- Iwona (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam - Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Czysto! Wygodne łóżka! Bardzo dobre śniadanie! Doskonały dojazd na Stare Miasto! Pokój na poddaszu. Osoby ruchowo niepełnosprawne nie dostaną sie do niego stromy, zakręconymi schodami. Przy rezerwacji koniecznie trzeba o tym wspomnieć bo winda dojeżdża do 3 piętra a później tylko schody.
- František (10/5): Pokud budu potřebovat v Praze přespat vyberu si hotel Otakar. - V hotelu bylo velmi čisto , okna těsnila nebyl slyšet hluk z ulice. Snídaně dostačující stále se doplňovalo občerstvení. Bylo čisto i mezi okny, kde většinou bývá špína. Byli jsme ve vedlejší budově zřejmě patří k hotelu. To, že jsme na snídani museli přejít venkem nám nevadilo. Od hotelu je dobré spojení do centra nebo spíše po celé Praze. Hotel budu doporučovat svým známým.

- Zsuzsanna (9/5): - Rendkívül jó a közlekedés az óvárosba. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt végig villamossal közlekedtünk. Aki autóval megy érdemes parkolót foglalni. Nagyon tetszett, hogy a villamoson a narancssárga jegykiadóból bankkártyával lehet jegyet venni. 10 percenként jön kb villamos, ami a Károly híd lábához visz. Apartmant foglaltunk 3 főre. A szoba, konyha berendezése minimalista volt. 3 mindenből.. Nem zavart minket, mert egész nap kirándultunk. Előre online bejelentkezés nagyon jól müködik. Ár érték arányban tökéletes egy hosszú hétvégéhez. A dohos szag a lépcsőházban, az étkezőhöz lefelé menet az alaksorba. A reggeli bőséges és friss, de sült tojást ne egyetek.

Celou noc v pravidelných krátkých intervalech koukal u vedlejšího pokoje alarm, takže možnost vyspat se byla naprosto nulová. Když jsem to říkala na recepci, bylo mi řečeno, že byly slabé baterky v hlásiči kouře. Žádná omluva, žádná kompenzace.

- Romy (7/5): Prima voor een stedentrip, maar verwacht geen luxe. - De locatie was prima. Binnen een kwartier was je in het centrum van Praag. De spa was alleen toegankelijk tegen een forse meerprijs. Daarnaast was de kamer erg gedateerd en ontbraken eenvoudige voorzieningen, zoals een zakje thee op de kamer.

- Pavel (4/5): - Musim pochválit čistotu, pokoj měl uz bohužel své za sebou ale byl čistý to mohu pochválit. Bál sem se položit na poličku cokoliv aby nespadla. Zrcadlo přímo naproti WC mísy. Absence českého jazyka na recepci. Výtah už ma také hodne za sebou.
- Andrei (4/5): - The room was ok. The wellness with sauna was good; however, you are not allowed any additional time after the paid period to dress and dry There was a horrible smell in the room. After the complaint, I was offered another room, then told there was none available. Instead, the cleaning lady sprayed the room, and the scent worsened. There was construction in the street and the noise was very annoying.
- Honza P. s manželkou (7/5): - Hotel má dobrou polohu jak k hlavnímu vlakovému nádraží, tak ke kongresovému centru, kam jsme měli vstupenky na Paula Simona. Hotel disponuje panoramatickým výtahem a zaujalo nás i krásné dobové schodiště. Pokoj jsme měli ve 4.poschodí, bokem k hlavní ulici, takže hlučnost z hlavní ulice byla snesitelná. Snídaně tak, tak, malá nápaditost, rozmanitost, prostředí u snídaně docela těsné.

- Eva (1/5): - Vlastně se nám nelíbilo asi nic. Snad jen rychlé a kladné vyřízení storno pobytu. Plíseň ve sprše, nedostatecne uklizený pokoj po předchozích hostech. Jednání vedoucích hotelu,kde s nami zprvu ani nechtěli mluvit a posílali jen slečnu recepční. Nakonec se vše vyřešilo vrácením peněz za ubytování. Co mě ale dorazilo,když naše rodina chtěla zrušit i druhý pokoj,po naší zkušenosti, tak jim vedoucí do telefonu řekl, že jsme řekli,že se skoro neznáme ( podotýkám,že jsme rodina a nic takového jsme neřekli) a nakonec jim telefonát zakončil větou "No vy jste teda rodinka " . Takže rozhodně nedoporučuji jak kvůli špíně v hotelu tak jednání lidí v hotelu. Jen slečna recepční byla skvělá.
