- TCH (4/5): - We recently stayed at the Andaz in a one-bedroom suite and, unfortunately, our experience Review of Andaz – One-Bedroom Suite did not meet expectations. Prior to arrival, we specifically communicated our for the room setup, but none of these requests were acknowledged or fulfilled. The staff interaction, especially during check-in, was somewhat awkward and lacked the genuine warmth and friendliness we’ve experienced at neighboring resorts. Given that we were traveling with a young baby, we expected a more attentive welcome. However, I must acknowledge one member of staff who thoughtfully gifted our son a camel toy several days into our stay. It was a kind gesture, though it highlighted further the missed opportunity by the original check-in team to create a positive first impression. The room itself was well-equipped with kitchen utensils but lacked a basic item—a chopping board—which was quite inconvenient. It’s surprising that such a simple yet essential tool was overlooked in the room’s setup. Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the facilities, particularly the pool area. Unfortunately, the main pool was out of service during our stay, and we discovered upon arrival that children are not permitted in the rooftop pool. The alternative offered was access to the pool facilities at the Fairmont hotel nearby. However, expecting guests with a young child to travel to an
- Adriana Esperanza Pardave (10/5): - The hotel is so beautiful. People very nice. Beyond clean rooms. Convenient restaurants to eat not just at the hotel but at other restaurants from the same hotel chain. In general great service. I would definitely recommend it.
- Jalal (10/5): - Everything was perfect apart from the food. The breakfast buffet did not stand to the five-star level of the hotel. The omelette bar was the only kiosk that performed well. The pastries were soggy and tasteless. Other foods like fava beans, balilah, labneh, bread were near disgusting. The beef bacon was always over cooked, hard and dry. The coffee was horrible. We also dined at the Lebanese restaurant there one night and again inedible… such a shame for a beautiful place. Still rated five stars because the place and staff deserve it.

Then the exuberance and the beauty of the hotel outside and the lobby which is breathtaking. All the staff of this hotel are amazing and very well trained. ALL OF THEM you come across within the premises. The dishes of the many restaurants are delicious. Swimming pool fascinating, the beach you have a few meters of very comfortable lounges with enormous sun umbrellas and immediately enormous and good quality towels are supplied. Water, lolly ice cream, sunglasses cleaning, cool face towels and sun cream factor 30 and 50 are supplied. There is a device where you press to have bar service to your lounge. THIS HOTEL IS SPECTACULAR ❤️

The prices in the hotel are completely overpriced. 10 USD for a non-alcoholic drink. The menu on the beach is minimal and the food is just OK. We didn't go to the other restaurants so we can't judge the food there. The beach was very loud and crowded, it must be said that it was school holidays. But an area for adults only to relax would be more than desirable at this price range. The service on the beach was very poor, you had to go and find someone to help you find a place and then to order drinks or ice cream you sometimes had to get someone because no one came by. The room service also leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered ice cubes, lemon and water. First they forgot the lemon and water. Then they immediately forgot the water again, which we then canceled because it took over 40 minutes. Then they tried to sell us a pizza at double the price because we apparently didn't mention the restaurant, although we did. The spa is very nice, but the service is poor. We were told that it was open until 9:30, but at 9:10 p.m. they turned off the sauna and started cleaning, and even came to say that the spa was closing soon. We felt stressed and not relax…how it should be in a spa like this.To sum it all up. It is a nice hotel with stylish decor and a nice spa. However, it is overpriced. And the service is like a 3 star hotel.

The facilities are top-notch, with the spa being a particular highlight. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. Opting for the half-board package with club access proved to be a great choice. The restaurants and club lounge offered excellent dining options, and breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of choices. The only downside was the pebble beach, which wasn’t as comfortable as a sandy shore. However, this didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

- luthfur (8/5): - The staff are amazingly polite and courteous. It is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The only issue I had was that I purchased half board at the hotel, but for some reason it didn't register on their system, and that was the case for my entire stay. So every time I went for a meal or breakfast, I had to explain what had happened and that the staff would need to contact reception to confirm. The staff were always polite about this and I never encountered any obstacles regarding this, but it was rather annoying. Separately, I faced major issues booking via expedia, as I had initially paid for half board via expedia, but for some reason it wasnt showing on my booking confirmation. This is a technical issue on Expedia. I contacted Expedia and explained what had happened, even explained to them that I had paid the higher price due to the inclusion of the half board, but their response was that prices are dynamic and that I hadnt paid for half board.

- Amer (6/5): - Looks like the hotel has focused more on the outside. Lobby was grand and looked majestic. Restaurants, shops and bathrooms in common areas were immaculate. But the room we had was showing it's age. In the closet the hanger bar was tapped up to sitck on. There was mold on the corners of bathroom door. The seaview was not seen as you wake up in the morning. Instead you just see the wall. They should consider moving the headboard to the opposite wall for a better view. Balcony was blocked by some kind of drain system, which also limited the size of the balcony and the view. Everything was super expensive and probably not worth it. Hotel is not close to anything except the beach. So it was quite costly to go in and out of the hotel. All in all, it was an average stay.

My 12 year old loves that I can take him to the gym, it’s easy to travel to marina:JBR area from here & the pool area is busy but good. Value for money is incredible & I can’t wait to return again at Easter. Staff in check in and check out are incredible.

- John (10/5): - My experience was unbelievable. I've stayed in the Plam Jumeirah area before at other hotels and had been disappointed with the views. This hotel, however, had spectacular views of the leaves of the palm, in addition to the Persian Gulf. The property feels like you are inside an Ottoman empire palace. It is very, very nice even compared to other five star hotels. The breakfast buffet is excellent, which is something hard to find in Dubai. What blew me away the most was the service, though. I've never experienced anything like this before. For example, I would say hello to the housekeeper in the hall and they would great me by name. When I accidentally left my key in the room and left, they not only remembered me at the front desk but already knew my room number. One of the waiters took the time to befriend me (we talked a lot about where he was from in India) and I'm candidly looking forward to seeing him again next time I'm in town. Overall the experience was amazing. One last point is that the location feel very relaxed and secluded which, again, is hard to find in Dubai. A do yourself a favor and stay here.

- Sam (4/5): - Overpriced food and drinks at the hotel. I live in Syndey and found the prices at the hotel were abnormally high in comparison. Most staff were okay, but some were rude, slow, forgetful and poor at communicating.
- Gary (10/5): - Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also.

Spacious rooms, family friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff who facilitated everything from Airport transfer to tour bookings and dinner reservations. Several restaurants specializing in various cuisine types, with great tasting food. Well attended private beach area and pools. Highly recommend Zabeel Saray amongst the resorts in the Palm Jumeirah.

- Malcolm (10/5): - I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its beautiful Ottoman-inspired design and incredible views of the Arabian Gulf. My room was spacious, super comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. The spa was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. This place is pure luxury, and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it for a memorable Dubai getaway.
- Sharon (10/5): - Excellent stay. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From Earl, William, Kim and the team in the exec lounge to Babu and the guys on the beach they looked after us so well. Hotel itself was spotless and had some great eating options, Tori and Indian were very good. Even though I think the hotel could do with a refurb in the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a very relaxing week, so much so we didn’t venture to any shops just enjoyed the location and being very well looked after.
