• Susan (8/5): Convenient place to stay as it was central to subway and Tokyo Train station. - Location was good. The bed was hard and the pillow was like a brick. Very small rooms but managable!

Inoltre non ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie da loro per una notte le abbiamo dovute portare ad un 7eleven lì vicino. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo hotel

• Md Shahabuddin (8/5): A good concept with self-service amenities and great value for money, though there are still areas that could be improve - Self service on collecting room amenities from the lobby, I believe it’s reduced use and wastage of one time amenities or plastics. The room (we stayed) size is not sufficient for a couple traveling with two or more pieces of luggage. Additionally, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which could be improved.

Il personale parla un perfetto inglese e hanno un sacco di oggetti di consumo gratuiti (rasoi, ciabatte, spazzolino, dentifricio e addirittura accappatoi). Il letto era più grande di un letto singolo e molto comodo Non c'è un armadio all'interno della stanza e non c'è moltissimo spazio abitabile diciamo

• Tuan (8/5): A nice central hotel but it is pricey! - The hotel is very centrally located so it's really convenient to get around by subway. The hotel room is small like most hotels in Japan but it is very clean, neat and does have enough facilities for a 1-2 nights stay. The restaurant in the basement is wide with reasonable price menu. The buffet-style breakfast served here is quite nice with many dish varities. The weekend rate is really expensive, not sure if this is the case for Tokyo. My room view is the wall of the adjacent building, which is not very cool at all. The room is small so it may not be wide enough to accomodate 2 people in my opinion.

• Diana (5/5): Niet best - Zeer goedkope kamer aangekomen bij verkeerde smile hotel ..ofwel ze hebben dezelfde naam, maar ander adres, zeer verwarrend en gebeurd vaker ook andersom zei het personeel. Erg irritant als je moe bent van je reis! Lawaaierige kamer, zelfs met oordoppen hoorde ik de machine kamer of de liften? Vieze zwarte haren in de badkamer.

• Jianne (9/5): - Walkable to Tokyo Station but there is also another station close to the hotel. Next to Lawson and a lot of restaurants nearby, including those open 24 hours (or till late). Room is clean and tidy, have free amenities and staff are all very helpful and friendly.

• Apoorva (8/5): - I had a really pleasant stay at Smile Hotel. The location is super convenient — the subway station is just a short walk away, which made getting around the city really easy. There are also convenience stores and places to eat nearby, so everything you need is right around the corner. The staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. There is cafe managed by hotel downstairs, so ease of access. NA
