• Gilad (9/5): Great location out of the central Hussle - Great location near the okachimachi train station (Yamamoto line) and the local food market. Walking distance from Ueno Akihabara and Asakusa. Comfy bad and fully equipped room. Bathroom is a little old compared to other places I stayed at, but nothing too bad.

• Petrus (10/5): A welcoming city, an infrastructure like you don't find in many countries, and last but not least, respectful and ve - It was an excellent choice to return to the same hotel where we stayed at the beginning of our vacation. Thank you to all the staff for the special welcome and attention they gave us. If we return to Tokyo, Super Hotel Ueno Okachimachi will be our choice again! Although the rooms are a bit small, compared to what we were used to, the cleanliness, the equipment and last but not least the discretion of the staff towards the tourist, made up for it!

• Carole (8/5): - Chambre spacieuse pour Tokyo avec une table avec banquette (sauf la salle de bain petite), micro-onde à l’étage, machines à laver à disposition avec séchoirs; la fenêtre peut s’ouvrir, climatiseur et purificateur d’air dans la chambre, code pour ouvrir la chambre au lieu de clés magnétiques; quartier très vivant avec boutiques, restaurants et métros/trains. Pyjamas et chaussons à disposition. Café/thé et soft drinks à disposition la journée. Check-in et -out super rapide. Pratique pour marcher jusqu’à la station Kensei Skyliner vers l’aéroport de Narita. Salle de petit-déjeuner petite et sombre, saturée facilement d’autant que la plage horaire est limitée. Il est conseillé d’arriver avant 8h50 pour trouver qqch à manger. Le choix est plutôt salé et asiatique (genre curry), et pas de grande qualité nutritive, très limité pour des palais sucrés. Il faut ranger sa vaisselle et ses déchets en fin de déjeuner. Un seul ascenseur dessert les 13 étages, et est utilisé aussi par le personne comme ascenseur de service, ce qui occasionne des « bouchons ».

La posizione è perfetta, abbastanza distaccata dalla stazione principale di Ueno, in modo da non essere proprio in mezzo al casino, ma molto vicina a due fermate della metro, una della linea JR e l'altra della linea Toei. Vicino ci sono un 7-11 con il cambio valute (comodissimo) e un Lawson La colazione non era molto ricca, però essendo già inclusa nel prezzo ci può stare

• Anthony (10/5): Parfait plus que j’imaginais - Très bien desservie en métro pour la ligne principale de Tokyo qui rejoins les lieux principaux puis aussi des lignes pour d’autres villes. Les restaurants à proximité , le petit dej varié , la wifi et le lit super confortable. On m’avait dit que les chambres étaient petites dans les hôtels au Japon honnêtement dans cet hôtel je l’ai trouve très spacieuses .

• Kristine (9/5): We loved our stay at Super Hotel and will definitely come back. :-D - We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Super Hotel. It was the perfect base for a week full of tiring and fun activities. Location is top notch and highly accessible to the public transport, market, Ueno park, and convenience stores. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Love the fact that there are free drinks, too. Everything is so well thought of. I will definitely come back. There was only one lift which made going to our room on the 12th floor a bit slow.

Clean, small bathroom, but ample space for everything else. Amenities were plentiful. Staff were also very helpful and spoke Chinese! No facilities, but that's almost to be expected with this price point.

The staff was speaking English only a little and it was hard to communicate. Also, they would not accept early check in and we tried to leave our luggage at the reception but they were left in the hallway unattended.

• Pamzz (9/5): - The food was good taste. All breads were soft & sweet. The staff was nice. The room was clean with all the amenities already inside the room. I got many things, like washing foam, sheetmask, vit c oil,etc. This hotel also is close with the train station, walk for 3minutes.
• Hua Cian (10/5): - 住宿地點很方便，附近 JR 跟都營地鐵的入口，食物跟逛街應有盡有。櫃檯人員在你遇到問題時會親切幫助，我把包包忘在一樓廁所，是他們及時發現的，太感謝了 !!! 一樓可以領取部分備品跟不同軟硬、高度的枕頭。早上有免費早餐，下午有免費的飲料吧，再晚點還有酒可以喝。房間已經有兩條充電線 (不過 type c 只有一個)，但對我來說已經很貼心了 浴室是有高度的，需要上上下下，我腿腳不是很利索，有點怕跌倒

I know japan has not the most spacious rooms but if you are traveling with 3 persons book two rooms or a connecting one. Otherwise you can’t stand in the room with everyone.

O café da manhã não é o que apresentam nas figuras colocadas no elevador, próximo da recepção.
• Victoria (7/5): Don't expect warm service here but rooms are comfortable and clean - Rooms were comfortable and roomy by tokyo standards. Pretty good location but a good 10mins from the narita skyliner Staff were grumpy any time of day. Any question was met with irritation not only towards myself but to other guests too. Luggage area is right next to the breakfast clearance area. I got vmcurry splashed on my luggage. The lobby smells like an Indian restaurant and the lifts have a very unpleasant smell disguised as air freshener

• Musty (7/5): 駅のアクセス良好、部屋も比較的ゆったり。設備はやや古い感じ。 - 以前、旅程変更による直前キャンセルにもかかわらず、大変親切にご対応いただきました。 部屋がゆったりしていて、多少窓を開けることもできる。ウェルカムドリンクのサービスあり。カードキーがないシステムでチェックアウト手続きが不要。JR御徒町駅まで数分。 デスクと冷蔵庫周辺に多少臭いがあったので、備え付けの室内用デオドラントを使用した。 バスユニットがかなり使い古された感じだった。トイレ周辺の床が排水のため割と傾斜しているのが気になる。 コートハンガーが壁に直接取り付けてあるため、ハンガーが壁に当たるたびに隣室にノック音が聞こえる。 週末に滞在したこともあり、総合するとやや割高な感じがした。

A must-try. The rooms are quite small. It’s perfect for small bags, but if you have large 29-30 inch suitcases, it gets very crowded. One large bag is fine, but two makes it hard to move around.arh
