- Hannah (10/5): Perfect! - This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in, in Paris. The staff were so, so helpful and friendly and the rooms were perfect. It was lovely to be able to open the window and look out on the street below. The beds were really comfortable as were the pillows and the bathroom was well equipped. There was a Nespresso machine in the room and good storage. The lift, whilst understandably small, was great for getting us and our luggage to the room. Lovely coffee shops and places to eat nearby. This was the most perfect stay and we only wished we were staying for longer! Everything was perfect!

- Jamila (8/5): Nice, reasonably priced hotel in a good location within about 15 min metro ride to the centre - The hotel had a nice ambience with a lovely (though a bit pricey) restaurant attached. The lift was tiny but serviceable. The room was small but equipped with a coffee machine and hairdryer. The bathroom was a on the smaller size but the shower was good. The toiletries on offer included the hand soap, shampoo and body wash which had a nice fragrance. The bed was comfortable and the lighting good. Our room had a view of the street and pretty buildings (we were on the 5th floor). Breakfast was available at an extra cost of €12 which I thought was pricey considering the number of cafes within walking distance offering breakfast (croissant, coffee/tea and juice) for about €7. The location was nice with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes etc. nearby as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. It did take approx 15 mins on the metro to reach the center of Paris but the metro is cheap and there are 2 stations within a 5-7 min walk (Charonne line #9 and Faidherbe-Chaligny line #8). The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel as reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and in a nice location. The room was cleaned and the towels changed daily (even though we would have been happy to re-use our towels and hung them up to indicate this but they were changed nonetheless). The room was quite small and there was not a lot of space to hang clothes or put folded clothing away.

- Andrew (8/5): Very enjoyable stay. - Staff were very helpful and friendly. We also liked the area and it was well served by bus route. Italian restaurant attached was great. Excellent value for money and enjoyable stay. Room was a bit small, but still comfortable and good value.

- Irina (10/5): Great accommodation in Paris - Great accommodation in a very nice area, walkable distance from Gare de Lyon and couple metro stations. Very nice and helpful staff. The room was small but had everything, clean snd cozy. Comfortable bedding, well maintained. We opted to get a breakfast in the hotel and didn’t regret it, it was very good and reasonably priced, lots of options. We really enjoyed it. We also appreciated that we could leave our luggage before and after check in, so we didn’t have to carry it around Paris. -

Perfect spot, you have absolutely everything around you, and if you walk down the road for a good 30mins you are surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes. Its absolutely amazing. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything and I mean everything🤦♀️. I know its not the hotels fault but I had extremely nosey neighbours and didnt sleep very well at all as kept getting woke up.

Rooms and bathrooms were VERY small. No space at one side of the bed and barely enough space to have an open suitcase on the floor. Lift is extremely small - can only take one person and one suitcase and stairs are slightly awkward in places. This is not a good hotel if you have any mobility issues at all

- Miranda (10/5): A quintessential Parisian stay with great views and friendly service - We found the room size to be adequate for Paris standards—efficient and well-managed. The cleanliness was good and the bed was comfortable, which we really appreciated after long days of walking. The room was pre-set to a specific temperature that felt a bit warm for us. Since we couldn't adjust it internally, we kept the windows open to cool the space down. The windows are great because they offer two functions: Fully Open: Best for enjoying the beautiful view of the Haussmann buildings, though you will hear the lively cafe directly below. Tilted (from the top): Perfect for letting in fresh air while significantly dampening the street noise. Fair warning for those with luggage: the elevator is very small. It fits two people snugly, but if you both have backpacks or a large suitcase, you will likely need to go up in separate trips. The highlight was definitely the staff. They were consistently friendly and helpful, making the check-in and stay very smooth.

- Brenda (8/5): Tolles, kleines, sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal. - Die Lage zum Gare de Lyon war super. Das Zimmer war klein aber absolut ausreichend. Das Bad sauber und die Dusche eher gross. In der Umgebung des Hotel sind diverse Restaurants mit wunderbaren preiswerten Gerichten. Am letzten Morgen war kein warmes Wasser vorhanden. Das hat für mich zu einer Zeit Verzögerung geführt. Kann es geben ist aber nicht schön, wenn man kalt duschen muss.

The rooms, location, staff are all exceptional. We had an amazing stay in November and just returned yesterday from another stay. This hotel is perfect in every way. Can’t wait to return again very soon. There is nothing we dont like about this hotel.
- Ursula (8/5): Hotel Des Arts is "De Business" ... - Stayed here in 2023 which is the reason I returned. Very confortable bed and pillows . Bathroom and bedroom spotlessly clean. The bed in the Queen Room is very spacious and easily accommodated my 6ft 3in husband and myself with room to spare. Soundproof windows so very quiet and no disturbance from the street. Room is serviced daily and very nice staff. Close proximity to Charonne Metro and Line 9.. 10-12 min walk to the Bastille area Would have liked a safe in the room and perhaps a kettle rather than the Nespresso machine (it didn't work.for us) Storage space is tight but the room is a lot larger than other rooms in Paris

It had all we needed and the bed was comfortabe. Small elevator but it did the job.
