Paola Fernanda (7/5): Estuvo bien, pero deben mejorar. - Habitación era cómoda. nos ayudaron con el servicio de lavandería ( cobrado) rápidamente. El tema del restaurante, no saben si es del hotel o es aparte del hotel. La comida del bar no es la mejor, podrían ofrecer una estancia más agradable entrenando mejor al personal y ofreciendo opciones de alimentación más variadas y saludables.

La limpieza de la habitación muy exhaustiva lo cual es bueno, pero nos movieron todas toallas de sitio lo cual es un problema al no saber cuál es de qué persona.

Shaun (9/5): Only stayed one night, would like it to have been longer - My room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was particularly nice with a powerful shower, a jacuzzi and twin basins. Breakfast was busy, an enormous range of food was on offer most being very tasty. Staff were helpful and efficient. The pool was very pleasant despite the weather being a little disappointing. There are some appealing bars and restaurants close by and the main tourist centre is about ten minutes walking away. However, the tourist area is rather tacky and dinner either at the hotel or close by would have been a better choice I think. I didn't understand the system for pool towels at first but staff were helpful and actually it worked well

Andreas (7/5): - Schöne Anlage Das Personal beim Check-in gab uns ein "Upgrade" gegeben, welches aus 1 Zimmer mit 2 Betten statt 1 Kingsize Bett bestand (wir vermuten, weil wir ein männliches Paar sind) Sie nannten es Upgrade, ohne uns genaueres dazu zu sagen. Und das obwohl sie ein Pride certified Hotel sind. Ziemlich ernüchternd. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert eher an eine 80er Jahre Kantine, als an eine 4 Sterne Anlage (Frühstück selber hat gut geschmeckt)

Marta (7/5): Bien! - El hotel era bastante grande y las zonas comunes y servicios que ofrecía estaban muy bien. Se encontraba en el centro aunque tampoco hay mucho que hacer en el pueblo. La habitación era muy grande y las camas cómodas. Aunque el hotel en general nos pareció fantástico, las habitaciones en mi opinión necesitan una reforma. Nos subieron a una categoría superior y la habitación estaba muy bien, era cómoda y muy grande pero se veía muy antigua. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Barbara (9/5): Bien ubicado y con muchos servicios para familias - La ubicación sobre todo y los servicios que ofrecían para familias. El desayuno dejó que desear, el pan parecía del día anterior y nos pasó los dos días que desayunamos. No noté que el personal fuera muy amable. Las piscinas no se podían disfrutar porque nadie controlaba que había niños en el jacuzzi a pesar de indicar que estaba prohibido.

Jennifer (10/5): over all, we spent an excellent two nights in this hotel. the rooms were big and comfortable and cle - loved the pool and that la cabrera is located within the hotel. i had a spa treatment that was less than good. I was left alone for 20 mins without being massaged or treated in any way in a very cold room. I couldn't believe it. while my neice who had the same treatment at the same time from another masseuse had a great experience and was massaged the whole time.

O quarto que ficamos era completo, tinham brinquedos, fantasias e tvs grandes, as crianças aproveitaram muito. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, nos dois dias de café tinham vários ovos cozidos que estavam podres, uma situação que acaba estragando o café como um todo, mas as demais coisas do café estavam boas. Outro ponto que pode ser melhorado é ter aquecimento nas piscinas, tem apenas na jacuzzi.
