- Arthur (6/5): - Probably not up to the standard it once was and expensive for what it is. Lovely staff and nothing particularly wrong with the hotel although bathroom was not cleaned properly on arrival. I would still stay again at the right price but generally they are at a bit of a premium.

We stayed for the F1 weekend and they even gave us nice chocolate f1 cars and a range of other snacks. Close to MRT, Clarke Quay restaurants and Chinatown hawkers. Highly recommended. Would last minute book flights and accommodation for f1 weekend again and stay here.

Made for a very uncomfortable shower. Spoke with another guest on a different floor, and their shower was the same.

Location of hotel is convenient, facilities are clean, staff are helpful. Due to late flight, the hotel extended our checkout to midday & allowed us to use the facilities later in the day (including showers if we wanted). We did not have breakfast at this hotel. This is the 2nd stay at this hotel and would stay here again based on price, location and cleanliness.

- MATTHEW (8/5): - Almost brand new property. I had a pool access, King room. It would have been tiny for two people. Equipped with laptop safe and most things but no milk to support the coffee and tea making facilities. Mini bar but not stocked so you can bring your own stuff in for the fridge. Staff super efficient, professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant in the building + concierge for taxis. Proximity to Clarke Quay is brilliant without the direct noise if you were directly on the quay. Walk across the road (or sky bridge) from the hotel and the Clarke Quay MTR is right there. Walk a few steps more and everything that Clarke Quay has to offer is there. 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction is China Town. 15 minutes walk straight ahead is the CBD. Great location. Id stay here again. Enjoy !

The location and staff are great but I must single out two staff members: Debbie allowed me to check in really early after a gruelling flight from Paris. She was warm, friendly, empathetic and efficient. Frontline superstars are the lifeblood of any good hotel. Raj, the Concierge, was welcoming, friendly and fun as well as being really helpful with directions and suggestions. He assisted with my luggage at check in and check out and even doublechecked my room to ensure I hadn’t left anything. He is a real asset to the hotel at the front door and is obviously thriving in his role. Many thanks and great work, Raj!

Along with friendly and accomodating staff, we really enjoyed our stay!! The hotel had a lovely pool, 24/7 gym, nice rooms and the staff were extra nice with their gestures in celebrating our anniversary and making our stay comfortable with a later check out. Highly recommend!

Comfortable for a short stay and the staff is very friendly. A great restaurant in the lobby and the reception are had a currency conversion machine. The top appeal is the location of this hotel, its central to all top attractions. The Clarke train station is a minutes walk and the river is just across making it a fabulous destination for a short trip.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Areas for improvement & areas to keep it up! - Jasintha the reception lady gave me a room very near the lift which was as per my request when i make my booking. She was also efficient and clear. Housekeeping could do a little improvement as the bath towers were not very clean, the small orange pillows had quite a few hairs still stuck to them , one cup had stain not washed well. The pillows and bedsheets were clean though. I like the bed and it helped with a good sleep.

The shower was next to the front entrance so if you opened the door people could see your shadow in shower. There was a “privacy” screen between sink/toilet and shower but you could see through it. Fine for a married couple but not for two friends traveling together. Hotel was clean and comfortable otherwise. $40.00 for breakfast is a bit much but restaurant is not attached to hotel and there are plenty of other close by options. Hotel is centrally located close to many features including transit, Chinatown and other attractions

Hotel is very close to the lively Clarke Quay, no shortage of dining, shopping & entertainment in this area. Close to Marina Bay Sands resort and the fabulous Singapore riverfront.
