- Guest (10/5): Hôtel vraiment génial - Tout était très bien; Le logement, les équipements,la literie. Le logement est éclairé; très belle vue. J’ai vraiment passé un très bon séjour et j’y reviendrais très certainement. La station la plus proche (que j’ai utilisé fréquemment) est Okubo. A 1 station de shinjuku. Possible de le faire à pied en comptant 25 min. Un seven eleven à moins de 5 min. Des serviettes propres tous les jours et de l’eau.. bref un vrai bonheur. J’ai fait pas mal de logements au Japon pendant mon séjour; celui-ci à Tokyo shinjuku est pour l’instant le meilleur. Je le recommande vivement! Juste l’ascenseur qui me bouchait souvent les oreilles. C’est tout.

- Noriko (7/5): - 部屋に不具合があったとスタッフに伝えた際、真摯に対応していただいた 施設のメンテナンスの面では、良い評価はできない。 具体的に言うと、一つ目はバスルームのシャワーポールの部品が欠損していた（実は次に挙げる問題点のため部屋を交換していただいたが、2部屋とも同じ状態であった）また二つ目は、洗面台の上部にあるライト脇から水滴がポタリポタリと落ちていた。フロントに連絡して見てもらったが、最初は『バスルーム使用の際の水蒸気が溜まったのでしょう』と。拭き取りの処置をしていただいたが、数分も経たないうちにまたポタリポタリ。水蒸気が溜まっただけの量には思えないし、何より電気機器のそばの水ということで危険を感じると伝えたところ、部屋を交換（4人泊まれるスイート？のような部屋にアップグレード）していただいた。

Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und herdplatten,sodass wir für die Kinder auch mal ein schnelles essen im Appartement zubereiten konnten. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und neues Wasser und sehr hilfsbereites Personal! Die Lage und Anbindung sind Mega gut und wir waren schnell in Shinjuku und Shibuja! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder‘ Der Teppich war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine ausgiebige Reinigung vertragen bzw. müsste erneuert werden!

El hotel en realidad son apartamentos con una recepcion. El personal es amable. En Japon suelen hacer la habitacion cada 4 dias y te cambian las toallas cada dia. Recomiendo este hotel por cercania, edificio nuevo y moderno. Ninguna nora negativa.

- Muaz (3/5): Friendly service but uncomfortable hotel - The location and the attention of the staff were pleasing. The hotel was centrally located, but it fell short in many areas. The room was very small, and the bathroom was also uncomfortably tiny. The rooms were not clean, and since housekeeping was only provided every four days, we ended up staying in a dirty room. The beds were extremely hard, and we woke up every morning with back pain.

- Amanda (7/5): Great stay in a convenient location. - Was a good location. Not too far from the centre of Shinjuku. Train station close by too which was great. Food shop downstairs was very convenient. Staff were all lovely as is the norm for Japan! The laundry facilities could be better. We had a washing machine in our room. It was a dryer too but it took hours to dry anything. Ended up leaving with damp clothes in our suitcases.
