Loro non avevano cancellato la prenotazione, ma dovevamo farlo noi, questo vuol dire che avremmo dovuto pagare la cancellazione e di conseguenza non avere assistenza con Booking.

Quando abbiamo fatto notare che la camera non era la prenotata, subito ci hanno detto che avrebbero risolto, per poi scoprire una volta rientrati da una giornata di lavoro intensa che dovevamo dormire in letti matrimoniali tra colleghi. Il bagno oltre ad essere sporco ha il feeling più di un motel a ore che di un hotel con vasca ad idromassaggio, vetri soffusi sulle camere e luci di dubbio gusto. Il secondo letto er aun divano letto scomodissimo con tanti di faretti led rossi che ti puntano in faccia mentre dormi e che non si possono spegnere perchè dovrebbero creare "ambient" nel bagno. 04/05 e aria condizionata come fosse il 15 agosto, nonostante l'abbiamo spenta il sistema centralizzato a spinto tuta la notte facendoci svegliare anche ammalati. Tutto condito con uno staff assolutamente impreparato sia sul lato accoglienza che fatturazione. Colazione buona solo per turisti con poco gusto.

• Ibrahim (9/5): All around great stay. - I was actually surprised by the quadruple room size, I was expecting it to be a small, cramped room, but it was very spacious perfect for a family of 4. Huge bathroom, with stand-up shower, bathtub, dual sink and a bidet. Hotel was in perfect location walking distance to all main attractions in the city, Spanish steps 5 mins , Trevi fountain 7 mins Villa Borghese 10 mins , Piazza Del Popolo and Pantheon 15 mins, Piazza Navona & Altare Della Patria 18 mins and the Colosseo under 25 mins. Team was amazing, very helpful from the first 5 mins of entering the lobby. will definitely stay there in the future.

Excelente atención del personal, destacable tanto el chico que nos atendió como el que nos acompañó a la habitación, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos.El desayuno es completo. La ubicación es inmejorable. El espacio del comedor un poco estrecho.

До главных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, что очень удобно. Номера чистые и уютные, персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Завтрак простой, но приятный. Отличный вариант для короткой поездки! Остановились в семейном номере. На две комнаты один мини шкафчик, если останавливаться на несколько дней, вещи не разложишь. Так же не было ложки для обуви.

Location was 5 mins away from the Treve Fountain and 2 mins from the Spanish Steps. We dealt with no ac as they had a rule that AC could not be turned on until May which was not communicated until we arrived. We dealt with having cold water for 3 days as they had a boiler issue. They did not communication this information until I asked about it and was advised that it would be taken care of the next day yet we still had cold water for 3 days. The wifi was very spotty and they did not have an answer for that .

Teníamos una habitación cuádruple con una cama de matrimonio y dos individuales, la cama doble con colchón malisimo que lo subsanaron poniendo encima un cubre colchón, la habitación me pareció pequeña para 4, y pasamos mucho calor no había manera de regular el termostato.

• Ermira (1/5): Extremely disappointing end to our stay when my friend’s suitcase went missing from the luggage storage - The hotel was okay overall, and the location is definitely one of its best points. It is very convenient and close to the main attractions, which made our stay in Rome easier and more enjoyable. Unfortunately our final experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. At the end of our stay, my friend’s suitcase could not be found in the hotel’s luggage storage. What made the situation even more concerning was that guests were told to go into the storage area and collect their own luggage themselves. I found this very strange, unprofessional, and insecure. A hotel should have clear control over stored baggage, and guests should not be left to manage this on their own. Even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled by the staff. They did not seem to know what to do, there was no proper procedure, and no effective effort to manage the issue in a reassuring or professional way. Instead of resolving the matter, their response only added more stress and frustration.

• P7498FRamys (10/5): Excellent stay - Outstanding service and really lovely staff happy to go above and beyond. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and the hotel offered an excellent value for money package and made her feel extra special it’s been a generally lovely stay and I would definitely return to stay here. The location of the hotel is also again excellent everything is within walking distance I would highly recommend.

• hannahcD3197CD (10/5): Everything you need!! - Really Friendly staff especially Aira, she made our experience in Rome amazing with all the recommendations to visit/eat (the food was especially amazing recommendations). The hotel is in a Great location, we couldn’t have found a better location with everything you need a short walk away. The rooms are well kept on top of and just what you need, good shower, comfy beds, small fridge if needed, free use of safe. There’s a lift up to rooms, we were checked in fairly quickly. On check out we were able to leave our luggage and carry on exploring Rome which is really appreciated. Our experience was great, thank you everyone and again especially Aira ❤️🇮🇹

• erinsN1734ST (2/5): Unorganized, no customer service - As a hotel manager myself I am appalled at the customer service in this hotel. Upon arrival we were told to wait in the lobby and they would call us when they were ready to check us in. A guy came and told me to go to reception to check in and when I got there the answer was we will call you when we are ready ? I was just told by a staff member to come to reception? Completely unorganized reception and untrained staff! I was asked how many keys I would like I said four as there are four guests in the room, reply was maximum we can give is two keys which was disappointing! Blonde women was trying to push attraction tickets on us and said NO WE NEED TO DECIDE NOW AND PAY…after a long night of traveling we didn’t want to be pressured into deciding which attractions we wanted to see… we just wanted to get to the room and relax, they also asked me to send them my confirmation email? Which they already had as they confirmed my details prior…. For GDPR reasons I think it’s also ridiculous I had to write my visa information on a form. Our room had no electricity upon check in & even though it was fixed at a later stage the electricity and WiFi was not great. Also met another guest in the corridor and she mentioned how rude the staff were. Water was provided daily in the fridge provided in our room, we were told this was free of charge by the member of staff who brought our luggage to the room but on checkout I had to pay 2 euro per bottle which is ridiculous!!! This hotel was in a great location but I would not recommend. Hotel disappointing but Rome was amazing

• N392LYmariek (8/5): Average hotel - Stayed at this hotel in February, 2 adults and a 12 year old. We had a double bed and single in the room. The bathroom was very spacious. Our room was cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels and toiletries. No air conditioning. Room got very warm during the night. If the window was open the noise was too loud. There is a jazz club near by and you can hear it at times even with the window closed. The walls are very thin and we heard the people next door in their bathroom, showering, running the taps etc. It would have been nice to have more places to put things down, lack of space for three people. Breakfast was good however the buffet area is very small and not designed very well. The coffee/tea machine is located in the walk way into the buffet area which is already a small opening, so people are in the way of those who want to go straight into the buffet. Location is a bonus. We walked everywhere. The Spanish Steps is 7 mins away as is then Trevi Fountain. Staff were friendly, however, when we checked out, we were asked if we drank the bottles of water in the fridge. We had drank one bottle and got charged 2€. I don’t understand why the water is not complementary. The mini fridge just had 2 small bottles of water. No notice to say you would be charged, no price. Just a large fridge with two plastic bottles (which cost 1€ in the shop next door). The room has no tea/coffee facilities so water isn’t a big ask. All in all, an average hotel.
• carlyb250 (6/5): Ok - Positives Great Location Staff Lovely in reception Fresh towels every day Negatives Room (mainly bathroom) smelt like drains Air conditioning didn’t work but couldn’t have windows open overnight as loud traffic from road so very hot They don’t tell you that there is a charge for the water in room which in most hotels it is complimentary I don’t like that they ask for card number because of any breakages (that’s ok) but didn’t like it was written on a piece of paper and kept under the counter and when I asked where it would be stored and if secure was told it would be fine
