duschen und das konnte man hier bestens! Preis: Für 16 Nächte habe ich lediglich gut €500 bezahlt, ein echtes Schnäppchen, was dieses Zimmer zum Preis-/Leistungssieger machte! Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Wer Luxus braucht, muss eben etwas mehr bezahlen!

• lluisgib (9/5): - The hotel met my expectations. They are individial rooms and, although all are smoking rooms, there was no smell. Staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is located at around 7 minutes from the Sugamo JR station and has a lot of shops nearby.
• James (8/5): An amazing location in a clean comfortable room. - This is my favourite location of the six times I've stayed in Tokyo. The room had all I needed and was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptional and easy to deal with in my limited Japanese and the staffs limited English. It would have been nice to gain access to the elevator at ground level. The WIFI although good when it worked will occasional disconnect for no apparent reason. It takes between two and five minutes to reconnect. The light over the sink did not work and probably hasn't worked for a long time. Inconvenient but can be worked around.

La habitación, un tanto descuidada, quizá necesita actualizar un poco las instalaciones, pintura, lámparas, etc... La ventana muy simple y un foco de entrada de frío...

• Marabel (10/5): Convenient Location, Accommodating Stay, Value for money - The location is very close to Sugamo Station on the yamanote line, which made it so much easier to travel around hotspots in Japan (Tokyo Station, Akihabara, Shibuya etc). There's a lot of convenient stores, drugstores and a shopping district nearby if I needed anything urgent, also easy to get food for breakfast. And a laundry store just opposite for wash-dry. The room was cozy and clean, with free WiFi, charging ports, kettle, toiletries, towels and a TV. It's relatively noise proof so I don't hear my neighbours at night and can watch movies/shows without disturbing anyone. The location seems to around a local neighborhood so it's quiet and peaceful to sleep at night. The room was abit small for my personal preference this trip as I had brought a large check in luggage. It took up a huge part of the hallway but was still manageable to around the room. As they only have stairs available, it was difficult to get my luggage out of the stay at the end of the trip. It would be better to just bring carry-on size luggage for your stay. Towel changes also had to be charged per day, although you could just wash it together on laundry day.

• Supharom (7/5): The locarion is quite good. You can walk to JR and subway station as it is not too far. The room is small as it is fit f - Good value for money you pay especially if you are solo traveler. It’s not hostel and you have your own bathroom to use. Very small. That’s why it cheap.

• Gordon (9/5): - Nearly perfect Sugamo has so much to offer with it's shopping street in front of the Station. I wish I had been in better health to enjoy more of it. The stairs to the basement entry was the only downside being my 2nd trip to Japan while disabled. It takes me forever up or down on stairs these days. The tv signal was out half the time in my room and I had planned for months to watch the Christmas specials.

• YUAN JU (8/5): 第一次獨旅 - 訂房時，雖然只剩吸煙房，但我住的房間內沒有明顯煙味，且房間內有排風扇，這點很棒！還有房間內有電磁爐、鍋子、微波爐及熱水壺，這些對我來說超實用。 我喜歡睡硬床，所以感覺床偏軟。枕頭跟棉被雖然很乾淨，但有聞到油耗味。

• Claire (6/5): Dans l'ensemble bonne expérience - L'accueil des premières réceptionnistes étaient vraiment génial à l'écoute et donne toutes les informations nécessaires. La chambre est petite mais est fonctionnelle elle dispose d'une petite plaque, bouilloire, climatisation / chauffage, adaptateur chargeur, télévision. L'hôtel se situe à environ à 10 minutes à pied de la station sugamo ce qui est appréciable. Pleins de commerces et restaurants à proximité. La chambre n'est pas tellement propre. J'ai retrouvé quelques cheveux, tapis pas bien nettoyé et poussière.. Je pense que si vous faites un effort à ce niveau cela serait mieux. Aussi je ne savais pas que l'hôtel autorisait les fumeurs dans les chambres. Dans la première chambre que l'on m'avait attribué tout le couloir sentait la cigarette ainsi que la chambre. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre et cela était mieux
• Karmini (7/5): - Was a completely comfortable stay and they allowed for early checkin which was much appreciated. Not the fault of the property at all but not much to do in Sugamo. I should have researched more and booked more central. When I looked at reviews everyone said it’s on the main line etc. but I like it’s better to have been closer to more nightlife, day cafes etc. The place is a bit dated and older which is also fine for the price.
