• Lara Rivero (6/5): Agradable para una estadía de una noche en un área muy agradable de la ciudad - El personal fue muy respetuoso, atento y agradable El ruido que se podía escuchar desde la habitación, durante todo el tiempo que el área de desayuno estuvo abierta (7 - 10) se escuchaba todo como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación.

• Dionysios (9/5): - Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό, όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και είχε πολύ ωραίο πρωινό. Δεν έχει πάρκινγκ αλλά υπάρχει λίγα μέτρα παρακάτω ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ με βολικό ωράριο.

• Susan (8/5): The perfect location for our visit to Athens in the heart of delicious coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries. - The location is fantastic. The welcome was great and the reception team provided us with all the information we needed. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and linen. The room facilities were good. Plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast was great. We found secure parking just one minute away. We shall return.

• Manos (9/5): Σύντομη ευχάριστη. - Ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της Κηφισιάς, με καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια όλα τριγύρω. Οικονομικό, άνετο, και value for money για την κατηγορία του. Δωμάτια ανακαινισμένα, με παροχές καλές, και τιμές με πρωινό. Ακόμα και πάρκινγκ δωρεάν στην είσοδο, εκεί που για να παρκάρεις τριγύρω δεν υπάρχει τίποτα. Σαν συνάδελφος ξενοδόχος κάποιες φιλικές προτασούλες βελτίωσης στις λεπτομέρειες, αν βέβαια μπορούν να εφαρμοστούν, όχι ότι με προβλημάτισε κάτι. Η κουρτίνα στην μπανιέρα χρειάζεται να είναι λίγο πιο μακριά για τα νερά, ο κλιματισμός λίγο έλεγχο για το επίπεδο θορύβου, η ντουλάπα ανοίγοντας κτυπάει ο μεντεσές στην πόρτα του δωματίου, στο μπάνιο το κουβαδάκι σκουπιδιών χρειάζεται αλλαγή, και στο Πρωινό μπουφέ κάποιες μικροεπεμβάσεις για να γίνει ακόμα καλύτερος (π.χ. ο καφές είναι από τους πολύ καλούς αλλά στην σημερινή εποχή που μετράει - δυστυχώς ή ευτυχώς - και η εικόνα, η μηχανή του πρέπει να αλλαχτεί, με νέα και με περισσότερες επιλογές). Βέβαια, συνάδελφος είμαι και καταλαβαίνω..

• Martin (9/5): Little GEM. - Stylish, clean and central to the area we needed to be. (Near to buses, metro and taxi rank) Rooms were immaculate, fresh towels every day. Breakfast was always the best products . Staff were always polite and helpful. Probably smoking on balconies.

• Anfe67 (9/5): Ottimo albergo nel centro di Kifisia - - Tutto il personale con cui abbiamo interagito è stato estremamente cortese, professionale e di aiuto. - La colazione era inclusa, a dispetto di quello che diceva Booking - La posizione è centrale a Kifisia, con decine di ristoranti, bar e negozi nelle immediate vicinanze - La stazione del treno è a 400 metri. I posti per parcheggiare sono pochi e nella zona è molto difficile trovare parcheggio. Le stanze sono un po' piccole.

• Dorothy (10/5): - Staying in Kisifia is great. The metro train can take you to Piraeus port to catch ferrys. It is also a good way to go to Athens. The Hotel Des Roses has a great breakfast. Friendly staff and it is kept very clean. I will return because it was a great value. And because the dining and shopping were within walking distance. I can see why Kisifia is a very desirable location to live.

• Verified traveler (6/5): for location and neighborhood - hi, I stayed in this hotel few times during past 5-7 years , mostly for solo business trips and main reason of my stay been the location , rooms interior is outdated while its generally clean, bathrooms are old with shower curtains , I would recommend asking room on the entrance side street as other part with pedestrian street was noisy at summertime, otherwise the hotel is at the very heart of Kifisia, an opulent neighborhood of Athens with lots of cafe's , restaurants' shops etc. If I choose the stay again it would be the location. Must add that reception staff is friendly and helpful for any issues.

• Allen (8/5): Good experience overall with a very helpful front desk - Good Location in the Center of Kifisia The breakfast room is small and when the French windows doors are closed and people talk loudly and continuously for hours, very uncomfortable and disturbing and unnerving for other guests. The breakfast room should be a SILENT ZONE and not a meeting room.

• Krzysztof (3/5): They do not accept cash payments for bookings over 500 EUR - Even though I chose to pay cash on site when booking, the hotel took money from my credit card used to confirm the reservation. I incurred the cost of currency conversion. Although I paid by credit card, the hotel staff wrote on the invoice that I paid in cash. They claimed that you cannot pay more than 500 euros in cash for stay in a hotel room.
• George (10/5): Great location, upmarket town with lots of quality shops and boutiques and within easy reach of central Athens. - Terrific location in Kifissia one of the Northern suburbs of Athens. Good subway and bus link to downtown. Property in good condition. I have stayed there many times and it’s good value. Not anything to dislike though this year the buffet breakfast standard slipped and was in need of a refresh right at start of day
